I had De Quervain's Tenosynovitis(Thumb pain due to inflammation) and I was recommended physiotherapy. Dr. Yadu gave ample information and gave a session plan according to my timeline. It might turn expensive but its the best course of action and I could see the results. When the time is right, he also suggested the exercises for pain relief and it helped me during stressful situations.

I am Sundarraj, I was suffering from severe leg pain, went to the ortho doctor and took a x-ray, he said you have sciatica due to nerve L4 & L5 pressure, so physiotherapy is a good option. I also went to SDM Ayurvedic Hospital for Physiotherapy and they examined me and told me to admit Pancha Karma Therapy for 8 days/month for 6 months, so I skipped it and looked for another physio center where they told me to come for 15 days. i do it but after 15 days pain never reduced. so again I consulted ortho doctor, they told me to take MRI scan, after seeing MRI SCAN REPORT, they told me to do surgery, I said no, please refer me to physiotherapy, I said I am doing it again with pain, dr. said do physio for 15 days and come again if pain is not reduced, after I googled PHISIYO ZONE, I went to Dr.Bala sir and showed the MRI REPORT, he also looked at it and he said that this can be solve. He gave me physio for 10 days and now I am fine thanks to Dr. Babu sir
