Covid Vaccination Center. This building is adjacent to the main Hospital building. Staffs are very polite and gives all detailed information. The place is very clean and the service is quick as well. For vaccination, one has to register online at cowin.gov.in along with Aadhaar (preferably). Once the slot is confirmed, you have to make payment in main building (show confirmation number and bring original Aadhaar). β‚Ή250 including tax and all. Then bring the payment receipt to this new building reception, they'll enter name is register. They will call your name based on 1st come 1st serve basis as per the name in register. Please show any existing medication to the doctor. Parking available 50 meters before this building on same side of road.

Doctors are good. The supporting staff makes hell of it. Appointments are not managed properly. Allowed to meet the Consultant as the last one in the waiting area even if arrived at nine and informed the concerned. On requests, will be made to convince their part as right and try to fault with the patients. The attitude may be the approach towards the CGHS beneficiary. Worst approach.

Silverline Hospital is one of the new gen hospitals in town with a fair reputation. From my personal experience, the hospital has a very good Endocrinologist Dr. Tom Babu and a very reliable Physiotherapist Mr. Vaibhav. The hospital functions in a very orderly, structured and hassle free manner which is the main highlight of the institution. The online video consultation during the covid reign vouches for the statement. They have recently added an annex next to the main building where the covid vaccinations are provided. The main drawback is the parking space. The hospital has very limited space for a few cars in front of the main building and they have another parking space adjacent to the new annex where around 12 cars can be parked. Apart from these, they have a canteen as well which was very pathetic. Once we had two veg cutlets from there, and it was just like the vegetables (thoran , upperi etc) stuffed in to a circle shape which was tearing in to pieces when we try to take it in our hands.

I have visited this hospital and the customer service is very disappointing. The receptionists have literally no manners and have no idea regarding hospitality. Not only did they guide me to the wrong named doctor without checking the records, but also asked me to pay consultation fee, even though the consultation duration was not over. (I did not pay again, and showed the receipt) The staffs are very bad mannered. They gave me the appointment for 3.30pm but made me wait till 5.30pm. Meanwhile they let in 4 other patients who came after me to meet the doctor. It was as though the staffs were holding some grudge against me. Im a diabetic person and I couldn't manage to take any food for the afternoon because they gave me the appointment at 3.30pm. My health was deteriorating but they gave priority to their grudge. This is the worst experience I've ever faced from any hospital staffs. The customer service is at its worst here!

Very bad experience from the doctor and staff. For physiotherapy they are giving same to all irrespective of the nature of pain. And the doctor whom I met was not bothered at all when I explain him my problem And I was left unanswered about my illness. And thew final word from the doctor was there is no solution for your problem.Just remind that even a soothing word can do a lot. consulting fee is also highAnd the Money I spent for physiotherapy was really a waste and there was no relief for me from pain.I took MRI also as per his advice , which again costed 8000 rupees.

I had a great experience using the video conferencing appointment twice with Silverline. Had a seamless experience setting up the appointment, meeting with the doctor and getting prescriptions. This has made it much easier for me to do follow up evaluations often without having to see if a trip back to the hospital could fit my schedule.

We had a great experience at Silverline. From our arrival and pickup from the airport till our departure, we were well looked after. The medical team were professional and very thorough, ensuring safety throughout the experience from pre-opp to post-opp, providing everything needed for my return to New Zealand, including medicines, surgical records and dietary instructions. Ranjeeth accommodated all of our personal needs throughout our stay, including appointments for other services such as dental, Ayurveda massage and sightseeing and shopping post op. Thanks to the whole team, doctors, nurses, surgeons and others.

Very poor service from the front desk. Absolutely no coordination... Packages designed as Combo is not worth. Normally, I come twice a year to meet Dr Manoj from Kottayam. But this time, services have taken a back seat. Reception should be handled professionally and well trained staff is key for success.

I consulted Mr Vaibhav for my physiotherapy post my shoulder surgery. I would rate his services highly and at par, if not above to the services that I receive here in California. He is very knowledgable and approachable and I would highly recommend him and his staff for any physiotherapy.

I was searching a nutritionist for maintaining a good life style for a long time and was consulted few. But i didnt get any cent percentage self satisfaction on my routine. Then one day i accidently found a video in YouTube regarding health tips and came to know about Silverline hospital and a dietician named Neetha Pratheep. When i reached there, right the beginning when I greeted over there I felt positivity and my mind was whispering that "this is the place" i was awaited. Neetha Ma'am is one of the best nurtionist I have ever found! She portrays a high level of professionalism and sincerity. Her friendly approach combined with depth personalized assessment and guidance makes her a very unique dietitician. She is also updated with medical conditions and give accurate guidance for how to overcome it by having a healthy diet. She is very caring and respects the condition of her clients we feel like we are her family not clients She always provides me an accurate response anytime to maintain my health goals for healthier life. I highly recommends Silverline Hospital & Neetha ma'am and for those who seek a healthier lifestyleπŸ€πŸ’«.....

I consulted Ortho Dr. Namboothiri on 9/6/2023 with my 16 yr old son who is a tennis player. Both of us from knee issues, myself having experiance of knee twisting feeling occassionally. My son was also with slight knee pain and twist feeling while playing tennis. With in 5 minutes of consultation , I was told Operation is the only way out, no medicines can help. My son was told he has to stop playing tennis , do MRI and then doc will decide on which operation. Within 5 min , he decided on two people to be operated immediately. Please be careful and consult another doctor before going by this doctors advice.

Worst experience. No coordination between staff resulting wastage of time. Even though we report at 07:00 AM , tests cannot be completed before 1PM. Doctors are good but the management makes it hell. Managerial staff met me on 19/12/23 and expressed their regret for the inconveniences caused. Assured improvement on patient care especially for diabetes and aged categories. Hope everyone enjoy great service. Thanks with regards

I have been attempting to obtain a quote for an antibody test from Silverline Hospital for the past two days, as it is necessary for me to seek permission from my health agent. Unfortunately, I have experienced significant delays in receiving the requested information. This has caused me concern about potential delays in accessing the necessary treatment. I advise others to consider these circumstances when seeking timely care at this facility.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Ms.Neetha Pradeep , the dietitian Silverline hospital , who has guided and helped me achieve my target weight through a healthy diet plan. I started consulting her in September 2019 and I was able to lose 19 kg in 10 months without sweating it out in the gym for even a single day, which was beyond my expectations. This was achieved through portion control and a variety of planned healthy meals tailored to my body type. She is a very pleasant lady with a good disposition and it was a pleasure to interact with her.

Relatively, the most radiant doctors who do not wile away their time but with appropriate measures directing towards the wellness of patient. Diabetes can create havoc if not carefully watched over from time to time. Silverline hospital has always been beside me in keeping high standards of resistance against the havocs that could be created by diabetes. The hospital has successfully incorporated this kind of a healthy system and i am very lucky in having received their treatment.

Terrible hospital and horrible service by front office staffs. We have been waiting for doctor appointment since last Thursday but everyday evening the staff call up and inform that the urologist is taking leave( can a doctor go on a unplanned leave for a week)? Seems like a big fraud!! Please look out for another professionally handled hospital if possible.

I had one of the more complex procedures at Silverline Hospital. Being in a different country can be daunting, however the staff and service were 5+ stars. From the Chief Endocrinologist Dr Tom Babu right through to the person who bought fresh flowers every 2nd day. Clear communication, friendly caring staff and most of all awesome result. Stoked with their care, service and almost 3 weeks post-surgery, I couldn't be happier about the outcome. Ngā mihi Silverline whānau πŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ

Dr Neetha has a magic to bring teenagers on track... I am so happy that I got referred to her and she is always ready to help in whatever small small issues which pop up...I even got for delivery of protein drinks which is really great during the present times when none wants to step out...

We knew about the treatment of silverline hospital through a friend. We also enquired about the same with others also.we got the same responses about the doctors and staff. From the day we entered the hospital to till discharge we are approving the reviews we received are absolutely correct. Dr Tom babu and Dr Ranjith are very dedicated they knew how to deal with patients ,and all other staffs are very friendly and coordinating. This hospital should become a role model for other hospitals. Above all we thank to God for showing correct direction and guidance.

Truly amazing experience. Starting from the very first call to book an appointment with the endocrinologist ,I was amazed with the extra polite and helpful approach of the entire staff I have come across during my wife's treatment here. I do certainly wish to take names here. Dr. Karthik SM, the endocrinologist who treated my wife is the epitome of what a doctor should be. Sure about his job and so very comforting and reassuring to the patient. All the nursing staff who attended to my wife deserve special mention for their king, affectionate and professional approach. Ms Beena Thomas, nursing in charge, Beena, Gincy, Sreelatha, from the nursing staff and Sini from the podiatry department are some of the few staff I would like to specially commend for their exemplary service. Selena madam at the Insurance desk was so helpful that special mention should be made. The food from the cafeteria was simply great. All in all this is a hospital with a difference. I would definitely recommend this hospital to all my friends in case they need a hospital.

DONT BELIVE WHAT THEY SAY. Worst decision of my life and I have to live with what those money grabers did to me. They will say its nothing to worry about and will ask to pay the money asap and to get it done with. They are just trying to make money out of your health.

All good, except the consulting fee. Its a bit high compared to the other major hospitals in Ernakulam. Facilities are good, well maintained, but couldn't find any sanitiser dispensers at any point in the hospital except at the main entrance. ideally hospitals should setup sanitiser dispenser at specific points as it's mostly crowded and of course due to the reason that they are serving patients. I would say it's very expensive, for any blood test it will be above 1000 and for consulting it's minimum 500 with not much validity, very next week you should spend another 500 for consulting the same doctor

As suggested by reception staff I took a health test package of Rs 2800, which covered all tests related to my present health status, I was very impressed by the quality and speed they showed all the way till my see off, Dr. Tom Babu who is MD of Silverline hospital and senior diabetoligist along with Assistant Dr. Karthik did consultation for my future treatment, It was really a splendid one both doctors addressed me, not like professionals, they were to simple made me very comfortable to express my way of food habits, exercises and medication. I was totally impressed by my first visit to Silverline, have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Tom Babu and his team for your medical needs.

I booked a womens wellness package and was asked to come at 7.30 am on fasting to do blood work, to be followed by Mammogram, DEXA scan, doctor consultation etc.. after blood work at 7.45 am, I was asked to wait for mammogram..long wait till 8 45 am for the technician to arrive and then to be told to do the scan first.. this technician to come after 9 am... Wonder why I was asked to come at 7.30 am , when the technicians for other tests are going to come only after 9 am?? Time has no value for patients?? Not happy with the arrangements

My mother in law was an inpatient for 14 days in the hospital for treatment of thigh bone fracture under Dr. Parameswaran Namboothiri. The doctor performed a very complicated surgery especially because the patient was suffering from Dementia. I have no hesitation to record my appreciation for the excellent services provided by the entire staff. 1. All doctors are very efficient and pleasant and they have most of the specialists 2. The admission and discharge formalities are simple and efficient. I wish to record my special appreciation to Mrs Selena Reji who was very cooperative and helping in settling the insurance claim. But for her help, we would have to stay one more day for getting insurance clearance. 3. The nursing care is excellent. All the nursing staff with out exception are very efficient and helpful. 4. The hospital and the room are very clean and they take extra care in keeping high standards of hygiene. 5. Overall I am highly satisfied.

For a hospital of this repute, it's pretty sad that they are so badly organised. They will ask patients who are senior citizens to turn up at 8:30 AM with their bladder full just to be told that the Radiologist will turn up only at 9 and there are a dozen already waiting. The stress and pain they put through the patients is just awful. Edit: The radiologist saunters in at 9:18. Please ask him to turn up on time or find a replacement. We aren't coming to this hospital ever again for sure.

Not much needs to be said about the caregivers here. Especially, Doctor Tom, he is a positive role model, always makes me leave a visit with him with much to think about. The management team here also does an excellent job enhancing the patients experience. Allmost all the staff here has a warm and welcoming demeanor. They took care of my grandma well, and were receptive to her needs during her time spent admitted at silverline. The food served at hospital canteen is another noteworthy feature. Overall, I loved the time I spent here and would undoubtedly recommend thier care to anyone close to me.

Thank you Dr. Neetha Pratheep. I was diagnosed with Thyroid from my early ages and was struggling for weight loss after my marriage. She was extremely helpful and friendly whenever I reached out to her. She has created magic to bring my health condition back on track. I am so happy that I got referred to her. 😊

Excellent service from the time of our first consult through to when we were met at the airport and during our entire stay. Staff are all professional, friendly, accomodating & attentive & most importantly very good at their jobs. The facilities are clean. You get your own private room with aircon & wifi. Definately no complaints here & I definately will recommend Dr Babu & his team to my friends & family.

Went to silverline with high fever. The casualty doctor was lazy and constantly staring at her phone. No proper explanation was given after treatment. The doctor just took off without a word. I had to visit another hospital after three days where I found out the medicines that were prescribed to me from silverline were wrong and had caused more complications to my case. I do not recommend this hospital.

The staff handling insurance claims Mrs. Seleena Reji was of great help who worked till late in the evening to sort out our claim and get the necessary approvals with constant follow up. Appreciate her great job during current Covid/ lockdown time. Thanks a lot

Dr Neetha is one of the finest dietitian I have met. When I met her, I was over 112 kgs with a pre diabetic condition and high cholesterol levels. I also had a disc bulge which prevented me from working out. Still, I had to reduce my weight. Neetha helped me in loosing almost 15+ kgs in 2.5 months. The best part is that in her suggested diet plan, it included all the important nutrients and macros and also it would make me feel full for the entire day. I still need to lose 10 more kgs and she is helping me with that. I would highly recommend neetha to anyone who's looking forward to weight loss and wellness.

Hi friends, I am right now admitted in the hospital for a severe leg infection and leg related issue which is since one year. That's when I heard of Dr. Tom Babu and Dr. Bhatt. I decided to give it a try since they were among the best. Belive me i was not wrong. I don't know what to rate here, the doctors who have excelled in their respective fields, the hospital, the rooms, room service, food quality or the staff. Every thing is excellent. And now I believe that I can walk like before under their treatment. To add, sone pe suhaaga, they are great humanitarians Iyer Anand

Excellent service rendered by all the staff members. Nursing care also is commendable. The food provided by the hospital under the special care of Ms. Neetha was excellent and very healthy. Despite the discomfort of the lingering pain, I thoroughly enjoyed the Desi as well as the continental menu!

I was introduced to this hospital and nutritionist, Neetha Pradeep by my friend during the Covid 19 Lockdown period. I consulted the doctor to lose my weight and to maintain a healthy balance on the same. She is not only a wonderful dietician who totally understands all my needs but also is a wonderful friend to help in a positive way! I love her passion towards the profession as well as the simplicity in execution. She gives so many health insights that are helpful for planning the daily routine including food and workout. Not only awareness on the portion, size and quality of food but I am much more at peace with myself and the food choices I make. The best part about her is that she gives easy and homemade food options which we can cook easily and lose weight. I totally recommend her and I look forward to know more and more from her. Wishing you all the very best and loads of success always.

I was refered by one of my cousins to meet Dr Manoj joseph for my fathers consultation, from the entrance of the hospital it was a very good experience, the security received us with a smiley face , the reception team was highly energetic and made us comfortable to sit for the registration especially Ms. Divya and Ms. Nithya was very fast in their updates . Atlast Dr. Manoj joseph was very friendly and my father was more happy that he made him comfortable with his words first than medicine. We are confident to continue with Dr Manoj for future treatments. Maintain the same process and quality. THANK YOU

I recommend to meet Dr Vaibhav to all those who are looking for a good and knowledgeable physiotherapist. I was referred by my friend to meet Dr Vaibhav after my Knee injury in Last year. My ACL ligament was almost torn and MCL was partially torn. I was advised by many to undergo key hole surgery but i was not willing to do it but wanted to recover naturally. At this point of time i met this one of the best physiotherapist in Ernakulam. Under his and his teams support, I almost recovered now and still under rehab.

PART 2 of 2 Alexis Williams - Continued from PROS CON - Language barrier, at times there is a language barrier not with all staff but with some. This can cause confusion/frustration. My friend was very afraid of getting the surgery and didn’t always have the reassurance that we have come to expect with the bed side manner we are accustomed to. There is a culture difference - she was rarely β€œheard” when she asked a question when trying to get information she wanted about what was happening. Certain doctors talking over her and not listening. CON - Lots of people I mean 10 -20 filtering into the room continuously at all times of day and night. Sometimes with as a groups of 5-7 doing β€œrounds” I imagine. Light is turned on when patient is asleep. Waking her up so no sound sleep. Some of this is understandable. We appreciate the fact that they are so efficient in getting all the testing done but at some point it is really over bearing and I needed to step in and ask when she can actually get some rest. CON - The room is small. Like 3mx3m. With a hospital bed and what passes as a bed for the by stander.( a set of wooden open draws with a light foam covering on top)my hips were in pain at the end of 6 days. In communication with the hospital my friend was told that the support person would have a room, we took that to mean I would have my own room. It was the same room. There is a toilet and a bathroom and thankfully air conditioning. (We needed the air-conditioning 24/7. The window is not really a window. They build some glass wall right next to the window. There is a canteen on the 5th floor but no where else to go. So bring your lap top, books to read, something to write in because you’re not going anywhere for the time that you’re there. It was so hot and humid too, the hallway wasn’t air conditioned so the minute you leave the room that heat hits you like a ton of bricks. CON -The rooms aren’t all that sound proof on our floor you can hear other people in other rooms in pain or throwing up(sometimes all night) or having visitors or the loud buzzer of people calling the nurses or the loud phone which echoes down the hall. The first few nights we didn’t hear anything- I think we were the only ones on the floor. CON - The hospital is not the same hospital in the google image. It is aged now. CON -We asked the airline for assistance for my friend (Which I highly recommend) because we had a massive day of flying ahead of us. We got to the airport and because my friends surgery happened less than a week prior we almost were not accepted onto the plane. You need discharge paperwork or a medical certificate, which we didn’t get or even know we needed. It was 1am and no one at the hospital was picking up (understandably) the airline called their team of doctors and it was at their discretion whether or not we were cleared for flying that day. What a stressful event that was. Luckily after what seemed like an age we were cleared to fly. I am the kind of person that likes to be informed before I make a decision. I didn’t feel like I was informed enough to prepare myself mentally for this difference. Would I recommend people come to this hospital? Absolutely. They are so committed to you to your health to bettering their hospital (Sanjeev leads this wonderfully with immense regular staff training). This is a different world to mine. Could I have stayed at the hotel down the road? absolutely, however I felt my role was as the support person and I was there to support my friend through the whole process. Could I have left the hospital? Yes of course I could’ve, again i was there to support my friend and also as a woman travelling alone I, personally, wouldn’t risk it. That was my experience and mine alone. I hope you make the decision that is right for you but know if you come to this hospital you will certainly get some of the best specialists in the world and people with heart who are dedicated to your care.

Hospital is one of the worst hospital in kochi.it was good till 6 or 4years ago,Now the management and HR is not capable of running the hospital and destroying it.I was a staff there couple of years ago I resigned, it's the place for bullying and harrassment now.so my fellow nurses and medical staffs don't go work there, also dear patients this hospital is just a money oriented shop there are another Hospitals in kochi with good patient care at affordable cost.
