Such a worst response received from manager Mr. Jothish. Called reception to cancel my booking and reschedule it to next day. He seems busy while in call and not communicated well. Even tried to contact again to reschedule my appointment. He deliberately hang up the call more than twice and didn’t even bother to call again. Such a rude behaviour from a manager definitely not appreciated. Apart from that the service was totally good.

Went here for a service with my mom and extremely disappointed. Took my mom to do a pedicure and a facial to pamper her before a special event. But, after doing the pedicure, the girl told me that they don’t have nail polishes. And, when I asked about it, the manager / owner said it’s a “complimentary” service and nail polishes has not been stocked from the HO. I wanted my mom to choose a colour from an array of colours and that was the whole reason I chose Green trends over a local salon that’s at a stone-throw distance from my house. But, so disappointed that I couldn’t give my mom what I wanted. On top of this, the girl was just pushing me to take a bridal glow facial for both me and my mom, despite me asking the girl to recommend a facial that will suit our “very different” skin concerns. She didn’t even listen to the skin concerns we had. Being a person who goes to the salon regularly, I can say it with conviction that this particular salon only cares about making money.

Exceptionally excellent service by Keerthi. I got pedicure and anti dandruff treatment with her. She was very helpful and gave lot of information. Kiruba also is very professional. Highly recommend them both.

The hair treatment my sister took was amazing. But the facial was the worst experience. It gave me a trauma. I took skin whitening facial and they put peel off mask on my face. The staff who did facial for me was not very gentle near my eye area. Finally the peel off mask went inside my eyes. I couldn’t talk or open my eyes as my face was fully covered. And then I called my sister outside for help. The staff came in and she convinced me that my skin is the problem and not her service. I was not ready to talk to her. I was crying there out of pain and burn. Not just the eye but my eye lids were burning and my eye lashes were falling off when she tried to take off the mask. it was a mess I will never forget in my life. For a moment there my eyes went bloody red and I thought I was gonna regret this for the rest of my life. What surprised me was how the staff was not at all sorry even a bit. Till the end it was either the mask fault or the brand fault or my skin fault.

I recently had a haircut her and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. My stylist Navamani listened to exactly what I wanted suggested the right hairstyle and executed it perfectly. Apart from that,I really liked the ambience of the salon which is clean and neat.

I liked the service given by Ms Keerthana. She was very patiently handling as I was little finicky with my hair but she handled it very well but I did not like the way when we had a discussion on combo offers. I felt it was a little harsh on customers. I asked whether my needs could be swapped or not but the reply was not so professional and they can work on that.customers are confused with the website and in person offer. So they must be considerate to the customers. My review rating is only for Ms Keerthana’s service.
