Worst customer service in stitching area. They don't even know to take proper measurement and to select appropriate lining material. They will only provide good approach to customer while placing order. They don't even care if there is any mistake from their side. They doubled tha charge to do corrections and wasted lot of time.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The stitching is very very worst. They just ruined whatever I had given for stitching. The staff who are there to take the stitching measurements are not at all professional. Although the store has good material collection I do not recommend anyone for stitching your fine clothes here. I had very bad experience multiple times and decided not to give any of the dresses here to stitch

Dress materials of shawli are of very poor quality. I have got a very bad experience .Bought a churidar material from Shawli Kothamangalam , sticthed but the churidar torn after the very first use.When I reported ,I got a very irresponsible reply.Their only aim is to make profit.Never go there.

The staffs are not cooperative and friendly at stitching area .They don’t deliver the dress on time as scheduled.Bad experience and I won’t recommend anyone 2 stitch there

I went there for stitching my dress . Ive traveled a long way to get to there. The staffs in the material section is quite nice. But the staffs in the stitching area is very rude and acts like they dont even want to take my order. They even asked to to go to another shop for stitching when i asked them to stitch the cloth for me( i even called one of the staff the previous day and morning requiring about the price and time they would be able to do the stitching). I still gave the cloth there because I traveled a long way . But due to their rude behavior i asked my friend to get back the cloth from there.

The quality of the material is very poor.Had purchased a cloth material for 1050 rupees per meter with lots of crystal work.The dress stitched with the material started loosing the crystals after the second wash itself(hand wash not even machine wash). The customer service is the worst.some of the sales women are not even ready to help us even though they are not busy.Had left the shop 2 times due to this

Please dont give for stitching if you dont want to loss / damage your material. Very unprofessional management with worst tailors of the market. They dont even have any idea of measurement. Taking measurment is long process of 2 hours. Nobody takes responsibility on loss of material still they want complete stitching charge

Shawli Churidar Textiles shop in Kothamangalam is a pleasant surprise! They offer an above-average shopping experience with a decent variety dress for ladies. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to assist. Prices are on a bit higher side for their stitching. It has a wide range of collections. Parking space is for only two cars. Worth considering for your next shopping venture!

Worst quality material which shrinked and faded after first wash itself.Brought it for 2500 rs and done stiching for 900rs .Dress became useless after first wash itself.raised a complaint and the owners sitting in the shop counter didn't even listen to what I was saying and didn't show the courtesy to apologize atleast... they were like whatever happens they need money money money..such a disaster ... they are just money minded people without any product knowledge. Product quality is pathetic.

Worst experience. Im writing this bcz I'm filled with extreme sadness. they Ruined my wedding saree blouse. Designing part was nice but stitching was very bad. They made the blouse extremely short that it can't be worn at all. And the worst part they will give you extreme justifications for making the blouse short which can't be believed even for a second. And the time taken for taking the measurements is eternity and then they do this. I don't know whoes measurement they used . Charges are high but customers's money is not valued.very disappointed and won't recommend the place for stitching

Good running material collection. But Stiching is very poor. Given a pattern to stich a salwar with pencil bottom, It was a flop.

The worst experience I had ever. People with terrible attitude. Am from Bangalore and based on someone's recommendation drove down almost 40kms to this place. The lady at the tailoring division had the audacity to ask my wife " get away from here..how come you can come with these many for stitching..?" As if she paid for my purchase and my wife was asking to get all stitched free of cost..!! Will recommend any shop on earth over this.
