It's a good place to live on . Calm and quiet . Close to the main bus stand(walkable distance) The Pic I have attached is the top view.

I just try to compare with another pgs from same area.. And kindly don't choose this pg..if you are willing that's your wish.. 1.advance(refundable) When all pgs are asking only 1000 rs this pg people are asking 2000 2. No WiFi.. 3. No laundry service( no washing machines) 4. No maintenance 5. No drinking water facility( need to buy if we want cost of 50 rs) 6. No billing process even. 7. No food.. 8. Rent is high when compare to other pgs. 9. No food.. 10. Need to walk 2 km to reach bus stop..

I Lived recently in this PG for 4 months and I'm sharing my experience : 1)Place and environment: 5/5 Very calm and soothing place. 2)Location and Transportation : 5/5 A lot of shops nearby .You would barely have any problem regarding food and things that you want to buy . Bus stop is nearby just 7-10 mins walk:5/5 3)Maintenance and cleaning : 3/5 Average maintenance .Cleaning of rooms and toilets is done just once in two weeks that is twice in a month . 4)No Wi-Fi , No washing machine and when thirsty need to buy Water Can of 20 litres for Rs 50 :2/5 5)Owner is good and cooperative :5/5 Note : I rated less for wifi and water cuz there r also PGs who provide these facilities at same rent. Overall Good . Kochi is a nice and calm place ,have a good time 👍

Good paying guest hostel with nice food at affordable price to stay. Only one point of sadness is it is far from infopark companies. And this place is peacefull to live where the near by kakkanad collectrate junction is easy to roam for every need for an individual, local busstop is also there in this junction.

A good place to stay... Compared to other pg the facilities are bit less. Owner is a good individual Major drawbacks are this pg doesn't have a wifi and an individual cannot use washing machine..

Cleaning was not daily. No washing machine. Other PGs are better than this.

This PG provides good accomodation. This is nearer to Kakkanad junction. 10minutes journey to Infopark. Highlights: No disturbance Maintenance is good Owners are good people Safety You can cook food by yourself Things to keep in mind: You have to take care of food, internet , washing and drinking water. Overall good experience to stay in TREAT WELL Thank you :)

Very bad condition of the rooms. The rooms are very very dirty, no amenities are there even you have to buy water to drink. Not recommended at all. I stayed there for only 3 days and it was horrible.

Very calm atmosphere ... Highly helpful owner.. Clean rooms at the affordable rate. Near by good restaurants are available.
