This single building houses multiple IT companies, the primary one being TCS followed by Hcl, Prodapt, Avaap, Ford, Vembu and so on. It also houses a badminton court on 8th floor at a very cheap rate. Cafeteria is big and has multiple cuisines at very affordable rates compared to outside shops, with a grocery store also. Outside it has a separate bike parking area, other than that there is plenty of car parking inside the entire campus. Overall it will be a good experience.

So many old fashioned rules followed here for people who are in campus. They follow DRESS CODE. Even your company allows it, Chennai One IT SEZ wont allow that. They ll restrict while entering in the campus itself. One part of lift follows worst ever algorithm. It wont even stop at some floors even it tend to stop there. Need to wait long time to get in to the lift in normal working hours. Roads are not good inside campus. Poor Maintenance on floors and rest rooms. Worst Parking space. it is not advisable If any companies looking for space here Since we have lot of options.

One of the nice IT workspace in chennai, the infrastructure is awesome. Some of the facilities that are inside their campus includes bank, Food court and so. There is also an nearby bus stop and service is also frequent thus can be easily accessible. And the main important thing about this place is the view that you can experience from the higher floors, since there is no other high storey buildings nearby the view is really awesome.

Awesome infra. More than 6 Lifts facility. Good Parking area (outdoor parking area is specifically for two-wheelers.) Not only TCS, but many other companies are also there. Spacious food court with many stalls. One bad thing is, opposite to this building... there is a very big garbage dump. Due to that, the campus will be always stinky.

Chennai one IT SEZ is one of the biggest IT park in chennai & only IT park in thoraipakkam. It is situated on Pallavaram - Thoraipakkam 200ft radial road. Always crowded Public transport is well connected during peak hours. It has TCS, Hexaware, Comcast, Icon, DHL, Integra etc like companies in it. Food court has inadequate space and is available in both phases. Very crowded during lunch hours. Ample space for parking is available. Other amenities like Gym, tennis court, gift shop HDFC, SBI & Axis atm & Bank available inside. 24/7 ambulance service available.

When compared to other IT SEZs in OMR, Chennai One IT SEZ falls short. This location is an uncomfortable place to work because of the open parking lots, filthy restrooms, outdated interiors, and poor cafeterias.

Place is opposite to dump yard. Very bad smell. Always feels vommitting sensation. Food court here is always full. No place to sit. Need to have more space. You don't get Jio network here. Very worst.

I am working in a company present in Chennai one it sez. The place is clean and spacious. It has a huge parking lot under every building. And there is a food court on every first floor. This is indeed a g9od place to work.

It is built near to biggest garbage dump which was originally marshy land habitating numerous birds species. We could feel stenchy smell from the dumpyard based on wind direction and when there is rain.

Normal infrastructure with awesome maintenance. Special thanks for the maintenance teams great work they are doing. Neatness and well maintained campus. Have a big car and two wheel but one negative point is no shelter for parking all the vehicles will be under direct sunlight. For the parking inside the building we need to pay for it. A big cluster of corporates under one roof. One of the hub that makes the success in technology possible. Except for the traffic menaces it is good place inside to work. The food park is almost like a fish market during g peak hours, however being there before hour will help avoid mad rush. Adequate parking and lifts with spacious ambience makes it a ideal SEZ.

Office is great, cafeteria is great, ok food, cheap. But the area infront of the office is garbage area. One time the smell came inside office during rainy season, it was awful

Office space is good. Maintenance is very good. Very friendly atmosphere. Open parking for two wheelers and four wheelers. Very less number of lots alloted in closed car parking. Comparing to the no of office spaces they have constructed, they should have given more number of closed parking or some shade. Imagine ur vehicles standing at scorching 40 degree summer climate of chennai. Food is not costly. It is not tasty either. It is worth for its cost.

No shelter for parking or walk thru. No proper cafeteria for all staff during lunch. No place to relax during office breaks. No accommodated public bus stop for the tech park. No public/gov shuttles. Simple to say that it's not Chennai one but Funny one tech park in Garbage dump yard.

Chennai - one. Good place to work and parking space is large. Still some construction going on. Each and every floor has security guards and we need to scan our bags before entering. Also id card is must.

Phase 2 is still under construction, only less shops available in food court... Maybe things may change once all the companies allow employees to work from office...

Lot many potholes in roads and maintenance is not done properly. No proper signal or notification of SEZ board present from Pallavaram. Needs improvement.
