You can have food whereever you want. Lot of vendors available here. Cost of food is normal. For example veg meals starts at 60. Travel People having own vehicles won't have any issues in reaching this place. Who ever ia using public transport, they have to come thiruvanmaiyur railway station and catch auto or bus to reach this place. No frequent buses available in this route.😢 Better option is walking. It takes hardly 10 minutes to reach this place from railway station. You will do 20 minutes of excersise for up and down if you walk. 😊

This is the place for IT people and place for food. Public has to depend only on Auto rickshaws/cabs. As we have very limited bus service/timely bus services. And well maintained campus just for work, space for relax too like park to sit/smoking zone. Closed parking only ascendas building wokring employees not for visitors. PostCovid, we have very less cafeteria's for even working employees and public.

It's just not a work place it's home. I recently joined Lennox international in here at ascendas, it's been over 3 months and till now, it's the best place for a company to set up it's office . Being in ascendas is just so wonderful!

Went to ascendas after a long time due to Covid situation. The premises is well sanitized and all the safety norms are followed including dual temperature checks and social distancing. But the vibes of Ascendas is totally missing with the non crowded campus empty food court, parking and the lawns. But always Ascendas is a beautiful place to walk through with a mild breeze, glossy buildings and pleasant lawns!

Here very spectacular, the management and facilities here are unprecedented, & there are facilities for the working employer to roam and play.😎

Best place to work... Good atmosphere... very hygienic.. full covid'19 protection... All the working employees are vaccinated

I work in this building. One of the safest Corporate buildings. Very well maintained. Self sustaining building. Has a good food court, HDFC Bank, ATM, easily accessible to the MRTS station and Bus stops. Very close to the Post office too. Multiple Business class hotels are very close to this building. Overall a great building to work in

Good Tech park as they maintain it cleanly and Infrastructure is good with all amenities available. No restaurants or petty shops nearby to this campus but you can get most of what you wanted inside the campus itself. There are two good Food courts with lot of food options, MetroZone hotel, Apollo pharmacy, HDFC Ascendas branch, multiple ATMs, Nilgiris store, Airtel store, Spectrum store, clothes store, Amelie Day care. This places has play area and multiple sitouts, exclusive smoking zone. One disadvantage is that they will not allow visitors to take their bike in and if you leave it on the road outside Ascendas, Police seizes it.

Great IT Park that houses international companies in it. Many more facilities for people working here. Very spacious and planned IT Park. They simplified their visitor pass issuing process too.

Please install boards, saying which company is where, and also mark the name of buildings and pathways clearly. Of course there are boards, but it is not easily visible. Mark which floor is cafeteria and names. And also which lift goes where very clearly and easy to locate. It is somewhere on top of the lift entry. Also mark person limit outside of the lift. Please manage the shops outside and request to take steps to make the roads to this office, cleaner, bigger, and free from any obstacles as everyday commute is very difficult through residential areas, and local shops, as they block roads for personal purposes regularly. Mark door entry points, the glass automatic doors are great, but could be easily mistaken, so please add something on the glass doors saying, "entry here, welcome" or something. More greens on buildings roof top maintenance, and proper room for transport facility will be appreciated. Below is for the companies: Most cant walk all the way to the back to get into cabs, sometimes those cabs are not even available. Please assign cabs that are already in campus, so that people dont end up waiting at building entry points in large. ⭐Awaiting world class structure in Chennai Ascendas soon.😎

It's a recently constructed facility with a lot of amenities and parking space. Reaching the office from thiruvanniyur station is a bit tough if you travel by bus or MRTS. There is a metro shuttle service between little Mount metro to tharamani station via thiruvanniyur. Every 30 mins bus will depart and stops in front of the gate. High level of security, covered parking facility and food court with variety of hotels. There is a lawn set-up inside the premise to relax ourselves. It's a good place to travel for work.

Ascendas, a great IT park among all. Neat and well maintained. Only one suggestion/request is that it needed backside entrance gate and it will be useful for all the working employees to enter from tharamani link road, atleast entrance for walking people.

Ascendas IT park is decent and highly professional workplace. It has three towers (Pinnacle [Phase 1], Crest [Phase 2] and Zenith [Phase 3]). Each has its own food court as well. It has very good open space, play areas and nature covering. I really love coming here
