Worst place to buy things.. Commitment will be only till they sell out and get money in hand... Poor customer service... Money orientation

Worst place to buy any product.. I purchased Samsung TV, Daikin AC and Preeti Iconic Pink grinder.. The moment the guarantee was over all the three product goofed up in working.. I had to replace the TV, for AC I had spent Rs.5050/- for repairing the outdoor unit and for grinder I thought to call Satya back and ask for help as all the three products procured from them stopped working no sooner the guarantee finished.. A lady from Satya gave me hope that she will take care of fixing the grinder issue, but when the service person came he demanded a sum of Rs.1150/-.. I was totally shocked, I also explained my grief of paying so much but I did not get any resolution.. I am totally dissapointed that even Satya team did not help me..

They scam people by cheating with fake offers and bills. They lie to you on the price. I went there last week to buy AC 1 ton they price was mentioned as 35k but during bill they gave two bills one for AC 33k and some cheap smart watch for 2k and say it's a combo and force you to buy the Watch. Don't go there for buying any electronic items, they have old stock and pathetic after customer service. It took 6 days to install the AC after buying and making more than ten calls. 0 star. Disappointed

I have purchased Venus water heater, I asked Venus Lyra digital. They supplied wrong one without digital delayed installation 4 days after 100 calls followup.When I called them they responded badly and cheated.. I am planning to case in consumer court. Its very bad experience with this agency. Think twice before entering Sathya..

I have been to this Sathya branch recently thrice to enquire for purchasing TV, sound bar and AC respectively. One thing that was common among all these visits are, when they don't have a particular model they blatantly claim there is no such model. (I was not enquiring about online models). If you are looking forward to buy something at Sathya showroom Tambaram, I would recommend the one at mudichur road. The staff and pricing are good here.

Very bad experience..we ordered for light colour fridge and they delivered dark colour fridge. And too much of excuses for each and every call for delivery. They are cheating the customers to sell their products.

Bought Godrej AC. I liked their service. I went again few days ago to buy a air cooler. Inside the showroom it was so noisy with music, I ended up with severe, unbearable headache. I hope the shop incharge will understand the need to keep the sound level low, to keep the atmosphere better.

I bought a prestige kettle at sathya Thambaram. First they gave damaged kettle. Next day I went there and they replaced it. Now it is not working after 10 days. Don't know whether lt is the problem of prestige or sathya is selling defective products

Purchased Samsung smart tv from sathya had a great experience visiting the showroom. The sales person (sakthi) explained the features clearly. Manager (Jagan) was very approachable.

I had worst experience with sathiya. While purchasing they can tell will follow and complete the process upto installation once you buy the product they will respond properly but they will not follow properly. Installation process from vendor is not good very worst experience with Sathya.

We selected & finalized the products within half an hour. However, we waited for more than one hour for simply billing & receiving the products. Worst billing service which made us to wait for more than one hour. Please look into this..
