Good selection of North Indian food. Polite and pleasant staff. Quick service. The food tastes quite nice. However, it's a little pricey and doesn't really justify the cost. Not bad place to try out once though!

This restaurant is well known for its ambiance and service. Restaurant is neatly maintained to offer a pleasant experience to the guests. It's regarded as one of the finest north Indian restaurants in Kochi. Food tastes well and the quantity is really good as well. But the price is damn expensive here. It's very difficult to justify the pricing even if the quantity is above expectation.

This place has an average tasting food With an extra ordinary price range. Even their okey service staff and ambiance doesn't justify the price. Avoid if possible.

Great ambience. Great service. The food however was not up to par. I wouldn’t say bad, but I wouldn’t say good either. Presented really well but did not live up to the name of the dishes. A shame as a previous visit was wonderful. Consistency needs to be key.

Pathetic service along with substandard yet overpriced food. If I'm a Punjabi, I would've filed a defamation suit against the restaurant for representing Punjabi food this way. Will never recommend the place to anyone I know. I don't mind paying for a fine dining experience, but the food dint do justice in terms of taste or portion size and the service. The staff needs to be reminded multiple times for the most basic stuff like placing cutlery, tissues and providing straw for the refreshments. You've to pay close to 290 bucks for a cold glass of lassi, the least you can do is give a straw which is longer than the glass you serve in. Please tell me, how do you make such terrible butter chicken being a Punjabi fine dining restaurant. Weekend is no excuse to have a laid back service, you're placed inside Lulu mall and you must be in a position to anticipate the crowd. The only positive experience I had was the ambience.

This is a hotel inside Lulu Mall, we can come and eat here for a variety experience. Various types of food are available here. Paneer is a food to mention here, it is a food of good quality with very good quantity. But a bit expensive but value for money

Great Ambience, spacious and it’s conveniently located in the Lulu Mall.. The service is great, the staffs are very courteous and make sure your are an important customer to them.. The food is superb and the portions are good quite big. Have a look and order.. they also inform you if you are ordering qty more than the requirement as well. You can just relax and enjoy the food.. I denied the desert but then finally made a choice to try it out and was dam good we kept ordering more… something you will not get in kochi. Do not hesitate, just get them. Too expensive. Prices are more than five star hotels. There are better places to eat. Better to avoid. I ended up paying 7 grands to finally upset my stomach. Nothing special about the food or service. Table are so small, we literally had to squeeze to accommodate serving bowls.

I am a customer of this place from 2018 onwards.Every time i visit, I'm treated with Really great service. Although it might seem a bit pricey, the taste of servings definitely warrant it. The food is served at the right temperature without a lot of delay. Since this is located in Lulu mall, there is ample parking space. You can book a table here in advance by calling them via phone , however on most days you will find seats available even without booking.

Long story short, it was Sunday, 19/12. All other restaurants in Lulu were packed. We stumbled upon Punjab grill, moderately full. So we went in. Sat down, looked at the menu. Prices starting from 600 + GST. Biriyani was priced at 1000 + tax. We just got up and left, went to Zaatar, instead. Apparently, the few people who were inside, dined on starters, understandable. A NOTE TO THE OWNER: I'm a foodie, a biriyani lover, and have tried biriyani from all over India! Please tell me what you put into a 1000 rupee + GST biriyani? DO YOU STILL WONDER WHY YOUR RESTAURANT IS EMPTY 365 DAYS A YEAR? A few months back, we hesitated to go inside Punjab Grill because it was empty, and didn't want to risk being served frozen/reheated/old food.

We had a buffet dinner a few months back and it was reasonably priced. This visit was on 6th January and we were told that the buffet dinner is discontinued. We ordered from a la carte menu. The menu items showed price of Rs595 and 545 each + one tandoori roti (plain roti) and the total bill was Rs1536.00, it was overpriced. One bottle of mineral water kept on the table was charged Rs95 + service charge 10%, CGST and SGST was also charged . The prices are much higher than a FIVE STAR Hotel and the service not so great. Be warned, OVER PRICED shocker.

There’s so much to offer in Lulu’s mall but we decided to dine at Punjab. The food is really good and the menu has quite a bit to offer. The only problem I have and not with the restaurant but the mall in general is that they don’t offer any alcohol beverages. The restaurant itself is nice inside and the service is not too bad.
