Tidel Park is one of the first IT park and iconic structure in TamilNadu. This is almost 25 years and still maintained in great condition. The parking for two wheelers and cars is pretty huge. New to mention food court which has varieties cuisines. When you visit pls do share your feedback.

Very good security system, with a fire alarm which rings every half an hour and says be ready for the announcement, anything can happen at any time... Jokes apart it has a nice food court with clean environment. The parking area is spacious.

Chennai first IT park which still stands as a memory and also a landmark. But still place feels kinda old inside with some incomplete works and maintenance. Need some improvements. Several staircases seems to be unmaintained as well.

Huge facility getting a bit older yet holds on to glory. Accessibility is a great plus but has traffic constraints. Lifts operations can be improved. Since it has busses starting from this place its easier to commute from and to any location in OMR. Parking is quite packed and new employees are advised not to drive in with their four wheelers until they get a pass. Overall, this is a great IT facility.

Pathetic admin. They don't allow you if you wear shorts. Why do they keep a post office if they don't allow people inside. The visitor pass line takes ages.. possibly the worst of the it Parks in Chennai

Extremely old building, lacks many services, there is no pharmacy, no proper food court (food court under maintenance for last 3 months), work atmosphere is very dull in comparison to the more modern IT parks coming up in the area.
