Does not maintain the brand of Hilton. Executive lounge has only tea coffee and juice. Promised amenities are not present. Some manager not wearing masks. Breakfast is good. Terrace is closed saying pandemic situation but hotel says sold out. Really disappointed to miss out on drinks in executive lounge. Also to add most guests are allowed without mask though it says mask mandatory. So if you don't like to wear mask this is the right hotel for you. Also be prepared to be disappointed if you are looking for upgrade with Hilton Gold membership. Actually be prepared to be disappointed the moment you step in. Courtesy is something you can't expect and yours should really give credit to few like Imran Alam who know the meaning of hospitality here. Majority don't hold doors ..dont say a Good Morning or Evening unless you are a foreign national. No effort is basically made to make you feel special or wanted. Got to know today that happy hours are available. Looks like they have created there own rules as opposed to the Hilton policies. However I was initially told that drinks are not being served due to pandemic in executive lounge. I was told by at least 4 staff managers that Executive lounge access with happy hour is available only if I am provided an upgrade from Hilton and not if I request and get an upgrade. My current room status is Executive but I am denied Happy hour access stating it is only for Diamond members. However the Gold benefits clearly states that execute lounge access with drinks and canapes are available for Gold member only if we get upgraded to Executive Room. One of the staff members Abhishek clearly admitted that if I have Executive lounge access then I get happy hour access, however Gowtham, Suresh and Vivek stated clearly that happy hour access is only for Diamond members.

The hotel alone is good. But the staff are super lazy. Not only do we have to keep repeating ourselves if we need something from them but also be prepared to go pickup a delivery order yourself at the gate because the staff won’t help you with anything. They are too busy socializing amongst themselves rather than actually being there for the customer. Definitely not coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it either if you are looking for a tiny bit of “customer service”.

This is based on my recent visit on 24-02-022: This is my first stay in a 5-star hotel, and for no reason I liked the stay here. The hotel reception lobby was huge and spacious. Hotel support staff were also good and humble. Rooms were well maintained and hygienic. All covid protocols were followed before allowing me to check in. The check-in process was also simple and quick. Provision for LAN cable is also provided in the room. I really loved the stay here.

Nice Hotel, neatly maintained and nearby Chennai International Airport. The staffs were good. We had a smooth registration process, however they weren't able to grant us a early check-in, So we need to book for two days. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious too. Overall a satisfied stay with Hilton.

Excellent atmosphere but very poor food. Normal roadside hotels would do better, I think they use frozen chicken so chicken items are very hard not juicy delicious. Yes has many options for buffet, but what's the point of they aren't great. Pricey also so you expect some decent quality food.

I've stayed at The Hilton, Chennai on multiple occasions and am happy to share it's one of the better hotel stays I've experienced. Several winners - great staff, great service standards, really good breakfast spread and a commendable dinner buffet! Located at a prime location, next to Metro. Very neat and clean. Tasty food with quality maintained. Rooms are good and feel good to stay. Food orders are taken and delivered to Olympia, Tamarai Tech park and other corporates near by. Pool, gym, lobby restaurant all available.

Clean rooms, well sanitized and maintained. Lobby was well lit for Christmas season. (One star for this reason only) However their front desk and customer service was the worst. Didn't expect that level of service. Poorly understaffed and pathetic service at front desk and Vasco restaurant. Have to call front desk atleast five times before they answered. They had two servers attending to the entire population in the restaurant. Food taste was below average but charged at 1500 + taxes for the dinner buffet.

Went for dinner, bit disappointed. Last time I tried few dishes that was unique and good but this time none of the dishes were standing out. Pasta station was below average. Dessert is ok, nothing new and Exciting. Squid and fishes were average. I understand that not all dishes will be great in a buffet but some must stand out as a signature dish which will make you go back. Couldn’t find any this time. Happy with the Staff services though.

Great service, lovely hotel and the food is awesome. The breakfast buffet has everything you could possibly want and the dinner buffet is out of this world. I could go back to this hotel just for the food. The Sous Chef (Sreergam Mony) even offered to make us an early takeaway breakfast with all our favourite foods for out return trip at 2am in the morning - now that's service!

Rooms : Rooms were spacious enough with aesthetically designed lights, curtains and carpet flooring. Bathroom : Bathroom was thoughtfully made as it had separate bathroom toilet and bathing tub with wash basin. Interiors : Lobby and corridors were so pleasant and neatly maintained. Elevators was spacious enough.. Staffs : Staffs were so warm and courteous in treating and receiving guests. Breakfast : Breakfast was top notch with wide varieties of delicious food. I loved the breakfast dining area as it had a beautiful ambience. Overall a must try place for a great deal and comfort.

I stayed in Hilton hotel for 2 weeks starting February 11,2024. The location is great. Hotel does not provide airport pick up or drop off. The rooms are a little on the smaller side but clean . The restaurant service is simply not acceptable for the money they charge.They take their own sweet time. I hosted a party for 11 people in the Ayna restaurant on February 22, 2024. The hostess had no idea of service. For the price of Rs. 2500 a plate, what they served and the manner of service is not something one would expect from Hilton. Will I stay here again?

All told for the convenience of its location this is a great hotel, just not much in the way of amenities and you're pretty far from the main city, if you're travelling in for work, allow about 30-45 minutes on a busy morning.

I chose this hotel as it is pretty close to the airport, and getting in at 3.30am I wanted to be able to get here relatively quickly. At that time of morning it took about 15 minutes which for India traffic is very good. Check in was smooth and my room was ready when I arrived just after 4.30am. We were here on a business trip for 15 days. Rooms were good and room service is regular. Food at Vasco’s is very good. Lots of options but of Italian, continental, salad bar, starters and don’t miss out the deserts. Deserts were delicious always. Staff is welcoming. Rooftop pool is very good. Pool closing is at 19:30. Must go after 18:00 to swim in pool with colourful lights. They do have gym with less equipment. Overall everything is pretty good.

Looks great from outside but some subtle issues. Looks like the building and infrastructure are old. The drawer of the night stand in my room was falling apart, the lamps were in bad shape, phone wasn't working, bathroom infra was outdated and old... If you look past these, it's a fine hotel. People were helpful, food was fine. Its over quite a lot expensive relative to other 5 stars and for what you get overall. No major complaints though, just was looking for something more modern that goes with the Hilton brand.

We went for buffet lunch. The location and staff behavior was very good. You will get good mood when you are roaming inside the hotel. Coming to food, OT is very average one, there are no more cusines. Very limited dishes served. Taste is also just okay. If you are planning to taste some good/ variety food then this is not the right place. Alcohol is also served on demand basis. ( you have to pay extra cost)

Accommodation and location were good, though the hygiene and sanitization could have been better. The service from the restaurant staff was outstanding. The breakfast spread was extensive. Though there was a set menu for the lunch and dinner meal plan, they entertained my requests to cater to my dietary requirements. One more thing of note is that each dish that they served was delicious.

Stayed here for a marriage reception. Excellent food served, ball room hall is decent (just some old decors). The rooms are very comfortable and if you close the curtains it's very hard to tell what time of the day it is. Also located within 15 mins from the airport and is well connected to the city. Keep it up!

We booked five rooms. They couldn't give all the rooms as per the promised check-in time of 3pm. We could get around 7pm only last two rooms. Poor room service. They don't pick up the telephone calls. Otherwise rooms are good.

Rooms were very clean and very good ambience, but basic amenities were not provided even after informing. Room service has to be improved. Breakfast was great. But dinner buffet was not good, taste was not up to mark.

Their service was beyond expectations. Excellent service front the breakfast area, front desk, housekeeping boys and concierge. We took pics with the best staff. I have visited this hotel many times on last years (business) and no doubt it is one of the best hotels in city. You get a comfy room with views, western and Indian choices for dinner, good bar and trendy rooftop bbq and pool with cool atmosphere and parties at weekends. Location near airport helps, surroundings are not specially interesting though.

Sunday brunch is one of the best. All the staff are kind and experienced, they make you feel very welcome. Our suite was a nice but a little dark, the finishing touches were missing ie our bathroom sink was at an angle the tiling work could have been better but this did not ruin our stay. The food was absolutely lovely so was the rooftop pool and bar. ( although currently closed due to covid 19

AMBIENCE - The ambience is a very great, interior has a very positive vibe. Spent 4 nights here. The service staff are all excellent, however the front desk needs to do little better. There were guys who looked and spoke like they have pulled double shifts and don't want you around. Not a good look, when they're literally the first touch point when you visit.
