It's was one of the best experience I've had 💯 I wanted to celebrate my b'day in a boat and Couldn't have asked for a better experience than this. They arranged candle light dinner as complementary. We also had cake cutting (On request it's available but it might cost but it's affordable). Thank you so much for making this day special. I would totally recommend it to family or couples who wish to have boathouse experience at affordable price. *Food was amazing 😋* It was complementary as well😇💯

We booked southern panorama CASINO for our vacation. It's was 1st time experience at houseboat, and it was amazing. The staffs of this boat are super friendly. They are ready to help us at any time. Food was excellent,they offer different dishes which fill like homemade food, also they arranged candle light dinner for all guest, it was beyond our expectation. We stayed at Southern Panaroma cruise for a day. It was a good houseboat experience. The staff were good and provided a good service. Food was excellent and tasted like home food. The rooms were neat and clean. Only problem was with the tap water which was unclean and washrooms had bugs. Apart from that the stay was good.

We had a great experience in house boat stay. Food was superb and staff was very polite and cooperative. Our boat had only 3 rooms so it gave us a feeling of private cruise. All co- passengers were also very nice. We had a good time. They also have some activities in the evening like small boat ride and they charge 1500 for couple I don't think it was worth spending. Loved the experience spent at Southern Panorama SMART - right from check in to arranging things on request to the room quality - everything was amazing. We checked in and were shown to our rooms which were neat and clean. The common area was also nicely maintained and one could see amazing views once the boat took off. We sailed for 4 hours, stopped in between where you can take a small boat to go onto smaller lanes and then stop to buy seafood of your choice which they cook free of cost. Special thanks to the staff. Abi💓💓💓 was the sweetest and catered to all demands. The food was also amazing.💓💓💓💓

This is my first time in a house boat. I was not knowing what to expect. But Southern Panorama cruise in Alleppey is excellent. Be it the room or the boat itself, everything is luxurious. The food is just fab. They even arranged a candle light dinner which was unexpected. Great service team. Thank you

To our bad luck, we were stuck with a group of unfriendly families. We chose the semi premium category as the luxurious boats were completely covered with glass and we wanted to enjoy the fresh air. The food was delicious and the helpers on the boat were very welcoming. We stopped at the market where we could buy our own seafood and ask the chef to prepare it as we like. But the reason I have rated them so low was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom smelled of piss, the sheets and blanket smelled disgusting. There were cockroaches in the washroom and there was no hot water for shower. Houseboats are very commercial in general and you'll be surrounded by 100s of boats. It was a one time experience for us.

Overall satisfactory. Its very good if you know what you're paying for. "Shared basis" means a boat with 20+ other people. The boats are probably 20 years old and a little dirty but most things work. There is very little outdoor space. Not at all peaceful with that many people on board. However, the food was excellent and the staff were brilliant and helpful. Make sure you buy some fresh fish or tiger prawns for the chef to cool for you.

Very nice crew and clean houseboat. I went there with my parents and all the staff were very humble and helpful. The food although limited choice but all very tasty and freshly prepared. Overall we had a great stay. They also have a small boat ride available for 300rs per head which takes you for a one hr ride through narrow canals.

What we heard (average)and we actually experienced (Fantastic) was totally different... It was great stay, Value for money, Rooms were clean, Food specially candle light dinner remembered our just married days. Kids also enjoyed the stay Balcony could have been wider enough to accommodate more customer for better views. What better we can expect above this. Must stay in life time. Thanks to all support staff.... So cooperative.👌👌🙏👍👍👍

Wonderful experience. House boat was very well maintained. The size of the room, ambience was outstanding. The service from the in board staff was excellent. Hospitality was as expected when you are in kerala. Not a single mistake from staff. I travelled with my 2 years kid and they took very very superb care to each an every demand I made for my daughter. Must book this house boat when you are in Alleppey

Excellent Stay in Houseboat! Our stayed in houseboat was amazing. The staff was helpful in check-in and getting settled in the houseboat. It was very clean and well maintained. Apart from the excellent view on the cruise, the best part we enjoyed a lot was food on board. All meals Lunch, snacks, dinner and breakfast were delicious. Overall we had an excellent experience at houseboat!

Staff was extremely accommodating and supportive. Service was very good. Rajesh was the manger and he was extremely helpful with good professional behaviour. Overall my stay here with my family was extremely fun and memorable. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Food was tasty and hygienic. It was told that AC will be available from 9 PM to morning 6 AM. But it was switched ON early. My only recommendation to Southern Panorama is to provide AC 24/7 during summer. Otherwise rest all was great and nothing to complain.

The cook shiva cooks absolutely amazing local food both veg and non veg . And the help person rajesh is the guy you want in your boat for all your needs . They also arranged a candle light dinner for us. Loved it all. 100% recommended. Best crew i ever got the experience to be handled by.

Check in 12pm-1:30pm. Lunch, Dinner(candle light dinner), Snacks & Breakfast is included. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Rooms and entire boathouse is clean and hygiene. Food is good. They will stop at some fish shop where you can buy prawns or fish and give it to chef and tell him what you need fry/curry. I suggest to take prawns anyhow they will serve fish in the lunch. Spent a Wonderful time.

We stayed for one complete day in house boat. Room's were very cleaned and maintened well with all necessary facilities. Food is delicious and it will give you a feeling of home food. Staff is also very nice and friendly.

We took premium ac boathouse of 5 rooms for our family. Boat upper berth is maintained well. Staff service is good. Food is prepared tasty. But rooms are not maintained. Bedspread is not clean and smelly. AC need to be placed properly. Washrooms are very old and not maintained. For extra beds no bedspread was not provided.

Very good and hygiene House boat and the biggest boat in Kerala. Very good service given by the staff , and the captain 👨‍✈️ Food 🥘 was delicious value for money.Highly recommended We will come again.and they surprise us giving a candle light dinner it was amazing

Location was great, scenic views of the kerala backwaters and canals. Food was just ok. Rooms not maintained, sheets was old, congested, bathroom not maintained - towel hanger is broken, no stand for soap, room floor boards damaged and is a trip hazard. Very boring after the first 2- 3 hours into the tour. Tour starts at 1:30pm stops at the same pickup point area ( short distance away from the pickup area ) at 6:30pm. My take is its not worth it. Best to take a shikara boat and finish the tour without overnight stay. WiFi coverage also very poor in the rooms and there's no TV service available. Super boring!! Will not recommend...

We had a lovely time on the Southern Panorama cruise! The staff was excellent, tended to all of our needs quickly, and with respect. Rajesh was the lead on our boat and he was very friendly and helpful. The room was extremely clean as well as the bathroom but since we had 3 people, the extra bed was quite small and was on the floor. Would recommend getting two rooms if you have more than 2 people given the size of the rooms. The food was very delicious and reminded us of classic home cooked South Indian Kerala food!! The chef was so sweet.

Recently I booked room on Southern Panorama cruise. The room was neat and clean. The room service was nice. The nature around was superb. The staff was well and obedient. The food we enjoyed of best quality and tasty. The manager was supportive and good nature. I really appreciate panorama cruise manager and his guidance was useful. Everything was perfect. Well mannered crew. Condition and cleanliness of cabin very good. Quality of food and ambience of upper deck restaurant was awesome. Candle light dinner in the night was a surprise. We really enjoyed each moment on the Southern Panorama Cruise. Highly recommended to everyone.

We had an excellent stay in Southern Panaroma Cruises house boat. All aspects are A1 in the boat. My kid had never eaten outside but here she had enjoyed the food. Food was excellent. Rooms and washrooms were very clean and well maintained. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Thank you for the hospitality and keep it up !!

Stayed on casino houseboat. Overall experience was fine mainly because of the overall beauty of the place. Food was good but overall hospitality was poor compared to services in other parts of Kerala. Staff was not accommodating. For instance at check out which was at 9 we requested for 10 minutes extra for which created a ruckus. While waited 20 minutes for the guest a day before. The rooms not clean and bathroom was smelly. After charging almost 6k for a night ac was provided from 9pm to 6am. Tea was very sweet and asking fresh one would invite tantrums. having extensively travelled and as a traveller would not recommend their services

It was awesome experience. super scenic locations ... enjoyed each and every moment spent here ... Very tasty food ... prompt and supportive staff .. clean and well equipped rooms .. manager Rajesh was really courteous and helpful. He organized a great one hour village boat safari .. which gave us such experience which can not be defined in words .. overall great and memorable stay ... most recommended ..

Even gave us opportunity to be the captain while on course. Food was decent felt like homemade food, also they arranged candle light dinner for all guest. They will stop at some fish shop on the way where you can buy prawns or fish and give it to chef and tell him what you need fry/curry. We also did a small boat ride in the narrow backwaters which cost 300/- per person and was worth it. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
