Dear
Partha
Dental
Clinic,
I
began
my
orthodontic
dental
treatment
on
December
24,
2022
at
the
Thiruvanmiyur
Dental
Clinic
branch.
Unfortunately,
there
has
been
a
high
turnover
of
staff
members
except
for
one
nurse.
Initially,
my
treatment
was
overseen
by
Dr.
Sharmila,
and
later
the
orthodontics
was
taken
care
of
by
Dr.
Priyadharshini.
Dr.
Priyadharshini
informed
me
that
the
treatment
would
take
approximately
six
months
to
complete.
During
my
last
appointment
with
her,
she
mentioned
that
the
next
step
would
involve
labial
frenulum
surgery
to
close
the
gap.
The
total
cost
of
the
treatment
was
quoted
as
35,000/-.
However,
I
expressed
my
inability
to
afford
this
amount
and
informed
them
that
I
would
seek
treatment
elsewhere.
After
negotiation
with
the
head
office,
they
agreed
to
reduce
the
cost
to
30,000/-.
I
paid
the
full
amount
as
agreed.
Now,
due
to
a
change
in
doctors,
I
am
uncertain
about
the
nature
of
the
ongoing
treatment.
It
seems
that
they
are
merely
booking
appointments
without
any
substantial
progress.
It
has
been
almost
seven
months,
and
my
issue
remains
unresolved.
I
am
deeply
disappointed
with
the
clinic
and
its
services.
