the place is huge and has a lot of stuff - combining most of the different Reliance retails outlets all under one roof but their billing section is haphazard and not well planned out. Lines queue up and one has to wait for long periods whether you have bought less than 10 items or a hundred! They need to get that sorted out quickly to make the shopping experience more stress free

Excellent people and friendly. Great discounts. Staffs are lazy but if you ask them to help us they will definitely help. Brought a sound bar from reconnect and loved it. Also brought groceries for 18k and they were very friendly and good. Just a small drawback is the bill counter. Please put additional peeps at the bill counter ✨👍

We often visit because of the overall friendly experience, also on large purchases you get some decent discounts. I give them 4 out of 5 stars for managing the store. Two minor issues, during peak times the billing counters struggles to clear the rush so waiting is longer which is annoying. Secondly, the staff isn't available easily when crowded at certain sections. But overall, 👍👍👍

There are lots of genuine offers .. Plus points : Ample parking space , Genuine discounts on products , variety , Clear and convenient stocking , friendly staff . Drawbacks : No publicity ( wasn't aware that a store this big has been in operation for more than a year) , poor air-conditioning ( even in end September it was uncomfortable) , staff should be trained to be professional apart from being friendly ., only a couple of counters for billing were open , thereby increasing the waiting time..

Gee. It is Reliance-mall. Most of Reliance products in single floor. Floor I mean it. No need to climb as different types of consumer products. But.. Limited electronic product range. Spacious. Neatly lined up and price tagged. I recommend this place.
