had a really bad experience waxing there. not once but at least 3 times. Their waxing left my underarms irritated and red. The last time i went there, my skin burned, and I had to go to the doctor as I couldn't bear the pain. the skin got dark asthe surface of my skin got burned. when i called them, their response was that- we haven't gotten a review like this before. the first response was that. instead of apologizing. their apology came when i asked for it. the same thing happened to my sister and when she asked them, they said the same thing- "this has never happened before" the staff are not equally trained, and are sometimes very passive aggressive. a brand name and expensive serviceis not enough to make you a good enough salon.

Services have improved drastically well. Customer service is much better now. They have good stylists. I personally can vouch for Mr. Zain. He's excellent in his craft and provides good suggestions to improve your hair style. Great work. Will highly recommend him.

Although the customer service was great , they still didn’t wax properly. my underarms has severely been burnt because of the hot wax. I did mention that the wax was way too hot. My underarms are really red and painful and the skin there is damaged. Really disappointed, considering that the setup and the people are nice. Wouldn’t recommend waxing there. Other services are decent.

What an amazing salon. I am so happy that I booked here for my salon experience . Staff were so lovely, kind and proffesional. The salon itself was immaculate and clean, the hair cut, colour and style I recieved was incredible, my hair has never looked so good and ! If you haven't already, I recommend you book in here! I had great experience with Naturals Irinjalakuda. The hair dresser Mr.Binu is a Malayali and done his job perfectly. I could get a hair cut of my choice and he helped me to give what I was looking. Thanks you for the service you have provided.

I Visited naturals for a hot oil massage and my daughter's hair cut and I must say that I am truly impressed and very satisfied by the hospitality of the staff . Shini did my hair massage and she did it really well , I liked the pleasant smile with which I was welcomed and the service . Adil did my daughter's hair cut and she is so happy with it . He did a very good job and was so child friendly . She really enjoyed the hair wash too . I am surely locking myself as a permanent client . Loved the ambience and choice of music they played .Leaving this place with happiness .

I visited this parlour today.. Manicure and pedicure was done in a good way. But the behavior of the haircut lady staff was not satisfied. So giving only 3 star 👍🏻.

I have done hair colour here recently. Good service. But when I went through the menu, found that the hair colour rate is higher (1300) when compared to the other competitive salons, even in cities (800 to 900). Other service rates are fine. Hope you will reconsider the hair colour rate.
