For decades we have been coming to Naidu Hall for women’s undergarments and petticoats and blouses for saris. It was a small shop. Fast forward after 30 years it’s a five floors shop for garments of all ages! Posh place hiring mostly women. Unbelievable how advanced Chennai has become!

This shop is famous for inner wears for females. Thirty or forty years ago, this shop offers quality inner wears in affordable price. Now the entire things turned according to the situation of the market and consumers. Only elite people can enter and shop here as the prices are very high and no middle class people can afford.

I recently visited Naidu Hall in T Nagar with the intention of buying just one saree, but I ended up having a great shopping experience thanks to their sales representative, Durga. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service, helping me find sarees within my budget and searching through countless racks. Naidu Hall has done a great job in selecting and training their staff, and I must say, I'm impressed. Very disappointed about the customer handling at the store. Received a kid girl kit as a gift which was bought just two days prior but we returned to the place to exchage since there was a stain/scar on it. However they all refused it to exchage despite very clearly seen all the tags available with the kit and even we have not washed it. However they even failed to give us a sales person who can speak or understand english or any higher grade officer of the store just to convey our issue since we cant understand the tamil language. They just said that they cant exchanged the kit. So if you are buying anything from this store please have a close look for every little thing from top to bottom since they will not exchange once you returned.

Hi this is Arun Kumar last month I visit to Naidu hall with my wife... My wife told me to took a jean and a shirt in Naidu hall... The shirt looks really good and the quality also it's very good but the jeans what I took is basics brand..... It was really worst when I am wearing this second time of the jeans it was tore.. I really feel it's gives me a very bad experience in Naidu hall.... I purchased on October 3rd the price was 2600... Kindly I want to exchange my dress with faithfully...

family shop. it is provided a clothing place for, women and childrens. They sell all branded goods. They give bonus points for the customers while purchasing the materials. more collections. Even the inner wear is very good. Quality of dress material is good and also so many new collections of dresses will be available. go there for family shopping. accessories like watches, glasses, gift items are also available.

The collection is good , but a bit to costly compared to other stories. And the service is not so good as the staffs doesn't come up with what they have in store. If they rectify it , the customers might find easy to place what they want precisely.

This is a huge shop with almost everything on readymades especially for ladies. Every year they have special discount sale around Ganesh Chathurthi. You can get excellent customer care from the very courteous staff. For parking we have to depend only on the availability along the road.

Despite the expansion into a pristine store, the service has become egregious. The trial is disallowed here and your dress is being chosen by the sales girl and floor manager. This service can be justaposed with that of platform shops and it would still prove to be worse. Albeit having gone to this shop for 15 years, this is the first time I experienced this. This is appalingly horrible experience.

I like the Street lights, platform maintenance and car parking maintenance where good. Requesting the government to do the same to in our all over Chennai. After that to all the main cities in Tamilnadu. This will come in to good employment to the needy people and also it will become very organised City and state in India. 🙏😊
