Date Visited- 6th March 2022 Purpose- To have lunch @AB's Barbeque It was a sunny day and we arrived around 11:10am in the morning. Parking fee has been removed, parking ground is outside,back side of the mall and it is spacious. Ground floor is mainly used for daily functions and amusement activities. 3rd and 4th floors are empty and under construction. 5th floor is for AGS cinema and AB's Barbecue. Do visit this place with your family and friends to have a good time.

Its a dying mall really. No shops are available. Nothing. Bike parking is far way from the main building. Its lyk a ghost building. Went there just for zudio and absolute barbecue.

Just ok ok No enough food courts on 4th floor which floor is reserved for food courts only and all the third floor is closed without shops and remaining mall also with limited Brands and shopping showrooms…. Pantaloon, Trends, Decathlon and reliance mart and retail point three are occupied by most of the mall… the underground 1st floor is the only place which is crowded and also most of the customers coming for…. Remaining all the floor is very less crowded… it’s all I felt after a two hours in the mall on evening of 30th august 2023…

First movie after the lockdown we went VIKRAM. Theatre is good but air-conditioning is not sufficient. We felt hot. Snacks were good.

Updated Date : 15-Aug-2023 Has AGS Theatre in it. New shops are initiated in the complex now. Lots of shops are now available including Croma, KFC, McDonald's, Zudio, Elite Bar and much more. Parking is free someday if you are lucky and for a movie you will be charged Rs.40 which can be paid in cash/Apps. The sound system is good in the AGS Theatre. This is closely located near OMR Food Street, Bai Veetu Biriyani so you plan accordingly and enjoy friends..!!

Pantaloons, Reliance Smart Bazaar, Footprint, Trends, and Jockey are some of the brands found in this mall. There are no other big names here. Restrooms are not well maintained, and parking is expensive. AGS Cinemas is on the 5th floor of this Mall. The kids' play zone is on the 4th floor.

This mall has been a regular one for me since last 7 years. It has come a long way but what I don't understand is the less amount of shops after all these years. I just wish they figure out something and bring good branded shops. Food court need to be improved too. The mall is clean and well maintained. Good place to hangout for friends, families or couples.

This mall is slowly growing for the past couple of years. The only reason this mall has decent crowd is for the theatres. The shops are not that great and there are no big retailers except Pantaloons. The parking used to be really costly but not sure about it now. The theatres are really good and have a good range of movies.

This mall is located on busy OMR, but still I wonder why many shops are closed and one of the floor is completely empty! Parking is also not adequate. Overall Not bad! Need some improvements and maintenance.

OMR View on Night time vivira mall. It's good place of movie and food beverage and some shopping. McDonald's ice cream is so good particularly caramelo Butterscotch is so good and tasty. Vivira inside KFC, and theatre much more shoppings and hotels here. Theatre was good sound experience extraordinary, love the place.

Located right on the main road, few meters away from OMR food street. AGS cinemas located on third floor. Food court is not fully functional, very few shops are open. Rest rooms available on each floor. Parking at basement available. Decathlon is recently moved here - available at first and second floor. Big bazaar and Pantaloons also available. The mall is pretty decent, there are only few brands for clothing and home accessories and few food options available like decathlon, bata, zudio, mcd kiosk, pantaloons, kfc, croma, dominos etc The washroom arrangements need to improve, why would you keep the male and female washrooms on different floors. Its very inconvenient when you have different group of friends, and we have to go to seperate floors. The only liking for me is that this is the closest zudio to sholinganallur.

A small mall in Navalur, OMR... 5 floors 5th is AGS Cinemas Used to be quite lonely at times but now it's a bit crowded...lots of brands to choose from... KFC to Health & glow to croma to our own Tasmac Elite with AGS cinemas being the main attraction... Though it has a food court at 4th floor... Not a great spread... recently a few shops popping out... An hour or two to kill the time !!!

The Mall is good, small and compact... But the kfc restaurant available in this Mall doesn't provide quality foods.. If you want to have kfc then I won't recommend this mall...

Due to COVID -19 this mall had accumulated a pile of unsold stocks with many retailers within the mall had delayed to commence their business. Recently I had visited the mall and it was quite functional with limited retailers like Big Bazaar (It's a wholesale supermarket where you can buy from veggies, meat to clothes and home utilities etc.), Easybuy (they sell garments and this time with additional offers with discounts ranging from 10% to 60%), Unlimited retail store, Pantaloons, KFC, McDonald Ice Creams etc The space looks so dull with limited shoppers and selective stores that are operational within the premises. VIVIRA mall also holds a theatre screen - AGS (Navalur) which is awaited to open as per govt. guidelines.

This medium sized mall was slowly picking up with new shops being added but unfortunately the pandemic badly affected businesses here. Many businesses got closed and some on the verge of closure. Very thin crowds visit this place now

Cool mall with not many stores, the only advantage of this mall is its theater and small size . Because of its smaller area navigating through to find shops is easier.

Main reason for going to this mall is for Big bazaar. Since the theatres are closed and shops are not allocated in many floors, there are only limited shops to purchase and spend time. Mall is decent and though many shops are not allocated, you can buy any product in the available stores. There are Bazaar, mobile stores, KFC etc.

Vivra mall looks great .... Some shops and boutiques and restaurants are yet to open .... The AGS cinema Theatre is a very comfortable theatre here ......but the audio inside the theatre feels heart shaking....especially while hearing the music beats .....

This is a very good mall located at OMR road, it has many big branded shops and there are some upcoming shops as well. There is Ags multiplex theatre at the top floor and also a food court as well. A great place to spend time and do shopping as well.

After change of ownership from coromandel to Vivara, lot of new stores are opened. They used to have free parking on weekdays (I think some days, i went on a Wednesday). The main advantage is we do have Marina Mall near by so that you can compare more shops and check for offers. After covid, it seems some shops are closed and reopened by new vendors. Groceries, entertainment, purchase are under one roof.

Mall is spot clean and has ample parking. But the variety of stores are less. No kids play area or game centers.

Not so great theatre, service is worst as usual, expensive food items even water bottle costs 50rs per 750ml, which is just 20rs out side the mall. I don't feel it's a Dolby sound, more noise in between and seats are simply not comfortable at all.

A good place to get chilled with very low parking charges I paid 40rs for more than 3hrs if you need to save this 40 park your two wheeler in the nearby hot dosai shop or that tea shop but don't park opposite to it sometimes police comes there to fine, cafeteria is well maintained and cleaned often COFFEE WITH PREM is my favourite spot here.
