    One of the worst places to have your company. Poor maintenance but the rental and maintenance cost are very high. Even the basic needs like toilets are not good. Except the exposure one can get being there, it is of no added value to be there.

    Well maintained green Park in front of the building. Easily visible and accessible. Parking are available inside. Very less no of people were maintaining. Security and lighting in night times are good. Research based works will be going so there won't be 24/7 kinda ppl here.
