Doctor's services was very good. Especially Dr. Nadirsha he is very polite and good too. I am very disappointed with the service of pharmacy billing staffs. They were not ready to hear from us and adamant too.

No problems for parking two wheeler and four wheeler. Ladies on the reception done all paperwork and they guide me to the doctor's room. No long waiting time. All information given by the nurses. Dr. Parthasarathi is very friendly person. And well experienced. Little bit crowd near the pharmacy. But everything in good system. A cafeteria located inside the hospital. Covid vaccination available there. I recommend this hospital.

Admitted there due to COVID-19. Very good service by the nursing staffs and the doctor which I treated. Also the pro department done a decent job. Got the papers quickly and properly. Overall a great work by them. Keep it up guys 👍

This hospital is economical for middle class; A well maintained hospital in the town. Nursing care is far better here compared to other nearby hospitals. However I am giving only 3 stars because of the mismanagement of the reception staff and attender staff in the OP department. Evening phone booking rules are changing daily. When I enquired this at hospital, I was asked to call at sharp 800 pm. When I called 800 pm (two days back) I was told to call at 8.30 pm. And when I questioned this, she replied that "it must be the trainee staff who asked me to call at 800 pm, and they may not be aware about the timings" Today, when I tried call at 8.30pm, they said booking is at 8.00 pm, and it's over!! Really unprofessional staff in the evening reception!! Please fix this!! Calling the patients with token number is not at all implemented in OP, instead they are calling by name and creating a chaos outside the OP room. Suppose we have booked the doctor appointment via phone, and reach there on the specified time, they won't consider your token number instead they call you basis of the files they already have. Then what is the point of getting a token number? As a suggestion for improvement, this can be improved by having a token display and call the patients with token number instead of name. Also please stop the "special chit" system. There may be people who is waiting in the queue for longer time, and just by paying Rs 100 if someone is getting priority, it is clear injustice. Reception/booking is very slow

I had a wonderful experience at the dental department of vathiyath hospital . I had my root canal done there recently and I’m truly satisfied with the outcome . The service provided by them was excellent.

Most good hospital in perumbavoor good doctors expecially Dr. Jyothis Merry she is very good heart. Experienced good nursing care and support. Paitients will not feel any discomfort from there side and work very sincierly hats off the whole team ofvathiyayath👍 keep it up

My husband mr. Abdul rahim, had an accident few days ago. We came to this hospital and Dr. Shine treated to him.We had a good experience from here. Not comfortable with pregnancy scanning by a Male Doctor to ladies. Does vathiyath Hospital have any lady dr for pregnancy scanning? Very bad behavior from hospital and paying high amount fees with less comfortable.

WORST Experinece from doctor.. Constulted Dr Saju Joseph for a pysical fitness certificate. He told to do some tests like Xray,ECG and blood test. I told i have already done the blood test from outsite but he didnt consider that report.. He told the labs outside are frauds and the goverment doctors will consider that reports because they will get money from Labs.. (So i understood who will get money when the tests are done in hospital itself)

today i just read how this hospital was doing from patient's feedback. I wanted to take a decision. first i would like to thank all patients for finding time to write their review, this helps new patients to decide whether to put our life to their treatment or run way from a hospital. +ve = this hospital appears to have better nursing & doctor care Vs Sanjo. Patients are mostly happy with experience. -ve = reception, pharmacy, registration, special token Rs 100 etc There are significant amount of complaints since few years where hospital management hasn't still given any importance to improve this and don't care the time/energy/infection risk etc for patients. This is a poor attitude from management and they will change the attitude only when they start loosing patients to another hospital.

Had to admit my daughter for the first time, so I was a bit nervous. But, the staff is very friendly and everything was handled quite efficiently. I am very satisfied with the experience.

Best Hospital in Perumbavoor. Hospital admins should do something immediately for the smooth functioning of the pharmacy. Pharmacy staff are working hard to supply the medicines but the patients are waiting around 1 hr after consulting the doctor. Otherwise you should provide the prescription to the patient so they can buy the medicine from outside and get discounts. Please refer to the attached photo and make a wise decision.

Recently admitted there due to covid 19. The hospitality and care given by the nurses were amazing really felt like we were in home. In this pandemic the caring shown by the Hospital staff were commandble. Never felt like we are sick they treated with all their hearts.. Even the housekeeping staffs were super nice and caring.
