A weekend drive to checkout this place was indeed worth spending time. This mall- The Marina is unique in its on way. Love how it is constructed and different from other malls. It is huge with good accessibility. One of the top malls in Chennai. It has everything from cinemas to all branded outlets. Must visit on the old madras road.

Clean and spacious mall on OMR. Large food court at second floor. Parking space is hourly basis which restricts spending time in cinema. The Mall house's major retail brands and eight screens.

Clean and spacious mall bang on OMR surrounded by residential apartments. Must commend on cleanliness and well maintained mall with varied shopping experience. The food court at level 2 is quite large with plentiful options to satisfy Ann culinary desires. The one discouraging part is the parking system which discourages to spend more time in the mall as the ticket is hourly basis. if could be two hours for a few of 50 it would be appreciated.

City outskirts the best mall for friends and family gatherings, Big food court @ level 3 with all brands of famous food franchises. Kids gaming, VR experience and trampoline in Dugout 5th floor. Good underground parking. And for the Christmas celebration the new ICE age island theme was awesome.

Very good mall. Superb and clean .. very good shops .. lots of my fav shops - soch , lifestyle , krispy cream, food court, KFC , wow china, fully filmy, and many more . Ample parking available . The best mall out of the only 2 malls in the vicinity. It's of an adequate size with a variety of stores for shopping in all categories (including satya electronics and spar hypermarket) and a decent food court featuring Starbucks, BK, pizza hut, taco bell, etc. The best part of it is INOX. No reclining seats or anything.. but still good. Minus 1 for the car parking which is prohibitively expensive.

Saturday, I visited Marina Mall in Chennai's Egattor area and it was a good feeling to be back after a long time. The mall was bustling with people and the roads leading up to it were quite crowded and dusty. However, the overall experience was nice. The only downside was the expensive parking fee. Despite this, I enjoyed walking around the mall and browsing through the various stores. It was great to see a variety of shops and restaurants all under one roof. Overall, my experience at Marina Mall was pleasant and I would recommend it to others looking for a fun day out.

Good mall to entertain in OMR. Inox is good. Less crowd and food court also nice. Totally worth for the location. Security check and body temperature checking in the entrance. Sanitizer available at the entrance food court and some other places also. Well maintained. Food court tables have cleared by housekeeping frequently and neatly. Children play area have variety of games. Small kids train ride in the first floor at reasonable price. Some small remote cars ride for kids available in the second floor. Food court we can purchase directly from the outlet by cash or card. Not like other malls to have seperate food card and have to recharge that one. Thats one the good thing there.need bring some more food outlets like North Indian, snacks panipuri. Parking also big one. They charged 25 rupees per hour for two wheeler. If it is lesser, good for everybody. All the laptop and electronic show rooms are available in the ground floor. Spar hypermarket available in the ground floor itself. Cookiman in second floor. Found that famous sukkubhai briyani is expected to add in the food court. Wow momo, vasnatha bhvaan, kfc, burger King, thickshakes, squese shakes, Belgian waffles, baskin Robbins, madra coffee house, taco bell are the some of the restaurant outlets. Candy house, lifestyle, home decor, Archies are some more shops. Can see massaging seaters in the floor walks. Time zone experience is awesome in the play area.

it's really well maintained mall the have good infrastructure with all top shop in an roof and complete entertainment with wide food court.. because huge mall in city itself doesn't have the food and it was not well maintained but in marina mall it really good and well maintained but this outlet and their service is not upto the mark most of the outlet or just had an horrible experience. most importantly the parking is too high for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler.. not sure why they charges such huge amount just 4 forbhours 200rs for car and 100rs for bike is nor acceptable this mall have game zone for kids cinema hall shopping centers for all categories.. so it will be good for 5 hours time spend

It is one of the malls mostly showcasing the high end products. Almost all top notch brand names are available here. Place for people craving for +++ cost wearables, eateries, coffee shops, ice cream parlours. SPAR outlet is pocket friendly for commoners, FOOD COURTS for families, TIMEZONE for children and NONE ! for Senior Citizens !!. Any how a place to “wear out” your pockets.

A very refreshing architecture inside the mall. Because most malls have very boring views inside the mall this one is different. The most attractive place is airborne here. We had gone as group, it's very nice. People are very helpful inside the play area. 490 rupees for 1 hour is totally worth it. If you are going with kids get inside before 12:30 as after 02 it becomes very crowded. Since both adults and kids play area are same you should be extra careful. We tried Sukubhai biryani, I have never had that quality, quantity for very less price in mall. It's definitely worth it. Drinking water is available near food court.

The mall looks small and congested when entering. But it is a new experience when compared to other spacious malls. I personally liked it. Some parts of the displayed animals were moving, which I have never seen in other malls. This mall has lots of great shops too. Overall Marina Mall was great

Awesome place! View was amazing and one of the best mall around navalur. Located on the highly popular OMR, the marina mall is truly one of a kind. I'm assuming the gaming center is the highlight of this place, although I haven't personally tried it. The whole infrastructure is different from any other mall I have seen, and the decor was really amazing. Although it's a little far from the interior parts of the city, I would definitely recommend a visit.

I recently visited the Marina Mall in Chennai, and I was so impressed with the experience! I was able to find everything I was looking for, from great restaurants to unique clothing boutiques. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the prices were very reasonable. I was also able to find a great selection of souvenirs and gifts to take home. The Mall is well maintained and organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. I would definitely recommend this Mall to anyone looking for a great shopping experience in Chennai.

A good place to spend the weekend with friends and family. INOX theatre is the main crowd puller in the mall. Kids enjoy the train ride and battery car drive(driven by an operator). Can easily spend a couple of hours in the game arena and play hub areas. Though there are a lot of counters available in the food court, taste wise they are not up to the mark with the same brand outlets available outside. Getting a seat in the food court during the weekend is a challenging task. Parking is fine but charges increased to Rs.40/hour for four wheeler.

Not the biggest mall but worth a visit. Good shopping and dining options available. Especially if you're a medium or large sized group you can find a nice spot in the food court and spend some quality time with your loved ones. Plus INOX screens are simply amazing. The parking place is amazing but it comes with a cost. 40 Rs per hour and 100 Rs for unlimited hours on a given day. It was more expensive a year ago.

Parking space is not as big as EA but just good enough to accommodate, easy and simple as well there is no complications. If you have too many shops and too many levels of parking it is quiet confusing and annoying. There are not much of shops as most of them have either vacated or moved out due to post pandemic bad market. Rest of it is fine because it caters the needs of people who around the vicinity of 10-15kms hence it is fine.

Good ambience and a decent variety of shops available for shoppers. Right from gadget lovers, home furnishings, theatres and fashion shops along with grocery store, there are some good shops available. The only issue here might be the quality of food available in the food court. I have tasted few of the food counters here and they are pretty bland in tastes.

Great place situated parallel to the main road. The mall has great parking space (charge:25 per hour). All sorts of retail shops , movie theatre and food court are situated within the mall. The washroom are neat when I visited last time.

One of the new malls that opened before the pandemic in 2019 and it is well maintained. Weekends are pretty crowded and weekdays are normal. They have most of the brands however miss mark and spencer which seemed to have shut down recently. I loved the food at Junior Kupunna especially their chicken 65 and mutton biryani. I bought a few travel accessories from American tourister. Star bucks here is pretty less crowded and an ideal place to meet friends. They have good parking options and the washrooms are maintained well. You also have decent connections with Uber and local taxis and auto. Overall a good mall to visit especially near Egattur.

We visited this mall to attend the book chor fair. We visited the enormous super store that had almost all household items. This mall is a hidden Gem because of its location being far from Chennai. Other than that it is the best mall in Chennai. had all important stores and the infrastructure was great. The design was impressive. It has great potential and will be very popular in coming days. It was very spacious. It had decent crowd. The roof was very breathtaking. It has good theatre. The dinosaur display was their USP which the kids love. . The parking lot was comfortable to use. Even the escalators was a pleasure to use. Must visit if you travel that to OMR.

Great place to hangout with family and friends. Many great brands for footwear, clothing and other accessories and a supermarket are available here. The food court is always packed. They have kept the feeding room neatly in all the floors except the ground floor.

Many shops are not functional after lockdown... All other malls are fully functional but this one hardly has any good store open now.. If the same continues for long time, public will stop visiting this mall...

Very near fo DAE township Cons: Limited food options Not even a single fine dine restaurant, most are fast food chains. If one is coming from chennai, needs to pay multiple tolls. Limited drinking water outlet. Tips: 1. Instead of hourly parking, take full day parking token. 2. Hypermarket canteen offers is most cost-effective and healthy dood options. 3. If you are a DAE employee, no parking fee on showing icard.

If you are coming via Sholinganallur, enter the service road after the toll booth else you have to travel long to enter the mall. Parking for two wheeler and cars are available.For parking they will ask your mobile number after noting down your vehicle number.This is practiced in every mall after covid. Theatre screens are in 3rd floor. You can access the screen via lift or escalators. I visited this mall for watching MASTER movie in screen 1 . The interior works for the theratre entrance are fabulous for taking photos. This is my first experience in this mall. The screens are really huge and curved. My suggestion for booking tickets is to book center rows ,don't go for side rows ..you will get better view only in the centered seats as I suffered by watching movie from the side rows.Now the sound system ...really enjoyed thier sound system .. recently went to LUXE theatre ..comparing them it was great here. Very neatly maintained restrooms ...parking are costly for two wheelers...if you are new to this mall and then go day pass which will cost you 50 rupees as I paid 100 rupees for 3 hrs movie by selecting hour pass.

One of the largest malls in Chennai and largest in OMR region. Kids enjoyed the toy train trip. But the charges of 100 for a couple of minutes was too expensive. Many of the shops were not opened due to corona. Limited rest rooms we're available as others were under maintenance

I visited this mall 3 times, during initial 2 visits Unlimited Car parking Fee of 100 Rs / day seemed quite attractive, however same has now been cancelled forcing to pay Rs 40 per hour. Either parking fee per hour has to be reduced to Rs 25-30 or Unlimited Car parking Fee of 100 Rs / day has to be reintroduced. Otherwise mall is good place for hang outs, neatly maintained.

This is a very great mall in the whole of OMR road. It has all you need. There is a food court and restaurants, children play area, cloths shop and many more. There is also Inox Cinemas at the end of third floor which is also great. But the problem is that it is a bit far away from mainland Chennai and even though there is a bus stop at the entrance still almost no bus will stop here.

Much better than Phoenix. Have a decent food court. Neat collection of shops. I personally like Marina and Forum malls for food court alignment and theatre availability. Phoenix doesn't have any of them.

It was really good mall... many impressive decors festive for Diwali I think.... there are varied options from branded lavish and to branded yet relatively cheaper ones... I loved the Toys r us giraffe bench it's so cute... Inox was good... the bathrooms were clean... food court was packed... children will have fun in the incessant toy train trips and various, virtual games and other games I suppose.. fun place

Ambience is great and you can find everything in Spar market at ground floor especially non veg items inside of it. Rest are as good as says. But man!! They are collecting entire maintenance charges through parking alone it seems. Like for 1 hr 25rs for bike and if it crosses 1minute after 1hr then we have to pay 50rs which is way too much.

Big Mall near siruseri IT park with Inox cinema

The Marina Mall is one of the big and good mall in Chennai. It's near IT hub Old mahabalipuram road. Well maintained one. Inside this SPAR also there which is good and well occupied super market. Third floor Inox is there.Food court also available there(Domino's, Pizza hut, KFC etc..). Game store is there where kids will enjoy the most. Electronics shops are also there. Apple store also there. So if you are there then just walked in.

Well equipped. There was trampoline park inside which was not as expected. And a dinosaur show free till June 12 I guess. Just the model of dinosaurs kept in the middle. There is food court, home centre and several shops to roam around and have fun. As usual parking here for an hour is ₹40. IMAX theatre was inside.

It is one of the top rated Mall in ECR, Chennai. Enough parking space is available. Night Life is also vibrant. It is on main highway so, no problem for local vehicles commute. All brands are available for you family shopping. Play area is also specious, your kid can enjoy fully. Lots of food stations are available to activate your taste buds. INOX is also there, then what next you required!!!
