Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff, Gunjar, is really helpful. Me and family stayed in deluxe connecting room and everyone love it. Rooms were all disinfected and sanitized. Kids love the pool. The salmon was delectable, foodgasm! Nice experience overall

Hotel location inside Mall Boemi Kedaton complex area, you may need pay bit attention in the parking enterance as there is dedicated entrance for Radisson Hotel. This is my first time stay in this hotel, and first impression was very good and the staff are friendly and helpfull. If you bring your own car, the parking space not really big but dont worry the staff will help you find the space. I travel with my family for this first time, we choose Junior Suite and the room is quite big and my first impression the room is very clean. Coffee machine and amenities included in this package, welcome dring and snacks also provided to us. For the entertainment, you may connect your device to the TV and the internet speed is okay for me (my speed test DL 28MBPS UL 27MBPS). It’s very easy to go to Mall Boemi Kedaton as theya are providing the connection door at lobby area. Restaurant for breakfast is good, spacious and a lot of choise for local Indonesia cuisine. The staff are friendly and helpful, the taste is good. Lastly, if you go vacation to Lampung, this Radisson hotel is good choice in term of the location, cleanest, and also the price.

Located next to Kedaton Mall. Room is quite spacious, only the entertainment on tv is very limited. Breakfast is great with various selections. Parking area is shared with the mall. Easy access to mall is very attractive but parking can be difficult to find for hotel patrons.

We booked a junior suite. Highly recommended for its accessibility (wheelchair friendly) room and helpful service. We had some minor issues with our room (smell was damp) but was fixed quickly by housekeeping. I liked the Nespresso coffee machine inside the room, and the toilet/bathroom was also accessible for wheelchair. The pool was also also a great treat as it could be accessed by wheelchair too (quite uncommon for hotels). Breakfast was decent, nothing too special, but the variety was good. Location is excellent; right in town and attached to a nice mall.

I tried the saturday Barbeque here for the carnivore one and it is very good! i recommend the lamb chop and lamb legs, as well as the sashimi and cheese’s. I also ask one of the receptionist named Tio to take some pictures and he was very nice and patient to take the pictures. 5 stars service overall

My husband and I booked executive suites and it is super huge and amazing!! Their staff are all very welcoming and friendly especially Bara their housekeeper. Another housekeeper that’s friendly too is Anggi :) my last two days was the best as their chauffeur, Putra, brought us around more places that my husband and I didn’t managed to go! Really recommend to take their chauffeur as well :))) Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely come back 🫶🏼

Very memorable stay with radisson lampung. The food is good quality and delicious . I meet with one of staff restaurant when i breakfast with my big family in the morning. His name Agung , i like the attitude and his smile very cheerful . Thank you radisson lampung , good stay with you

We visited here as one of the newest hotel in town, however their services has no improvement from time to time. As this time was our 3rd or 4th time visit. I do hope the frontliners can be more clear and ready towards their approach to customers. The security is okay. The bellboy who put our luggage in the carrier never able to drop our luggage in the room, turn out we have to come downstairs and bring those up. Haha and this is not the first time. We handle it with laugh. Since its not that important but funny cos happened everytime in this place. But believe they have priorities due to man power adjustment perhaps. However the room is clean, the bath room is decent and smells good. We only have breakfast once in here since we likely go out on sunday morning.

The hospitality was off the roof, every problem was handled well and fast. I stayed in deluxe room (IDR 1.4m), Room was very clean but not too spacious. Free 2 bottles of equil and nespresso capsules refilled everyday. LAN cable connection available. Pool was clean. Breakfast menu was great, many options of healthy food. Definitely will come back later when i visit lampung!

Alvian, Ita, Jenike, Ambar (Amuse and lobby lounge Staff) so friendly and unbelieveable service even though it was busy there hhhhh. overall experience during stay with family in Radisson very happy and excellent. i’ll give (10 out of 10) for everything. I'm not sure why this hotel allowed only one person for breakfast if we don't mention 2 guests when booking the room while other 4 stars hotels let 2 persons to have a breakfast for each room.

Room is clean, useful amenities, nice view, and I can accept a bit stain on bathroom floor and no exhaust in bathroom.

4-stars hotels feels like 5-stars. Lobby was not big, but fine. Reception was good, although not excellent. Connected to shopping mal Boemi Kedaton, which is very convenient if you want to buy something or find something to eat. Room. My room was on 5th floor, which the same floor with swimming pool and function hall. Guest rooms are secured as you need access card to enter. Guest rooms has a quite good soundproof, only a little sounds from next rooms, or from outside. Bed was a bit too soft for me, but all clean and fresh. The ac was quite cold, easy to adjust room temp. Hot water good, no bath tub. But amenities were complete and refill every day. Room was quite spacious, and most importantly, clean. Breakfast. International selection, from western like cheese, breads, pastas, salads, sausages. And local selections like traditional sweet porridge, fried rice, local soups. Taste wise also good. A decent espresso machine for morning coffee and they provide paper cup for to-go-coffee. Facility. Gym, swimming pool, function hall, in room wifi.

It's an elegant hotel with professional services from front desk, security, housekeeping to the restaurant. The hotel is well maintained and looks refreshed.

Arguably one of the best, cleanest, well designed, most popular hotel in Bandar Lampung. We stayed here during the Hari Raya Eid period and it was fully booked - packed - not with out-of-city tourist but staycationers (people whose maid went home for a few days and they stayed in the hotel during the time). The room was good and spacious, easily can fit in two mid-size suitcases. No problems at all with aircons and the showers were all good. My mother stayed next door and used a wheelchair - it wasn’t an issue to find a plastic chair for her to shower with. However note - that getting a connecting room requires you to call the hotel (you cannot do so via booking the app). The service was good, prompt and polite. the hotel management made sure that the standard was maintained throughout. I LOVE THE GYM (not pictured, sorry - a lot of selfies here) its managed separately but spacious has a HUGE generous spinning studio (as you can see from their website). Now the only bad issue with the hotel are the staycationing locals. The locals basically mess up the breakfast area, screams in the corridors (called the staff to tell them off and they did), crowds the pool and think that the gym actually is daycare (picture 5-10 year olds running around causing havoc with the gym equipments). The staff were polite through those episodes with the locals (poor staff). I would definitely come here again; but we just have to bear in mind the rowdy staycationers. Oh you are honored as a Radisson member! You will get an upgrade where available!

It is located in a mall that parking is always the biggest problem. The food is terrible. I found undercooked vegetables and raw onions in a wedding reception held here.

a little story about our experience staying at the Radisson hotel Lampung. Previously, my family and I would like to thank Radisson Lampung for upgrading our rooms so that we are more comfortable while staying there. We stayed for 17 days here for a family vacation or more precisely. for me "Homecoming" / Pulang Kampung . Praise God, I can finally return to my homeland after more than 2 years of the pandemic. Thank you for the hospitality from all the Radisson Lampung Hotel team, special thanks to Jannie and the front desk team who are always friendly and kind. Thanks to the excellent housekeeping Especially Zainal and Angga, thank you for helping to clean and tidy up and prepare our needs during our stay there. Thank you also to all the F&B team, especially to Ambar, Artha and Puput as well as Widya who always served us at breakfast in a friendly and kind manner. we stay in a room equipped with a kitchen set and a washing machine which is very useful for families who are on vacation, especially on vacation with babies. The hotel is very clean and tidy. and this hotel is very strategically located, right in the middle of the city of Bandar Lampung, and not too far from the airport. This hotel is directly connected to the Kedatan Boemi Mall, so if you need anything it is very easy to find whatever you need, such as supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. I highly recommend this hotel to stay or vacation in Bandar Lampung. This hotel also has a large restaurant and the food is delicious, for those who like to eat noodles, you should try "Mie Goreng Mamak". just a little advice from us to keep the coffee hot during breakfast so that the coffee doesn't get cold even though people come for breakfast a bit late. and it might be very interesting if there is a local coffee station / provides a variety of local coffee so that visitors to Lampung can taste Lampung's specialty coffee plus traditional market snacks. The best hotel for the location and service for the time being in Lampung. - The hotel is located side by side with Boemi Kedaton Mall. The hotel even has a special connecting access to the mall on the third floor so that it is easier for us when we need to go to the mall. Thus, it is very convenient for us. - The rooms are spacious, the size of the bed is big that you can accommodate 2 adults and a kid on the single bed. - The rooms are clean, well lit, and well maintaned.And not to forget that this is the most soundproof hotel I have found so far. It's nice to not hearing someone from beside your room or upstairs talking, opening the doors or walking around the room. - The amenities are complete. There are two complimentary bottles of mineral water, safe deposit box, refrigerator, hair dryer, 2 hand towels, 2 face towels, 2 bath towels, room slippers, coffee maker, and also hand sanitizer. Good job on supporting the health protocol during the pandemic! - There are also swimming pools and gym. My kids really like the swimming pools. There are also a lot of pools chairs with umbrella besides the pools. - The menu variety for the breakfast is quite diverse. I like how they serve some menu specially manned by their F&B staff so that they can control the flow and quantity of the items. This service is better to control the quality and quantity of the menu items so that there will be no menu that is out of stocks. - The services are superb. From the process of checking in and out that are super quick and how the FO staff accommodated my request to check the rooms first before checking in and also when we had difficulty to open the hotel door access from the mall. They always respond quickly and efficiently. Please keep up the good work! The only downside to our stay is that we got connecting rooms on the smoking floor. Although the Housekeeping staff did a wonderful job in treating the rooms so that there is no scent of smoke in our connecting rooms, sometimes when there are guests smoking in the other rooms, we could still smell the cigarette smoke coming from the air vent. However, the Front Officer did explain the situation very well that it is not an issue for us. All in all, this hotel is very recommended for staycation with your family or to have a business meeting as it is still near the city center.

short stay, yet unforgettable moment. Love the radisson ambience. Warm welcome since the first time we arrived at the hotel, quick and reponsive staffs. The room was really clean, spacious and comfy. too bad cant try the swimming pool and gym because of the tight schedule, hope we had another chance to stay here again next time.
