    Really they have good working space.Provided a lot of parking space with three floors of bike parking plus car parking.Near to the HCL company,Security is very strict here, less working space they gave more free space over the common area, i see only that as the disadvantage.

    Missing food court, gym etc. Irrespective of many companies like Nokia, SBI, Kotak, Qualcomm etc are there. Place has sbi and standard chartered ATM which is good for employees there.

    Worst experience...main entrance security was not arrogant and was not user friendly to allow inside... waited for 30 mins to get entry even though I got approval from the customer site..... truly behaved like watchman....

    Visited this place to collect by loan cheques from Kodak Bank. Nice ambience and greeny place and they (securities) don't allow our vehicles inside even there is lots of space available inside the building. They simply said to park our vehicle on service road side itself.

    Poorly maintained. Not-so-great infrastructure. Throughout the year there are always at least 3 or 4 lifts which are under maintenance. The common areas are smelly during the rainy season and the entrance of the tech park becomes a mini pond. Ample parking space and good office space though.

    It's a commercial office space having multiple companies. The office space is quite sufficient to run small operations. However, they need to build a common cafe for employees. I saw many employees having lunch in the parking area sitting on the ground.

    Elevator provision is unavailable in the parking lot,Aged people would find difficult to access the parking lot which is in Level 4.
