I
have
been
there
for
four
times
in
a
month
and
their
customer
service
is
awesome
but
the
people
are
not
doing
their
job
in
a
right
way!
I
had
spa,
hair
wash,
waxing
services,
threading,
hair
wash
etc
but
still
there’s
no
room
for
an
improvement
at
all.
I’m
wondering
how
the
reviews
are
good
here???
The
manager
is
giving
her
best
customer
service
but
the
people
who
thus
the
services
to
us
not
really
up
to
the
mark!
Basically
not
hygiene
while
doing
waxing,
the
machine
itself
was
very
rusty,
portly
maintained
and
they
are
lacking
in
their
skills
because
they
ripped
my
skin
off
and
wax
strip
itself
was
pulled
out
multiple
times
and
they
said
coz
of
the
wax
heat
the
strip
was
not
coming
from
your
hand.
I
don’t
know
why
they
are
not
interested
to
do
their
job
with
love!!!!
Unprofessional
stuffs.
If
I
wanted
one
service
pls
do
it
don’t
Brian
wash
the
services
as
I
know
what
to
do
with
my
money.
They
don’t
know
the
value
of
our
skin
they
simply
apply
the
wax
n
removing
it
with
a
pain
for
normal
waxing
also.
They
simply
blame
that
the
waxing
strips
is
not
good
quality’.
She
completely
forget
to
wax
my
other
hand
and
incomplete
waxing
through
out
my
legs
also.
It
was
awful
to
do
the
services
in
naturals
again.
They
really
should
train
their
staff
about
the
way
of
doing
services
educate
them
about
the
skin
layers
types
and
its
not
simply
pulling
out
the
hair
in
waxing
it’s
something
they
were
playing
with
our
skin!
They
should
know
better
than
us
for
doing
the
right
way
not
the
other
way
around!!
People
should
deserve
the
service
for
what
they
pay
for
it
that’s
it.
I
feel
pity
after
doing
couple
of
services
still
they
were
like
this!
