1. Worst roads leading to this IT Park. MGR road is fully broken, aften leading road accident, vehicle dents and quarrels. 2. Water stagnant on the roads outside. 3. Traffic nightmare due to vehicles parked on these roads leading to office. 4. Traffic police would never come by and see it

Note: This review was written 6 years back and for some reason is now sitting under Subway OMR. IDK why! Reposting. I used to work here. Average maintenance. Lifts tends to rumble and even vibrate at times. Parking is a mess. New drivers will definitely be confused of this parking access setup. And it is meaningless too. Average infra. Good food court but hate the restrictions. Home food is not allowed in the food court. You have to wait in a long queue to get a table outside or should not come down to have food. Bottom line is, one can live with it. Even the security is a bit careless. But can't expect a super premium corporate infra here.

The only bad thing is the entrance is not free if u r new and need permission to go inside or u shld have a employee card

Very worst parking facility and building management service, they won't keep proper guide or proper parking notifications to park your vehicle. They won't keep no parking notifications where the no parking area is. simply they will lock your vehicle and ask you to pay fine. Even if you work in any of the companies which using rmz facility they won't see. The RMZ 3A, BMS manager is very worst guy.. he won't listen other.

This building contained my FCA automobiles, before it was moved to chennai one. This business park was close to many local eateries at affordable price also there were many PG's at walking distance.

Worked two years in omega. Very good atmosphere. Missing this place now. Missing canteen food and friends.

RMZ Is good but the area is fully congested with all employees of RMZ, bcaz canteen food is very costly there so every one will came out side for eating. Imagine if 10000 employees came out side for eating snacks and for having tea

Good IT Park, Well Infrastructure Design and Secured place to work (Inside the cambus).. They have seperate parking for Visitor... There is no ATM inside the IT Zone...

Nice place to work. Needs more parking space and modern amenities.
