The services are poor in this zone. Can say like there will be a huge expectations standing in the biggest mall in city and having just good service! It seems bad and gives negative impression. Can be much better without showing silly faces. Products are classic as it is MI showroom and the places are neat. They are good at professional level showing differance between products and explaining about them. All classy products of MI phones are here and to make marketing there are other MI products displayed like Mi vaccum, MI Powerbank, MI scooter,MI walker, MI pen, MI lights etc. Could rate more if satisified more! I bought a Xiaomi Grooming Kit Trimmer from Mi showroom at Phoenix market City, Velachery. I unboxed the trimmer in front of the staff & we found that the trimmer adjustable was in damaged condition. So, I requested for the replacement & they replied that I would go to the MI service centre which is located at 100 feet road, Velachery, due out of stock. I approached the Mi Service centre ( 100 feet road ) & requested for the replacement. The Staff Mr.Raja was not responding properly. It's very annoying for the customers. Kindly requesting for the replacement as an immediate action. Expecting a swift / positive response from your end.

No one is around inside the showroom to explain. After 5 mins a person was just watching from a distance but not willing to attened even after I requested to do. Thanks Mi wonderful experience. Those people who had good experience it's great to know that.

Wosrt experience ever I came to store by 8:30 for experiencimg mi products but the staff denied saying saftey issue where in case my colleague have already tried .. Also the staff was roaming in the same scooter till we went out

It's was great my first visit to MI store. Bought MI selfie stick which is awesome purchase and customer service is awesome. Purchased a Bluetooth selfie stick which is worth the price.

Xiaomi brand store that sells most (not all)of their products and accessories. Laptops like high-end products are not available. Common accessories such as chargers, cables, wired headphones and wireless are available.

Poor service, the guy at the desk seems to be god and we all the devotees must go to him seeking our questions, which for avoidance of doubt is always answered in only yes or no

Executive inside the showroom are not communicating good with customer. In this showroom there is only question and answer session. For example what is the price they will tell and then deep silence. Iam asking questions they will tell. I can even get in Google itself for the answer. No one ready to explain. MI show room in phoenix Mall is like museum we have to go around and we have to move on to next. I went there to buy a smart TV today by EMI. But due to the executive inside the showroom, I came back it is true no more lies. They didnt like decision also. Waste of time. What is the purpose of visiting to shop rather than online? For customer satisfaction. They is no discussion between customer and executive. No single star rating also

This is the 1st mi home open in chennai. They hav all the mobiles of mi and some merchandise items of mi.they also have the items for display which are not launched in india yet.

Ok to buy ..not to hold for long term due to competition of better vs best brands.

Don't ever buy any redmi product.its better to announce no warrenty or guarantee for redmi mobile .my redmi mobile stoped working in 1 month this people told to go to service centre.tambaram and Velachery and most of redmi service centre telling we don't have any spare like mother board , display or battery,go and repair in local shop . Worst company mi.sold it and got oppo mobile .soon like Sony redmi will leave India .

One of the fraud exclusive showroom centre in chennai. I won't suggest this service centre for anybody. Particularly, the sales person Vijay who is here to cheat the customer. I bought my phone and noticed charger port is not working. The showroom person requested us to take phone to service centre. But it was pretty surprise how he asked us to go to service centre even though it was new piece. He told us that once the mobile phone problem was identified they will be replacing with new one. But scenario was different at service centre. I gave review separately for that service centre, velachery. This Kinde of persons are there to cheat common persons like us. Please beware of them. Please avoid this service centre @ Pheonix mall. @MI officials please take necessary action otherwise you will be losing your customer day by day.

very worst customer service the sales person is very bad. wevisited ths particular showroom to buy vaccume cleaner bt thr s no demo at all. eve the person doesnt show any intrest to explain abt the product aftr tat we felt very bad nd walked out and thn v ordered it in online.

Good place . Good service I serviced my trimmer here . I visited the omr store they asked for the box and all. But here after giving my bill they didn't even talk a single word they have given me the replacement immediately .

Pls don't buy the product.waste of money it got repaired within the warranty period.if u call the customer care and backend team u will become tensed not proper response from them ur energy will be waste when u call them they will reply cooly stating that we don't know
