Service and atmosphere was very good. The food was not up to mark currently in all kfc's in India

Place was empty when I visited in the lunch rush hour. Got all the orders served hot. Some of the items in the menu were unavailable. Pretty decent service. Chicken tasted really good.

Very nice service and staff are very helpful and supportive in choosing the right item. The building is very spacious and has enough parking space also.

I absolutely loved the new KFC outlet! The chicken was perfectly crispy, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the modern ambiance made the dining experience enjoyable. A definite must-visit for all KFC fans

Although the brand might have a value of its own bit the service and behavior can't be expected as good as all other places. And at the time of visit the place was mostly empty but there was a huge delay in the order even if the order was pre-booked Online. Most of the customers also had to wait in a long line. Even though there were three counters only one of them was functional.

Recently I visited KFC - kayamkulam outlet. I was travelling from Calicut and went to KFC for my lunch & I requested them to put my phone on charge there. But they rejected on the spot without any consideration that I’m travelling from a distant place.

Good service and ambience. Went during the evening and there was not much traffic, so wait times are low. If you're getting the zinger, get the tandoori one, the classic one is really bland.

Finally KFC is in Kayamkulam😂 It opened just recently and has an adequate dining space. Nothing much to say about the food because KFC just overall degraded over the years.

Visited today. The food is not good at all. Stop anyone who knows how to make french fries spicy. Staff need training. How to handle the customer and how to behave. The customer does not order the food according to the wishes of the staff. I am totally dissapointed .And the main thing is don't put the staff at the counter who don't see the ladies. All the staff in that store are at the counter to take an order

@kfc kayamkulam There was no water for handwash. Staff were not interested in providing food though we told we can use our wet tissue instead of handwash. While having our food, a pepsi can slipped from our hands and our dress got wet. Even after requesting a piece of cloth to clean our place, the staff involved were hesitant and even to give a response. Finally they hinted me to shift my seat. Keeping my seat soaked and changing it wont be a nice deal. I tried to clean my seat with available tissue papers. The worst service felt from a top brand franchise. Better these type of KFCs locate at cities where they are more trained to deal with customers.

Very horrible and utterly disappointing experience with your service and staff. I ordered a zinger meal and paid extra to convert the drink from small to medium. But even then a small drink was provided. I failed to check at the time of delivery since I was in a hurry. Not even a straw was provided with the delivery. Why do you people keeping on looting the public. We are paying the full amount without bargaining and it is our right to get the quality and quantity we are paying for. I can understand if this happened in a crowded situation, but the counter was literally empty and once I was there to order food. It is better that you shut down these places without wasting people's hard earned money.Got similar experience from KFC Haripad and stopped going there. Now I am stopping this also. Wish this outlet gets closed down as soon as possible
