I recently completed my IELTS test in this place. Front desk staff was noted my temperature, entry time and locker allotted number and exit time in their note book. Don’t need to worry about stationary they provided all the necessary stationary items. Staffs is very polite and humble. Staffs was helped me, how to login in the computer with the credentials of the test. Toilet is very clean and well sanitised. They provided a locker to deposit our belongings and don’t forget to take a key of your allotted locker. The invigilator who conducted my speaking module. She is very polite and very humble. She smiled before my exam starts it make me comfortable and way of her interview style is very impressive and calm way. This is the best place to give the English test in here. They are frequently asked about the AC temperature is ok or not. If you have speaking in the morning and Listening, Reading and Writing in the afternoon, you may have to wait in the ground floor parking area until then. There is no place for you to wait in their office. The things have to take passport, confidence and smile with you. I feel free do well in the exam. All the best.

I had a very good experience with this place. Staffs are friendly and will guide you throughout the process. There is plenty of parking space. They have lockers for keeping your belongings during the exam. They also provide Bisleri water right in your place. The systems in which the test is given are also good. The headphones are in really good condition so you have no problems during the listening test. Overall I had a very great experience.

It was a good experience when i did my speaking test. The process was made so easy and smooth. The security in front desk was so patient and he reduces our nervousness by his way of patiently dealing things. Also the assistant who takes our finger print and photo was so friendly. During this process itself all my nervousness was gone. They are well organised. The interviewer was good too.

I had given my IELTS exam yesterday. The test center experience was quite good. Everything is well organized, the place is clean, very spacious and is kept in great shape. Bathrooms are close by, and there are lots of lockers for storage. The front desk was very helpful and I was checked in promptly. The staffs were very polite, respectful, and friendly. The test center was also very peaceful.They provided with good headphones and all the necessary stationery items were given. I could comfortably finish my exam. Over all, This center and its staff adhered to very best standards.

Test was taken on 19/Mar/2022 9:00 AM. Overall centre experience was very professional and it was pleasing. Staff at ielts centre was calm and friendly, this includes the security staff at reception. Kudos to the centr, highly recommended. Staff at car parking was very rude and doesn't understand basic decency.

Friendly atmosphere and staffs are very cordial with students. Located straight opposite to Egmore Museum and just adjacent to Palm Grove Resturant. Both Car and Two wheeler parking available. More Importantly Safe lockers are provided for test takers to keep their personal belongings.

place I well maintained but have to say that if ur visiting along with candidates then ur are busted.. because first start with parking travelling thru bike or another transport apart from car no issue if ur reaching thru car then don't have proper car parking and can't park anywhere outside because its busy place and near museum and another huge nightmare is waiting.. since they Don't have lobby most of the people will end up in waiting in stairs are in cars .

I had a soar throat on the day of my speaking exam. Yet during the exam time, they really understood my issue and still offered me an option to change the date of exam. When I preferred the same date, they offered me hot water and the time to feel comfortable. In short, they are very supportive and flexible. Hats off.

The teacher who conducted my speaking exam Was very sweet in her vibe so it calmed my anxiety down. She made sure that she smiled and conducted the speaking exam. This helped me speak with a great state of mind and confidence that everything is going alright. Lockers are given so no need to worry about the safety of your stuff. Thank you so much. Things moved fast.

Firstly don’t request people to drop a review in google while they are entering or leaving the exam !! One has to do a review in their self interest..added they doesn’t provide parking facilities, I had to bribe the security in order to leave the car inside the premises even after entering the building an hour early. People are paying you and it’s your responsibility to provide the basics..don’t take things for granted since you are a monopoly

I would say it was quite a good experience, the most important thing i want to highlight is, there was less hassle when compared to the paper based tests. The staff here are very kind and the process was done in a smooth manner.

One of the worst testing centre. IDP IELTS is not sending test results within 5 days as they advertised on their website. When you call their customer care, the executives are not even responding properly. They just simply reply to you that ask whatever queries you have via mail regarding the issue. Worst service by IDP. We are not paying ₹15500 for your lethargic response to candidates. Better go for TOEFL or other English testing service

The place is very good maintained and there is also locker facility to keep our valuables safely. Interviewer is friendly and took out my fear of speaking infront an unknown person. Its a wonderful test day at IDP center.

The staff and people are quite friendly.. they provided locker to store your things. I felt the entire process went smooth without any hiccups

Well planned, test was conducted very well. However there was no car parking available within the facility. We had to park our car out at the Museum.

Overall it is good. But one feedback i would say that needs to be looked upon is the keyboards. I got a keyboard where caps lock only worked when I pressed it with extra pressure and during the writing tests it actually felt quite irritating. Other than, Everything is fine.

The ambiance was really good, the saffs over here are very friendly. All process of exam were clearly explained. Overall it's a good experience

Test was conducted efficiently with enough time for participants to settle down and clear instructions. The Speaking test could be made more interactive and less mechanical.

I was accompanying a student taking the exam at IDP Egmore, Chennai. While I respect the rule that only students are allowed inside the centre there is hardly any place except parking area in the ground floor to wait. Personally an organisation such as IDP can do better by providing at least a few plastic chairs, water for the accompanying person without compromising on the security aspect.

The instructors were very nice and calm. The speaking test taker was also kind and I felt at ease. I'd suggest bringing a jacket because the AC is quite strong

The exam centre was spotless. They provided the separate locker for all the test takers where we can keep our things since we are not supposed to bring anything except our passport inside the test center. In the waiting hall you can go through the instructions in the big screen. In my perspective, it's all fine and everything went well for me. Thank God I gave my all tests in the same day.

The centre is highly recommended.It has a very nice ambiance. The staff is very helpful and friendly and polite. The process of test right from registeration to exam conduction n sign off is very smooth and appreciable. My experience of giving IELTS test was very good.😊

The center is small but good. Managing staff is very friendly. It took some time for the test to start, hence the test felt very hurried. Had a good experience overall, though.

I attended my speaking test . I want say about the examiner she was so humble and friendly . And the staff were also the same . And I was bit nerves but the examiner made me to feel better.

The place was neat and clean but would really appreciate if the washrooms were made hygienic. As well the air conditioner in the waiting area was too chilled for everyone. The staffs were really friendly and helpful.

The building is opposite the govt. museum egmore. The board isnt quite visible so you have to be attentive to spot the building. It's a decent place. Only test takers are allowed inside so anybody accompanying them must wait outside only and there is no place for them to sit. I took the academic test and it went well . I had the speaking test on the same day too, the rooms for speaking test are very small. Just enough to fit two people. The staff speak politely, although I wish they had given instructions about using washrooms and other interruptions before getting into the exam hall too.

The reception was welcoming and the verification formalities went a quiet easier . The place was well cleaned and the atmosphere looked pleasant. Safety lockers are provided.

Being the first time I have written such a test I was quite nervous at first but then when the test started the flow was good, but it would be nice to carry an analog watch on your hand at least.

I got nervous during the passport check, that person asked me to calm down, also before going to the speaking test he asked me to take deep breath to calm down. It was really a sweet gesture

The testing experience is great ! Right from the reception to the testing condition everything is neat and properly arranged. I have reduced 1 star only because I think the restroom can be improved. If that is sorted 5 stars for this place.

The amenities and arrangements were great. The tests were organised very neatly and they have well behaved staffs. They could have extended their waiting room for people who take their speaking test in the morning and waiting for LRW tests in the afternoon since the lobby is too small and not enough to accommodate all candidates.

One of the most professional exams I have even attempted. The centre is clean, the staff are extremely helpful and punctual and every protocol has been followed properly!

The staff were kind and friendly. They were quick to assist me whenever I needed any guidance. Additionally, the receptionist was polite and thoroughly explained all the necessary guidelines that were to be followed inside the examination hall.

A pleasant place to take up the ielts exam. Had a good experience here in this centre. Timing i took the exam was accurate as per the schedule.

The keyboards could be better. Had a hard time typing in the writing and listening section. I would suggest a good non-mechanical keyboard. Another issue was the air conditioning, it was way too cold and got my hands frozen. Otherwise, I had a great experience, all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very professional and everything was smooth except for the time factor.The instructions were clear and the person at the front desk did a great job guiding the test takers. My daughter took the test. All good and kudos to IDP Egmore venue.
