I have visited a lot of places around the world. Traveling is fun to me and its very interesting to me. Looking to learn more history about countries with their cultures trying new things around their culture their past because if you wanna look at the future of somthing look at the past. Lets start out with my favorite place my homeland Bosnia. I went there so far 4 times in my life 2000 , 2005 , 2008 and 2010. The reason I visit there is too see my Grandmother’s and Grandfather’s grave. I see all my family around it and visit my camp. We cook our amazing lamb that we put lots of salt on it so its really salty. I love visiting my other Grandfather and Grandmother's house where we make more awesome food like our beef sausage and our…show more content… Another one of my favorite places I have ever visited Is we went to the both sides of falls American and Canadian side we loved the Canadian Side more because it was much cleaner and they took more care into their side in my opinion. We went on a boat ride on the falls it was beautiful they told us all kinds of facts and history about the Falls which was really interesting.

Either getting old or needs renovation in certain areas. Certain designs and structures are really good. Have been their to attend a conference. The food quality is just about okay. There is some focus needed, then it will be on par with other hotels of same category or their own counterpart at other locations.

Had a great experience on staying here. Located at the heart of the city. Convenient for travellers, metro station also in a close proximity to the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Food quality is good but need some improvisation.

A very good place to dine and stay in Mount road.Situated in the heart of the city Portico was a small area but doesn't matter. The garden area near to it can be converted to a big portico. One thing lacking is a well displayed board near the front gate Happens to enter in to the adjacent gate and both are off same design

It was indeed a nice experience in Hyatt, it would not be good if i don't mention about Pratiksha the relationship manager who helped me to check in my room early after seeing my fractured leg. The rooms are pretty clean and good, breakfast was at par level. The room service needs to be improved they seem to be pretty slow.

Fantastic service and location, i loved the place. One of the best places for a business trip. The Focaccia restaurant boasts one of the best mushroom risottos ever. If you get a chance to be in Chennai, don't miss it. Amazing breakfast spread and a real friendly staff.

One of the best 5 star hotels we stayed so far. Rooms are very neat and beautiful. Located in good location. Staffs are polite and helpful. Morning breakfast is good with lot of varieties and tasty. We had lunch at Chinese restaurant inside. The food is excellent especially the veg Noodles. We enjoyed both complementary breakfast and Lunch at Chinese restaurant.

Amazing place, the theme of the place, the ambient, the service and the behavior is too good. Breakfast and Dinner buffet was decent. Expected a bit more variation in breakfast as I stayed for a week other than that great.

One of the better business class hotels in the heart of the city with a superb ambiance. The food offered in buffet Sadly has very less vegetarian options and the taste is not so great, they can improve on the varieties served and quality of taste.

Great experience staying over Hyatt Regency Chennai. Only point to be improved is, their hospitality towards drivers. There is no rooms available for the drivers to spend their night - which even a normal hotelier provides. Water, charging point for their mobile phones are also followed by brief processes. Drivers are the ones who take your clients way back home. Basic arrangements for them are a must!

A run down property, nothing compared to other Hyatt properties. Unreasonably long check in process. Non-courteous restaurant staff, trying to over sell their loyalty program. Really low when compared to 5-star service standards. A genuine advice to the management - please simplify the check-in process(you can cutdown the waiting time) please have some well experienced front office staff and also for in house guests you need to provide some sort of a discount at-least say 10-15% on the F&B menu for the guests staying with you. Hope to see some change!

Lived in Chennai for 3 years, always loved going to their Asian and 360 restaurant. The rooms are uniquely designed, note they are a bit old, as it’s been over 12 - 15 years since they opened. Breakfast buffet was decent and had a nice spread. Went for a wedding and stayed the night. No complaints!

Overall a good 5* hotel to check in. The rooms we got was well decorated and clean and view from room was awesome...I was able to see the marina beach from the room. Buffet breakfast was good but mostly same every day which may be a point to look at.

5 star for the service of Biplab but food can be improved especially desserts. Ambience is good.cottage cheese should be better. Ice creams were good but expecting some verities such as butterscotch and blueberry etc. Crab and chicken lollipops can be provided

Had a pleasant stay . The rooms were quite large . Loved the bathroom, it was quite luxurious . Since we Traveled with new born , front desk team have provided room immediately and did check in formalities in the room . And the breakfast spread was pretty wide .

Rooms are Excellent, natural ambience was good, Only drawback was very small area for Breakfast where we have to give room no. And wait for our turn to have Breakfast.

Location is close to both the US biometrics centre as well as the consulate. The lobby restaurant is huge. Pool is a little small. The entrance could be crowded sometimes due to the exhibitions happening there. Food options for in-room dining felt limited. The staff was so cooperative that they helped me track one of my digital pouches that I lost in the lobby even though it was 10:30 pm. Overall a great experience & a nice place to stay.

Rooms are not worth it for the price. Everything is chargeable including glasses. Though the starters on the 9th floor were exceptionally good n the service as well. The smoked salmon is a must try.

Our family enjoyed the stay here at Hyatt. The place is close to key locations near making less life spent in traffic. The service at spice restaurant (breakfast) was amazing, staffs provided extraordinary service with the same smile everyday. The Hyatt had friendly staff, a decent rate and location centrality. My central issue with this hotel was the explicit ban for staff on wearing anything related to their Hindu culture. No bindis, vibhuthi or common displays of Hindu cultural identity was to be found in the hotel. It is sad that Hyatt is denigrating and denying it's staff their religious identity. Staff were pretty open about the policy and many felt they had no choice but to distance themselves from their cultural heritage. Meanwhile, it appeared that Muslim and Christian staff were free to display their cultural sacraments (crosses; head scarves). Highly discriminatory and disappointing.

By far in my several years of traveling and staying across the world, today (13th Sep) experienced the worst reception and support from Hyatt Regency, Chennai. People make minor mistakes. It's normal and It's perfectly fine. If you guys had said no reservation on the first call, probably I would have gone somewhere else. That's perfectly fine. But, misleading me (in 3 calls) all the way to come here (to L-Reception) keeping me waiting (poor reception attendee), and looping me through online with improper behavior is NOT ACCEPTED. And PLEASE don't offer your freebies to counter your poor reception support. I am not here for your freebies. You guys need to learn some basic ways of doing reception. I would try not come again!

Hotel was well equipped with the facilities required. Staffs were well behaved and assisting. However there's always scope for improvement. And with improvement I mean the food quality, room service. However staffs were really friendly and appreciate their effort.

Great place to enjoy your stay and evenings. Could not enjoy swimming due covid restrictions but still it was good experience.

Don't put five stars... 3 star hotel service is better then Hyatt.. there is no room service properly.. no sleepers in the room.. dental kit box was empty when I opened it.. even almost channels are paid in the tv..

We came here for lunch and even thought of checking in but thankfully we did not. First of all, we asked the staff (who are very rare to be seen) to clean our table. Each time, someone said yes, and then forgot about us. 20 minutes passed, and no one cleaned the table. After that, we raised our voices and someone said they will take our order and clean the table later. I mean what kind of service is this? How unprofessional and we promised ourselves we will never come back to this lazy, inefficient hotel ever again.

Since I went in only as a visitor to meet someone, I can't comment on anything else other than the two Wheeler parking. They made me drive and then run around the hotel. Ultimately nice workout.

There's a bath tub which works. The TV is of great size (approx 42 inches). Good set of channels to watch. The gym has everything you need. Negatives: Please reduce the use of plastic. The bathrooms feel a little old. Not much variety for non veg buffet. No apple and orange juice for breakfast. Most of the juices in breakfast are not good. Weird open bathroom system.. It lacks privacy if it's not a couple staying.

Check in was good. Lady at the checkin was awesome. Stayed for 2 nights. First night the master light switch won’t work. Breakfast was wonderful. Good service from the waiting staff. Room service was pretty bad. Hard to get someone to pickup the phone. Asked for clearance of plates and nobody showed up for an hour and we had to leave everything outside the door . Room service menu is not worthy of 5 stars except for the prices. Just what I thought…

Not a 5* hospitality in any sense. Even very local properties have better hospitality and cleanliness. See the state of electric kettle and washroom walls. Upon checkin very basic thing like drinking water bottles were not available, had to call them to get them, no one even bother to come to room to at least at the time of check in to see the state of amenities and if room is ready to hand to guests. Overall infrastructure, location , interior, passage everything looks good, but when it comes to room amenities and hospitality it is very bad.

Super delicious food and picturesque place in the middle of Chennai. The rooms are specious and clean. A gym, a nice pool (open from 6.30 am to 10 pm) are there. The staff is really friendly and supportive. Really good hotel to stay at if you are visiting Chennai.
