A nice and cool (literally) auditorium that has bare seating. Clean Toilets and good space around the auditorium - though parking slots are extremely limited. The Air-conditioning worked perfectly and so did the audio system. We had a memorable evening watching 'Chocolate Krishna' by Crazy Creations. Ticketing was a breeze - there was a small counter manned by a gentleman and you pay cash. Sorry no credit/debit cards or other electronic form of payments at the counter. There is small snack outlet selling popcorn, Tetra-packaged drinks, water and other small snacks. Beware a ₹ 10 bottle is sold at ₹ 15. Overall a nice place to enjoy a show or two with your family and friends. Yes, get as much people as possible so the fun is multiplied.

Well maintained drama theater. Good visibility and audibility. Parking facility is a great concern, has very less parking space for such big hall capacity. But one has to understand that this complex was established during the period which doesn't demand a much parking space as required nowadays. Overall it satisfies the basic requirements.

Excellent concert by Akkarai Sis today.. Great food served by Sastha Caterers. My request to the MC- Kindly upgrade the washroom ...very poorly maintained.

Quite a large hall with seating capacity of nearly 500 people. The ambience and sound arrangements are appropriate for the hall of this size. The seating arrangement, which is flat, is more suitable for music concerts. Not sure if anyone sitting behind the 10th row will get a clear view of the stage because of the flatness. So, we can see many moving necks during any show event that actively uses all parts of the stage (dance / drama / magic shows etc.) It has car and two-wheeler parking space, but very limited. Although, it may not be completely necessary as it is located within walking distance from several bus routes , Luz corner, and MRTS station.

Closed auditorium with proper acoustic system. Seats are also not bad. The cooling system can use an upgrade. Hall is moderately spacious. Won't be able to capacitate a big crowd.

Just visited the place to taste the Sabha Canteen tiffin. Had Badam Halwa, quite nice but a bit too sweet. With less sugar the aroma and the taste is enhanced, true to its character and properties. So that aspect should be the priority while making sweets like Badam Halwa .Molaka bajji was quite good and so was Kanjivaram idly. Over-all better than a couple of other canteens I had tried a few days back

We had been to the sabha canteen for dinner- run by sastha catering services. It was a one of the best uthappam that I have ever had..From 5 year old to 65 year old everyone throughly enjoyed the tasty yummy food..Will definitely visit once more before maarghazhi season closes

Old Auditorium, good location, not big parking space, little shabby but being very old, it has historic cultural importance. So many reputed artists started their journey from this place, I was told.

I watched ponniyin selvan drama here. Decent place to be frank, enough space for 2 wheeler parking. If you are going by a four wheeler , then you need to park on the road side. They do have well cleaned rest rooms, mini snack stall. Only con is the plastic chairs, which will hurt you for dramas which is for more than 2 hours.

Somewhat ok, but seats were ordinary, no parking, building starts very near gate, so aligting and boarding Vehicle is very tough and road is always busy

Very old and limited car parking. But we'll organised by the Staff. Heritage building having Air Conditioner but Seating to be Changed from Plastic to normal seat in movie theatre and other function hall (Sofa Type ).

Spacious theatre hall for dramas. The speakers cover most of the hall but could definitely be a little better. Watched the dummies drama here, had a good time.

One of the best sabhas in Chennai. The best artists giving their best performance in December. Recently went there to watch a play and found that it is now airconditioned.

It is a really spacious decent auditorium. It is suitable for big functions like theatre drama, dance functions, award ceremonies, college fests etc. It can hold upto 1000 people and has a good greenroom with AC facility. The bathrooms however is quite unclean and untidy. It does not have big parking facility. However around 10-12 cars can be parked at a time. Bike parking is also quite sufficient. It is located right next to Isabel Hospital.

A Simple old hall..but maintained very well, with plastic seats not chairs..over 800 people can be accommodated .The A.C cooling is very effective ..limited parking for 4 wheelers ...we parked our car on the sideways of the road,its a big road,the club buildings next to Isabella hospital.

I had a good experience at Mylapore Fine Arts Club. I was satisfied with the performance and the venue. The club was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend it to others.

A few hours ago I had lunch at MFA along with a friend. The spread was elaborate as usual and the food was delicious. The waiters were extremely courteous and attentive. All Chennaivaasis must sample the Sastha lunch this music season. Highly recommended

Visited this place for the Russian Jacks hologram magic show. The seating is very poor and it's a flat surface and doesn't have a step seating were people at the back also can have visibility. It was even worse for a magic show. Would suit for stage plays.

liked the magic show conducted here... problem with seats arrangement is that you cannot see properly the stage play if someone taller than you sits in front... otherwise a neat place in a good locality

Pretty old infrastructure. Fixed plastic seats that aren’t uncomfortable but could certainly be better. Average acoustics in the auditorium. Limited parking space for about 15 four wheelers.

The fine arts Club is a very old club, AC'S are not effective, it was sweating a lot, small cars can be parked, max of 10 to 14 cars, rest all cars needs to be parked in road, rest rooms are OK, seating is average, old plastic chairs.

We are not the guest to participate in any felicitation of your Fine arts function. We have purchased tickets for seeing Black magic Show. Shouldn't be mixed up and interested the Show in future.

Best auditorium for all kind of programs located in a central location and carrying so much legacy. Blessed to perform many shows here.
