A decent IT park with good infrastructure. Located near to kandanchavadi bus stop , next to Vivek's show room. Prince infocity II floors has been filled with some good MNC such as OLAM IBM Prodapt AGS HEALTH Hexaware . It has three parking slots and a decent food court. Hope so will be helpful...

My present workplace with quiet and peaceful ambience. Good work culture across all the companies under one roof. Maintenance is superb and security is commendable.

Having 13 floors with basement parking and having multiple companies running in this building and maintaining very well and also security is high.. U can't enter the premises without proper valid identify card.

Around 10 IT companies are present here, 13 floors. A single vendor canteen for all these companies - food is okay okay type. But we can get many good mess and hotels outside this IT building.

One of the tech parks in OMR in perungudi..Tidy and well maintained..Not the biggest and fanciest but houses niche companies like IBM in chennai..

Spacious entrance and parking facility consists of many companies in each floor. Almost 17 floors including Basement.

More corporates and systematic work style.. Good to find more company office here

Cafeteria need more maintenance, washroom inside cafeteria give feel like roadside public toilet. Cost of item and their quality alongwith quantity is not matching.
