Does
not
maintain
the
brand
of
Hilton.
Executive
lounge
has
only
tea
coffee
and
juice.
Promised
amenities
are
not
present.
Some
manager
not
wearing
masks.
Breakfast
is
good.
Terrace
is
closed
saying
pandemic
situation
but
hotel
says
sold
out.
Really
disappointed
to
miss
out
on
drinks
in
executive
lounge.
Also
to
add
most
guests
are
allowed
without
mask
though
it
says
mask
mandatory.
So
if
you
don't
like
to
wear
mask
this
is
the
right
hotel
for
you.
Also
be
prepared
to
be
disappointed
if
you
are
looking
for
upgrade
with
Hilton
Gold
membership.
Actually
be
prepared
to
be
disappointed
the
moment
you
step
in.
Courtesy
is
something
you
can't
expect
and
yours
should
really
give
credit
to
few
like
Imran
Alam
who
know
the
meaning
of
hospitality
here.
Majority
don't
hold
doors
..dont
say
a
Good
Morning
or
Evening
unless
you
are
a
foreign
national.
No
effort
is
basically
made
to
make
you
feel
special
or
wanted.
Got
to
know
today
that
happy
hours
are
available.
Looks
like
they
have
created
there
own
rules
as
opposed
to
the
Hilton
policies.
However
I
was
initially
told
that
drinks
are
not
being
served
due
to
pandemic
in
executive
lounge.
I
was
told
by
at
least
4
staff
managers
that
Executive
lounge
access
with
happy
hour
is
available
only
if
I
am
provided
an
upgrade
from
Hilton
and
not
if
I
request
and
get
an
upgrade.
My
current
room
status
is
Executive
but
I
am
denied
Happy
hour
access
stating
it
is
only
for
Diamond
members.
However
the
Gold
benefits
clearly
states
that
execute
lounge
access
with
drinks
and
canapes
are
available
for
Gold
member
only
if
we
get
upgraded
to
Executive
Room.
One
of
the
staff
members
Abhishek
clearly
admitted
that
if
I
have
Executive
lounge
access
then
I
get
happy
hour
access,
however
Gowtham,
Suresh
and
Vivek
stated
clearly
that
happy
hour
access
is
only
for
Diamond
members.
