Awsome stay. Nice location for long travellers. Very good staff behavior. Restaurant service is great and delecious food. Room quality is good and spacious. Overall excellent. Nothing great here. But I guess this would be a comparatively better place in changaramkulam.. The food served wasn't good.. but the service was ok.. the room was maintained well.. tariff was ok.. there is a lot to improve but I guess they are happy with the way they work cos none of them asked for a feedback.. the lobby looked too dull..

We had breakfast thrice from this place. After having the coconut chutney me and my friend had vomiting and diarrhea twice. They do rewarm and give last day's chutney. But Dosa is quite good and the tea too. Less crowded and fantastic interiors. Washrooms are quite spacious and well maintained. Staff is decent to behave

The service of the hotel is absolutely disappointed. The waiters are so arrogant. They don't know the hospitality. The customers service will be available as their tip. If once u didn't give any tips to the suppliers they will mis behave to u. Will not consider u hours. #BadExperience

Service not comfortable any family guests

An old man was acting inappropriately while posing as a manager. He was unsure of how to deal with their client. That man had the mentality of "take it when you need it, drop it otherwise."

Even without staying I'm writing this review. Visited there for booking rooms for a group in emergency situation. But had to talk with an old man who is called as manager there. For a star category hotel they had appointed some one who is even has even basic knowledge about meals plan. Utterly non coperative main . He even doesn't knows aout EP, CP, or any other meals plan. Talking rudely to clients. From basics i could understand that they didn't want to sell any rooms. From the first talk with him i walked away from the hotel. He is talking to the client as he is favouring them with offering a room for free. Bad front office manager or GM who ever. Not agent friendly or customer friendly.

One of the worst bar I have ever visited in whole lifetime. Sorry to put a negative review, the food was disgusting and the price was too high. The ended up with loose motion 2 hours after eating from this restaurant

Recently I stayed a week at this place with my daughter during our Sabarimala Pilgrimage trip. The hotel ambience is best, cool and calm. Surrounded with a peaceful atmosphere. You will not see rush at this hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. Food options are limited but good quality stuff are delivered. You can choose this hotel for your halt during your travel. Staffs are very cooperative.

When contacted over phone to Mr sreerag for room,it was immediately confirmed with warm welcome by him.The hotel provid high hygienic and the hospitality of the staff's are excellent.
