We are a regular travellers and would rate parudheesa as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. Communication with host was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful luxurious house.

OMG!! 😱 Is this a home .. or castle? It’s a luxurious home. I couldn’t even go to sleep! They walked through the home and offered me a glass of cocktails as a welcome drink. The bed linen smelt like a Persian scent, and the aroma throughout the home was so sweet! My first night 😜 will be celebrated in this house definitely 💯

A lovely home, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and welcoming. Perfect hosts who were wonderful with our three young children. Excellent location for exploring the area (close to the international airport), with amazing views. So quiet and calm, it added a particular touch to our stay. Thank you so much for giving such a serene and tranquil environment. A true hidden gem, and a compliment to Jack and his team.

What 😦 a magnificent piece of artwork. It’s a great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there. The location is stunning ( Cochin Airport ) and close to nature. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Jack). The staff was extremely friendly. The home-cooked food was yummy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience. My best area to relax was the “ Cashmere multi cover area “ ….

This is one of the best properties I have stayed in. The house is beautiful and the owner makes sure that you are comfortable. We had a last moment planning drawback for our drop off to the airport and he went above and beyond to help us. Would definitely visit again!

This typical Keralan house is absolutely stunning. Sweeping stairs, chandeliers, patios to relax. Incredibly clean rooms (especially appreciated after two weeks in Northern India) Wifi in each room. Only 15 mins from Cochin airport and perfect for beginning or ending your tour of Kerala. We loved it and wished we could have had more time there. They also have a massage area at the back of the house and someone comes on site to give massages.

I stayed here and couldn't believe my luck at finding such a beautiful place! Spacious, with ALL mod cons (WESTERN AND INDIAN), and so clean and private. The host is lovely and really helped get the best out of our holiday in India. I'll be back!!

Alright, usually I find it difficult to believe the place is actually going to be like the pictures they posted.. but this place is every bit as beautiful as it can be. The host is this amazing person who is almost willing to help and guide u at any given point of time, it is nice and quite, the airport is less than 30 mins away, stunning locations nearby, historical places.. this was just a gem of a find and the stay was just so satisfying.. ZEN like!!!

My close friend and fellow citizen recently had his wedding at this place and he says “I felt like I was in Europe” -“Notre Dame Paris.“ Even though this place got all the great amenities. My friend says their hospitality was highly appreciated. My friend keep on saying “my wedding wasn’t a great experience without their assistance from picking up from airport, all wedding planning, shopping, photos,videos and finally arranging a spectacular wedding dinner with fireworks etc.” He says everyone would appreciate this magnificent place in the heart of the city. Parudeesa is a spotless, safe, homely place in the residential area of Cochin - Kerala, but within easy walking distance of both the Western and Eastern mixed high street called “Western Road”. Hot water 24/7, Wi-Fi 300mpbs, filtered water system, solar run electricity, colour coded waste management system, controlled water usage, the list goes on. Beneficial owner who will also pick you up/drop you off from/at the International Airport for a highly reasonable price. The variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options are amazing and mouth watering! In a gist from - my friend says “having lived in the USA for so many years, I felt totally at home”. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for higher quality and best customer care experience…

Stayed here for a week with my family and friends who traveled to Kerala to attend my wedding. The space was as beautiful as described. The house manager was also incredibly helpful in arranging in-house massages (excellent! ) , cabs and arrivals at different times. Would 10/10 recommend, we were all very sad to leave.
