An expansive lake in the borders of the districts of Thrissur and Ernakulam. The lake and the environs are naturally gorgeous owing to very little human intervention. But don’t expect much activity in the area. Its untouched and therefore just for a visual pleasure.

Ambient Lake. Morning and evening is the best time or just after a rain. There is a lot that can be done here .Disappointed that such a destination is not used very well !

I live close to this lake and visit this place occasionally. With a lot of trees and plenty of shade spending a hot day here can actually be refreshing. Sunsets are pretty too.
