The maintenance staffs are extremely rude and unhelpful.. god forbid if we walk into the premises of park, a staff will pop up asking the amount of maintenance fee we pay and ask if we’re educated and throw us out for wandering out of our tower premises..

New apartment.. good location..

Worst people worst association. They kill stray puppies and dogs. One of the association member went to jail for killing stray dogs but came out with influence. Don’t go here everyone behaves like rowdy

A beautiful place to rent house in. Maintenance charge is cheap compared to many other apartments and villas. Amenities such as gym, mess, super market is all available. We can get anything and everything very easily. Bus stop is just 300 meters to the apartments. Easy to travel to other areas of the city. Very Good ventilation.

Good & peaceful place for residential flats.

Nice decent apartment complex with vast open space. Missing a swimming pool and better kids play area. 2 small supermarkets inside apartment complex is an added advantage.

Has pros and cons. But bottom line the liviability is improving. Thinks have a changed a lot in last 1 year. From hear on this should be a great place to live as we move forward..

Nice place to live...ample parking space, lots of places to play, very good for kids, friendly neighbours. Good air, even in summer u can get ample air, lots of space to enjoy with friends n families... very nearer to bus stop. Can get everything here.
