Fantastic place to stay at moderate rate. Good staff. Especially Cibin. Nice experience. Highly recommended for moderate economical decent stay.

Hotel is nice ,close to airport ,clean and decent for a nights stay.. But the person /manager named Baiju something is highly impolite..to every requests he starts with a NO..then you have to argue with him to get things which are usually expected in a room.. We stayed 5 families on 22nd April night and except for his behavior, everything was nice..

Title: Pleasant Food, Average Service, and Lacking Ambiance at Sara Hotel and Apartments I recently dined at the restaurant of Sara Hotel and Apartments, and I'd like to share my experience. Please note that I can only provide feedback on the restaurant, as I did not stay at the hotel. The menu options were limited to just three items: Poori, Puttu, and Idly. Opting for the Poori, I was pleasantly surprised by the dish. The Pooris were tasty, and the portion size exceeded expectations as they served four Pooris, which is equivalent to two large Pooris. The accompanying curry was flavorful and complemented the dish well. Unfortunately, the service I received was average. While the staff was courteous, there was no exceptional attention to detail or personalized service that would set them apart. It seemed that the restaurant primarily caters to hotel guests, as mentioned by the waiter, and not to outside patrons. This may explain the lackluster service experience. Moreover, the ambiance of the restaurant was poor. One notable issue was the absence of air conditioning, which made the dining experience uncomfortable, especially during hot weather. It's important to note that this might be due to the restaurant's focus on serving hotel guests rather than the general public. Overall, my visit to the restaurant at Sara Hotel and Apartments left me with mixed feelings. While the Poori dish was delicious and generously portioned, the average service and lack of ambiance, particularly the absence of air conditioning, were disappointing. If you're solely looking for a satisfying meal, you may enjoy the food here, but be prepared for average service and a less-than-ideal dining environment.

Bathroom flush not working and no fix was provided. Rooms were not very clean.. hotel car to drop to airport was charged 300 rupees for 2 to 4 kms.. dinnner was average, but breakfast was good..

We had booked the 2 bed room apartment as we were taking 2 different flights but were given option of only 1 airport pickup. The guy who came for pickup was so quite arrogant as we came by flight, he knew we are a group of 5 people still he bought a 4 seater eeco where the luggage fit in the back and 5 of us had to accommodate on each other's lap till the hotel. Rooms in which we stayed was very very compact but yes good option if you want to stay overnight. Breakfast was a good spread.

Booked room for 1 day, charged 2k for standard ac room, which is so small even 2 persons can't walk at same time. Room also was so unclean that it did not seem like 3 star hotel. Good thing is that me and my wife stayed from 8 pm to next day 10 am. Either would not recommend to anyone just because of their money making mentality. Even tv did not work until we said so. Only few channels given after telling so. Just go to other hotel, may be go little far from airport, then you can find better hotel with better service. Trust me in this one. 🙂

Decent stay… for the price I would say… rooms very clean and had working ac. Wifi was not working so don’t makes any plans on working on your office tasks with the wifi they provide.. The breakfast was pretty good..!

Ok, Rooms and the hotels are clean. Have'nt stayed there for long time. havent used the rrom service. But they were friendly.

If you have flights to catch, then only you stay.. Too much disturbance at night.. Can't sleep well.. For emergency its a good hotel. Breakfast is also good.

Wouldn't recommend staying here. Poor quality rooms and bathrooms, very noisy and staff who were not willing to address the noise concerns.

Close to airport hence they know guests won’t stay for long hence bad service, rooms are too small ,if available they will provide apartment type accommodation which has 2 rooms(small ones) hall,2 bathrooms. Since we reached hotel at 10 pm and requested for dinner in advance they provided basic meal. But in the morning we got to know they don’t provide room service (not even for tea). Overall not a place to stay with family.

I had booked a room on 25th January 2023 from Agoda with a cashback of 400rs which was to be received after 60 days but recently I got to know Sara cancels the booking by itself inspite of customer staying in there. And when you apply for cashback they say you were bookings were cancelled. The cheapest thing a hotel can ever do. If I don't want to give cashback atleast do not mention it. And stop looting customer Sara hotels. The area is remote and food quality not good. The staff wasn't helpful at all. They did not answer calls neither do they reply humbly. Extremely unsatisfied.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sara Hotels and Apartments, a hotel located near Cochin Airport. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience there. The hotel is modern and well-appointed, with spacious rooms and excellent amenities. The staff at Sara Hotels and Apartments were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were quick to help me with my luggage and check me into my room, making the entire process seamless and hassle-free. The room itself was large and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. One of the highlights of my stay at Sara Hotels and Apartments was the food. The hotel's restaurant serves a great selection of Indian and international dishes, all of which were delicious and perfectly prepared. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center and a rooftop pool. I didn't have a chance to try the fitness center, but I did take a dip in the pool and it was fantastic. The view from the rooftop was also quite spectacular. Overall, I would highly recommend Sara Hotels and Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel near Cochin Airport. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the amenities are top-notch. I would definitely stay here again

We had a very pleasant stay at Sara Apartments during our visit to India. Excellent Customer service (Reception staff very couteous and helpful), Affordable rates, Very clean rooms, Quiet location and Easy access to and from the airport are few of the features of this great accommodation. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone looking for a pleasant stay close to Cochin Airport.

Rooms are too small but I guess that's what you get in 1400 INR per night. It is little close to the airport so we managed for one night but the rooms are extremely small, two people can't walk at the same time. Mattress and sheets were also very aged. The good thing was their buffet at 100 INR per person which was tasty and filling.

They will ask you to pay for towels and sheets you have used and cleaning too. Nothing is available in their restaurant and it is located in very remote location so nothing is available near and rooms are not that good. Ac don't work no tv channel is there. They will not do anything to resolve and threaten to pay for sheet and towels and said we will not let you go until you pay.

Nice stay at 2 Bedroom apartment. Food quality was also good and staff was supportive. They also provide pickup from airport which is helpful.

Had an opportunity to spend my holidays here. We had a very calm and exciting stay with such a good hospitality from the staff members. All facilities as per requested were provided without any delay. Excellent client service. Would also like to point out that, Mr VipinRaj who is the GM of the Hotel was very d owntoearth. He was indeed very helpful . I would recommend this venue for a calm and peaceful vacation.

Extremely poor food - unedible literally. The free wifi taunted in a board is literally non existent. Why even phone signals don’t work in this hotel which is supposedly A class coz it is close to the airport. Never had a place to stay and a plate of food that was worse than this place anywhere and I’ve been traveling for 10 years.

The guy who came for pickup was so rude and arrogant as we came by flight and he supposed to come to pick us up on a domestic flight while he went to international and hence we waited almost for 30minutes. Rooms in which we stayed was very compact but yes good option if you want to stay overnight. Although they will not provide you any welcome kit no soaps nothing.

This hotel is available in prime location and near to Cochin airport. Rooms are decent and they charged 1000 rs per day. Bathrooms are clean and neat. Good service. Food is okay to try.

1St time our experience is good but second time they said 900 per standard room but they collected 1600.take only delux room.

Rooms are not hygiene have taken a deluxe room...airport transfer is pathetic they have only 2 vehicles if the Guests are more you have to wait, I had waited for 40mins standing at airport...there are other hotels with in this budget and near to airport ..stricter no if you are planning for a pleasant experience

The Hotel had made us to wait for about two hours at Cochin Airport to pickup by giving wrong and misleading information. The delux room are very small. The food dishes in Complementary Break fast were emptied well before scheduled time.

This hotel is very popular and serves better as per the experience my friends had here. Although I didn't stay here, while passing from outside, a very good view of this hotel will attract you to here.

only plus point that it is near to Airport otherwise there is no worth staying. They have one road side dhaba and one restaurant but they will not allow you eat in restaurant, they will provide food in your room from that Dhaba. Room size is also small, if you ask for extra bed they it is fully packed

The food was excellent and the rooms are also good and the service was also good and the person from front office Vineeth and vipin and Baiju owner Askar waiter are coperating persons with and good

Conducted baptism for about 150 people ...went without a hitch ...nice hall staff and premises .also booked a service apartment for guests and also one additional room for cleanup and everything .. Everything was spotless and the service was great Hall + chairs and tables + room + service apartment combined came under 25 k . What more could I have asked for ?

Stayed for 1 day as need to catch my flight from Cochin airport... My experience with the hotel was okay.. rooms size are not that much big.. it's a bit of congested if you book for standard rooms.. Not sure why the passage of hotel is more bigger than the rooms.. Service wise it was good....
