This hotel is located very near to the airport. But the approach seems to be ghostly. Rooms are quite neat and clean. However, there is great scope of bargaining for room rents. If you are used to star hotel services then you may sometimes feel like hitting your head to the wall. If you have ordered tea in your room keep reminding them every two minutes otherwise after a long wait when you call the room service they may ask "to whom had you ordered? The staff may argue with you even on supply of a complementary water bottle. They are not bad people but utterly un-professional. Moreover, other than the hotel taxi you may not find any conveyance in the vicinity of this hotel.

this is hands down the best hotel near the airport. the service and hospitality was truly amazing. yes, it's located in a bit secluded area, and is huge but it's liveable as nothing is open outside after 10. the rooms are much more than the tariff you pay , they even have an Ayurvedic massage and taxi service at the premises. i booked through goibibo.we accidentally dropped the room keys in the lift duct, but the guy at the reception calmly said with the smile that it's no worries and will get it out. and the main cherry on top is the FREE AIRPORT DROP service that just ended my whole trip on a happy note. I definitely recommend it and will say not to invest more in costly hotels if you are for a day or a long layover.

This place was once a very nice service apartment. But not anymore. We hardly found anyone else other than us 6 family members in the apartment which was a little scary. The apartment is not maintained well. Very crammed up in space. But the linen used were very clean. No restaurant. But there are quite a good line of restaurant which is just an autorickshaw ride away.

The room and amenities were good, the staff were courteous and efficient, the ambience was neat and peaceful, the inhouse restaurent (Vysali) was well laid out and service was excellent. One sore point of contention was that the price of some items as billed for payment was different from what was printed in the menu card at the restaurent and the rooms. So, it's better to check with the restaurent staff before you place the order for food. On the whole a good place to stay in. Real value for money

It's a very clean and hygiene hotel.. good for family and also friends. Very good service. Every facilities are available in room itself.. tea coffee is available.. which we can only prepare using electric kettle.. chess board is available to engage ourself. TV is there.. with almost all channels available. Well furnished rooms. The hotel people are very friendly . And they actually cares alot.. we have to submit our id proofs before entering.. u'll surely have a great feeling here

Hotel with poor ambience. Construction is not completed in all aspects... We had a meeting and the pricing charged and amenities provided doesn't match. Food is good.. those who book for meetings should visit and confirm booking. The photo available in the maps is a short from inside.. the look from road is entirely different

We booked them for a night stay when we were getting back from Munnar & had to sleep over the night as the flight was scheduled early in the morning. These are some apartment involved in legal issues due to which the space is being used as hotel. The place is clean & tidy! The rooms however were small & also the beds were only queen size! It is pretty near to the airport.

The rooms are good. Neat and well maintained. These apartments have a living room, bedroom and kitchenette. They have one, two and three bedroom apartments available. Room tariffs are also reasonable. Overall a good place to stay for those who are looking for accommodation close to Nedumbassery airport. The airport is just walkable distance, less than 1km from the Hotel.

Stayed here on two weekends. First was a Two bedroom apartment--The rooms were in need of maintenance badly--many light bulbs fused, main door hande and latch not secure enough, AC not cooling properly, None of the AC remotes working ?dead batteries etc. Second was a Three bedroom apartment--This property is in much better condition, though pretty old. Again the Ac remote controls were not working. The inhouse Restaurent serves decent food and rather quickly, which is a plus point. The staff are in general well behaved.
