Prices are affordable compared to high class showrooms. The store environment is purely based on attracting customers with a tight budget. Definitely one stop shop for any home and family needs. The parking facility is good and refunding the parking charges on purchase is attractive. Definitely customer service needs to be improved, only few employees are responsive and humble. The billing and delivery method feels hustle free. Avoid during weekends and festive seasons, especially people with kids and also elder people or people who hate crowds.

It's a great Store in Chennai which is very famous. It was famous for the reduction in price but I'm not sure if the price is still so competitive as the name and fame is high. But almost everything is available under one roof in multiple floors. It's difficult to know the time moving up when you are inside as you keep getting lost in the selection often. There's plenty of parking space for cars and bikes. It's almost like a one stop shop for buying multiple things. This chain started in T. Nagar and started multiplying to many parts of the city with almost similar kind of setup due to the popularity.

It is ok for all kind of groceries and fast food and every kind of groceries available here And lots of croud of people beacouse it's is a big shopping mall complex with 9 floor we start from Basement all type of vegetables and return exchange are done here Ground floor have only ladies wear like sarees and other clother Refund policy is so waste just refund my bag is not acceptable beacouse i pay from Google pay its not mean they tell you pay from cash it's can be fundable but Google pay we can't so but the lift feature is wrost no any sense and escalwator is worst becouse is no one can use when you going down becouse escalwator is only going up not down is waste less.....

Nice place to eat and shopping. One side lift is not functioning..Elder people can't enjoy shopping there. Regarding food.. you can taste crispy chicken at Crazy biriyani there and wraps at Franky... But.. only con is we need to stand and eat.. that's very uncomfortable..

Super Saravana stores has its name, they have changed the old style of buying. Can find everything in this store. Parking for car, bike provided with the amount refunded from the bill. Each section is categorized and you can find in the card with much details about each floor. Its crowded during festive season and during some weekends. Overall a one stop solution for all buying needs.

Best place for shopping in chennai. All varieties of things are available at very very low cost. I never go to malls or big shops for purchasing and shopping I always prefer saravana stores from the beginning. Quality is best and cost is very low, perfect example for cheap and best in chennai. Really love saravana stores especially Purasaiwalkam branch is the best in chennai. Highly recommended for family shopping. I always take clothes and garments here. Many things are available which are not available outside at cheaper costs. Come and enjoy here in the food court at ground floor outside with family and friends. From groceries, fruits, vegetables and nuts to clothes, sarees, toys, slippers, shoes and so on and so on available here with reasonable price. Trial rooms also available. Parking facility, water facility, restrooms are available here. Lifts, escalator and steps available to move to the other floors. Only thing is takes time to around all the sections. So many rushes in festival and other event times. But worth for each penny buying here.

It is a decent departmental store with almost every household thing a common man needs. You can get all groceries in the basement of the building and the above floors have all the things ranging from dresses, stationary, toys, electronics etc. Bike car parking is ample, but if you come in an SUV you need do park the vehicle outside the store coz there's not much space for a big car.

Some seasons are good, some are not. If you have an eye for fashion, then you can get some decent pieces here. One in 20 pieces looks good. The South indian traditional wear collection is good though. This is just for the clothing section. There are many more section, will update.

I'm regular customer of saravan Stores. They sent out rudely, because I wore handkerchief instead of mask. I don't know, all are wearing 100 percent corona protective mask. Hereafter I won't go saravana Stores, because of their rude behaviour. Disappointed.

All in one place with affordable price, Saravana stores now have many branches and all has this unique pattern of food stall which has icecream, tender coconut, seasonal fruits, fresh juice, sandwiches and so on(from vendor's).

One stop solution to all your shopping needs. You will find all branded to locally manufactured dresses, vessels, etc...a heavily crowded store. Escalator does not work in most floors. Taking the steps is breathe taking... patience is the mantra there

I am going there for my brother marriage at that time,the collection are good and organising also such nice...but not many varieties.the lift service not available for all floors.same time billing counter was available in each floor. If you had a laptop you can carry your bag with you but they lock by tie rap You can bill your material and things in any floor.

Visited the store for a small shopping .While we were about to enter the store , they told us to open the bag for checking . The person who checked the bag put her hands inside the bag and took the things out instead she might have asked us to show whatever is inside . It was our baby's diaper bag and had baby's food and stuff, we felt really uncomfortable. Didn't expect this kind of treatment from such a well reputed store . Kindly improve in this regard . Instead of all these things you can simply put a zip tie on people's bag .

Once saravana store was a legendary place and only hope for middle class people Now its legacy was torn. It is no more a place for low income people. Its price is more than a branded outlets. Seriously all the prices are double or triple and quality is also average. It is better to go old washermenpet and take dresses instead saravana. I noticed people gets disappointed after checking the price. The downfall of saravan has started.

During my visit to this store, I was able to find a variety of men's collection at affordable prices. Although I didn't buy any dresses, I only bought a pair of loafers. The loafers quality was okay but not upto the mark. Also there wasn't much varieties in loafers there. People with big feet might not find appropriate loafer size here, as they were only having a couple of big sizes (9 or 10) and more of much smaller sizes.

The organization is very good. But don't know why the sales executives are very rude. Maybe they treat the same over there. I personally not satisfied with the overall shopping. Not enjoyable. Parking is very high. It's not necessary that if we visit any showroom and purchase is compulsory. Sometimes we don't like anything and have to come back home. Then they should return some amount. I don't say that parking should be free. But there should be some reasonable amount for parking. Everyone cannot afford that.
