I had the worst experience with the bakery. I ordered a cake for my son's first birthday and after keeping me waiting for an hour these guys delivered a broken cake. Upon asking, delivery guy said I don;t know how it happened and kept smiling. Then I called Mahalakshmi to whom I has placed the order, shared photo also of the broken cake, she said my MD will talk to you and even after 15 days there is no response from them. I paid 800 rs in advance and when I ask for refund, they kept my phone on hold with no answer. My guest were waiting, I had to go to the market and buy a new cake. I would not recommend this bakery to any one

Zero rated shop. Even after multiple reminders they didn't deliver a simple cake ordered. Even they didn't even had the courtesy to take up call and reply, making me to wait for an hour at shop. Never recommended shop.

I ordered Irish Coffee for my bro's bday, when I gave I was not sure if the taste of real irish coffee wud come up.. to all of our surprise, the cake was jus awesome.. tastes superbbbb.... good work! thank u cake park.. I love tis shop, price is also commendable.. toooo goodd

Lazy workers, I have ordered the cake at 3pm by mentioning the delivery time as 8pm I was came by 8pm to collect the cake but the cake was not available at the time, they workes coolly replied me that we have given your cake to other Customer by mistake. I never ever expected the reply from them.

This place has great cakes, rarely disappoints, and is the go-to place in the locale for ordering birthday cakes. Customer service and delivery is on point and very reliable. Pricing is also good. Not a place to dine-in though, I would suggest to prefer home delivery or pick up. They have one or two small tables and there is no such thing called ambiance in the place, but the cakes and pastries are on point and that is what matters! Choco truffle cake here is a must try!

Cake park shop cake is really tasty and awesome and also they delivered with tissue and plates and cakes is soft base with less price

Worst ever customer service, the person in-charge there does not even know the basic ethics. The delivery boy whom we interacted was ready to deliver the cake to a location which is just 100m from the shop but the main person in-charge insists the delivery boy to not take up delivery. And All these discussions are happening between the person in-charge and delivery boy in front of us. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Horrible cake..plz don't waste ur money..I ordered 1 1/2 kg strawberry chocolate cake..taste was very very bad..they should shut down the shop. .
