One of the standout features of the hotel is the amazing buffet. The food was fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. There were so many options to choose from, and everything was prepared with care and attention to detail. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties, which were bursting with flavor. In addition to the fantastic food, the hotel also boasts a beautiful view of Chennai city. It was truly breathtaking to look out over the cityscape from my room. I spent hours just gazing out at the skyline, taking in the sights and sounds of this vibrant city. The hotel also has great amenities, including a pool and gym. I made use of both during my stay, and was impressed by the cleanliness and quality of these facilities. It was great to be able to stay active and refreshed even while traveling. One of the best things about this hotel is that it is budget-friendly. Despite the great amenities and top-notch service, the prices were incredibly reasonable. I felt like I was getting so much value for my money, and it made my stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed in this hotel for 16 days. this is one of the best hotels in city. I love Holiday In hotels. specially I would like thank to chef. He was preparing food as per my requirements as without ginger & garlic.

I had an awful experience in the hotel. No proper training given to reception staff. All staff will give you back answers stating these are the rules followed by the hotel. No empathy towards the customer. Never ever the in-room staff will send the food in 35 min. If you want to save the time and run for the flight quickly also you need to wait in the reception for nice 5 min even after informing them to keep the papers ready for the check out before leaving the room. Once you are done with check out you will be asked to wait for the cab. Such an awful experience from reception staff and in-room dinning staff. No sympathy for anyone who is ill also.

Recently visited along with few friends around 11:00am. Went to the restaurant in third floor. They were cleaning all the tables, so no tables were offered for us to sit. We were asked to sit on the sofas placed nearby. We ordered coffee and fresh juice. It took more than 45 min to serve. The coffee was not hot enough. The billing person did have a clue on what to bill. Overall, pathetic service.

A typical Holiday inn hotel. Not amongst the most spacious ones, but very efficiently managed. The staff were great. Ours was an executive room. No complaints at all. The room service was great. According to govt rules, the swimming pool isn't open right now... The restaurant food was great and not quite as expensive as in other 5 star hotels... The buffet breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but still pretty good. Overall great experience!

Superb hotel. Came here to join for a conference dinner that we arranged. Beautiful place to visit. However limited space. They provide valet parking making it easy to visit. The food was delicious and It tastes well. The hotel ambience is good and clean. The staff are always helpful and peaceful

The location is very good from the point of local conveyance. The front desk is very efficient and carry out their jobs in a time bound manner. The overall ambience of the property is soothing. The rooms are spacious, clean & very well maintained. I really liked the toiletries as well. The food taste is very delicious, quality is top notch & lots of options. One thing that I feel deserves special mention is that the in the buffet as well as in room dining menu, one can easily identify whether the ingredients are plant based, dairy based, sea food, eggs, nuts, poultry, beef etc. this helps in ordering or having dishes as suited to individuals who follow certain dietary restrictions.

Excellent service for a Hotel. Very well mannered staffs are a plus. I've had a nice stay at this hotel and really enjoyed it. The view was so good all day long. My next stay in Chennai would also be at Holiday Inn. I will recommend my friends who all plans to visit Chennai.

Very hospitable at the front desk and very polite. Services were very quick. Occasional decorations were very pleasant. Restricted access to the floors is one of the highlight. Digvijay had ensured the room booked on time and the stays is good. Overall it was very awesome stay memorable too.

Located at a vantage point on the OMR road. It has a lovely view of the road during the day as well as night. Excellent rooms. Fabulous restaurant and great variety of cuisine. At night one can see the beautiful Apollo Proton Centre right across the road. The view is truely awesome. I really enjoyed my stay here. Airport is also very near. Great place to stay and relax

Very poor.Maintanence and hygiene of the rooms are far below satisfactory. Not even towels were kept in the bathroom. Never expected so poor standard from such reputed hotel.Hope they will improve and rectify the defects and have better system.

Overall the hotel location is good. The view looks good from the room. If you get road side facing then you will get to see the road, metro and even the beach to an extend. Room service is good. Housekeeping is prompt and quick. It’s not a bad deal.

Cafe G, there in house restaurant boasts of a wonderful spread. Hospitality here is top notch. Everyone in the staff at the restaurant including Amit, Prabhakaran, Shene, Marina ensure that you feel absolutely at home.

The stay was comfortable, food was great, service was excellent. Had every amenity one would expect from a hotel. But I expected faster and better internet connectivity.(A bit frustrating since I was on official visit)

The rooms are nice and convenient. People at reception are very detailed and welcoming. Room service has improved since my last visit. If breakfast was included, it would have been great. Disappointed in swimming pool, since they are allowing swimming classes for children at weekends, and no one is allowed to enter during their sessions. Around 15 people were waiting for more than 1 hour for the classes to end. This is a great disappointment because a pool is a place where we relax after a lot of stress from our work. And at that relaxing time, if someone has occupied, it greatly affects the relaxation vibe. They must schedule a different time for classes, and a different time for all common people. They said 6am to 6pm is the allowed time for pool. We got in only after 5 10pm. Other than this pool issue, everything was good. Had a good time with my friends.

Great central location. We rented a meeting room for work purposes. The room was $4k per day. They brought coffee and snacks daily. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They put our names on the screen, welcoming our 40 person group. The lunch buffet was nice. On Sundays it was extra special, coffee shop in lobby wasn't open or didn't have an employee taking orders. We did have roaches in the room one weekend, but they were quickly handled. The wifi was strong. We were welcomed to the hotel daily, which was nice. The security is nicely supported when cars arrive and the scan bags. It was a nice place.

I would like to Thanks Mr Sachin for his amazing service and hard work. He is very professional and helpful by nature. I was in my Navratri fasting and he helped me with the vrat ka Meal and rest of the things nicely. Being a normal staff is ordinary, but a staff with good heart and going extra mile to give customers a very Good experience is extra ordinary. 1. There was electrical failure throughout one of the three nights I stayed. Due to AC failure and no window, it was hot and I couldn't sleep. Due to lack of sleep, I had a hard time concentrating on work and presentations at office. 2. The parking is way below the mark for a hotel that charges this high and claims to be 5-star. They have only valet parking, no self parking. My car came back with dust windows every time, including bird poop on one occasion. The reception maintained that it's covered parking, but I heard from some staff that it's open. 3. Breakfast spread was good. Restaurant good quality is good.

One of the best business hotel in Chennai....the housekeeping and the service team is outstanding, took care of our every needs especially Banerjee and Amit also in the front desk Manisha pranave prahlad and yogesh were too great. The refreshing welcome drink upon check in was amazing

I went for buffet dinner on the 3rd floor, starters are not filled , it is empty , not much varieties.. chicken Briyani was so brownish. Veg dishes some how good.. fish stew is so bad.. carrot payasam is more sweet.. no one bothered to ask customer experience

I am learning swimming in The Holiday Inn. Really satisfied with the facilities and maintenance. The pool, rest area, washroom, towels everything is maintained neatly. The staff and valet parking are courteous and very friendly. Happy to use their services .

Really very good experience in my life. Very good and nice place but quite expensive foods. Also small issue happens in that place, actually I booked 12 to 12 but they told 3pm to 12pm. So everyone need to check and confirm it first and go. Rest all are good.

Good, early breakfast buffet. Nice place for an early breakfast. We went at 7:30 in the morning and enjoyed the food. The desserts werent the best and the bacon took forever to arrive, had very little quantity and was deep-fried until almost burnt - this could be better. Savouries are overall of good quality though, and have a decent spread too. Chicken sausages were really good.

Somehow not happy with buffet service. I was informed breakfast buffet starts at 0700 hrs however when I went at 0730 hrs they still weren’t properly functioning. I ordered from live counter and was served around 0800 hrs . Food was good and staff behaviour was also nice it’s just very slow !!! Also if you take twin sharing room they will only provide you one key so if one of you wanna go out or even go to restaurant and wanna go back to room you will have to wait for staff to give you access. Such tiring process!! All in all I have seen better services so would not prefer for personal stay ( I have to stay here for work purpose as my company books this hotel ).

Good place for a family time on weekends, Andra food festival was amazing and good buffet with flavours of Andra, customised to everyone. Well set ambiance to bring a feel of Andra.Also has desserts that were Andra style. Hotel also has kids zone on weekends, which was fun not just for kids for elders as well.

You'll love the hospitality in all aspects - booking, valet parking, welcoming, room service, facilities, amenities, room, designs, safety features and many more. Truly star. Luxury. You'll love the food. The only disadvantage is the koovam from the sea side view rooms and the smell it generates while spending time at the swimming pool (3rd floor).

Mr Gourab at Front Desk was extremely helpful during our check in process. He provided us with complimentary extra bed even without asking. Rooms were spacious, house keeping staff was very polite and helping. Dove products available in the washrooms was praiseworthy. A sweet chocolate surprise at checkout made our day.

Had booked a room for 2 for 2 nights. Their service and attention to detail were both impeccable. The room we booked was mentioned as the sea view room and it was exactly as advertised. The rooms were clean and overall was an awesome experience. Would definitely go back there if we ever need to book a hotel stay again in Chennai.

Went here first time for the buffet on Friday with team. Location, ambience and view everything are superb. Food was good for both veg and non veg. Food taste is good but variety is less. We didn't see many dishes as compared to normal BBQs. One thing to improve is, Desserts. It was not good. They had only plain ice cream which is not creamy and there were no toppings, syrup customizations we can add. So I wouldn't prefer here if you love to have desserts. Overall it is okay for Rs.1500 and nice to visit first time.

Very much accessible. Hotel reception team could be more professional. They couldn't guide me on Marriage reception place( floor). Food was okay but could have been better especially Vegetarian. Lobby where food was served was crowded and one couldn't move freely. Attended a marriage reception hence no idea on Rooms/ room services.

The good part is that the room I stayed justifies the name (king) attached to it. I enjoyed the space which they offer for stay. I was expecting a touch of exclusivity of Holiday inn making it different from other similar options but could not find that possibily because most of my time is spent in room and dine-in but overall it was good choice close to IT park

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I required, including a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and flat-screen TV with plenty of channels. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep every night.
