New pure vegetarian fine dining restaurant on OMR. Good ambience and a quite nice place. This restaurant has got bigger menu and had a chance to try out variety of dishes. Food taste was good but quantity was little less. Overall good dining experience. Restaurant also has a small meeting hall as well.

This is purely kind of North Indian Jain food to my knowledge. We ordered Vegetable Dum briyani, it had no ginger, onion and garlic. It was basically like podi mixed rice. Not of a good taste. On the starters we had platters which had mushrooms and paneer. Mushrooms was little raw, paneer was good. Everyone were having Dahi Puri and that's their marketing strategy, they are getting customers showing that. Dessert was awesome, quantity was very much but that is equalled by the price. We ordered sizzling brownie, the size was huge but the price was around 270. The price was on the higher side for all the items, should consider reducing it. Ambience is good. Overall okay restaurant but not for the price.

Prive restaurant was in bookmark ever since it is opened in Mylapore several years back. Recently they have opened new outlet in Perungudi which made easier for me to go for it being near to my office. Their weekday buffet tempted me to try immediately, so went for it today. Location: This place is easy to locate. Few meters from Turya hotel next to newly opened Thalapakatti restaurant in OMR, Perungudi. It is located in 1st floor. Lift available for ease. Ambiance: The ambiance is simple and decent. Seating is comfortable. It was hot and sweaty inside though AC were running. Even saw few switching table to sit in front of AC. Mild songs were played in background. Lighting could be better. Service: It was good. They were attentive. Food served quickly without much waiting time. The best thing is each item of buffet came one by one without overlapping and delay so that we can have hot in our own pace. Buffet: I went with Corporate Buffet (Mon to Wed). It consists of- 1. Rose 🌹 Serbath 2. Palak Soup 3. Veg Manchurian 4. Chat item 5. Roti 6. Panner gravy 7. Dal 8. Biriyani 9. Raitha 10. Papad 11. Vegetable Salad 🥗 12. Accompaniments (Pickle, chilly and onions) 13. Ice cream with brownie pieces Taste: Almost everything is excellent. Rose 🌹 sarbeth and ice cream alone average. Soup and veg Manchurian was exceeding expectations. Panner was soft and generous in gravy. Dal is mouthwatering. Raitha was spot on. Went well with biriyani / pulao. Chilly in accompaniments were apt spicy and good. Price: Rs.375/- including tax for this buffet is pretty reasonable considering the location and quality. Definitely a good deal when compare to ala-cart price. Full value for money 💰. Final word - Go For It..... Especially Veg lovers.....

I've been to the Prive at RK Salai, Mylapore earlier. If you've read my review for that branch earlier, you'd know that I've called it my favorite and possibly best pure veg restaurant in Chennai. Prive at OMR continues and builds on that experience for me. Instead of choosing from the full service ala carte menu I went with the dinner buffet at 550INR plus taxes per guest. For the 5 of us work friends, it turned out to be the best experience we've had. The Buffet is very simple, yet delectable and worthy of the money by a long shot. The starters, chats, juice, soup, Indian bread and rice with the 3 curries. Perfect to a fault. We ate to our full with a bit of regret that we didn't have the space to enjoy the continental menu items. Must go family or friends hangout restaurant. Will be back again soon.

Accessibility - Restaurant is on the first floor, lift is available and can accomodate only 3 people. Parking - Valet parking available. Two wheeler parking is plenty, but Car parking is a challenge - as there are stores on the ground floor. Might have to park on the service road Food - Pure veg hotel, with wide variety of choices. The food was well done, cooked to perfection - the paneer here is excellent! Packaged Food - I asked for Veg Noodles to takeaway (the entire dish, not after having it on the table) - and I received stale and smelly food! I went home to find a disaster was packed! Ambience & Service - Ambience is very hip and fancy, gives off a very serene vibe. Very pleasant staff and service is excellent. Right on OMR, so there's a view of the road as well.

Prive Restaurant Located in Perungudi, Chennai, Prive is a pure-vegetarian restaurant offering an array of North Indian, Oriental and Continental delicacies. Coming to food I have tried Tacos A taco is a traditional Mexican dish consisting of a small hand-sized corn or wheat tortilla topped with a filling. The tortilla is then folded around the filling and eaten by hand. Which was amazing.. Red sauce pasta Delicious red sauce pasta in a red tangy tomato sauce with mix veggies just awesome with an amazing presentation.. Taco Bowl Taco Bowls are jam packed with Mexican flavors and abundance of nutritious ingredients so its perfectly delicious, healthy food you get all the things you love about in a classic taco in a protein rich and veggie packed deconstructed bowl form. Bruschetta This classic Italian antipasto, or appetizer, uses toasted Italian bread rubbed with garlic. It’s then topped with a heavenly diced tomato medley including basil and cheese that cooked under salamander was mouthwatering starter.. Corn Cheese Ball Combination of cheese and corn wrapped in bread crumbs and deeply fried and that served with mayo was another amazing starter. Dahi puri Dahi Puri is a delicious, yummy, chatpata chaat snack from Mumbai. It is sweet, sour, tangy, spicy and crispy chaat with so many flavors and taste bursting in the mouth. They have maintained the perfect taste.. Quesadilla A quesadilla is a Mexican dish, different from a taco, consisting of a tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese, and beans, and spices, and then cooked on a griddle. It's too yummy and soft and also taste is heaven. So its Ideal place to dine out with your friends and family in a cozy set up. Ambiance makes you feel at home and the quantity served is adequate for two. On the whole the place is very hygienic and it is a snazzy destination for lunch and dinner with your dear ones.The presentation of the food served here is incredible and tastes very good.The staff is very courteous and friendly.The service is prompt and quick and the highly trained staff are well versed with the dishes that are available in the menu. They normally help the people in choosing the best dishes of Prive Restaurant.

Was amazed with the options available in a pure vegetarian restaurant.. one of the best multicusine restaurant in OMR. The taste of the food was decent. Staff was good. The place is well lit with minimal interior which is soothing. Good music. Overall a very good experience. Mexican and European cusine is a must try here. Cheers!

This is one of the best all-veg restaurants in this part of the city. The food is awesome, the ambience is relaxing, the music is soothing and the service impeccable. The location is so convenient with ample parking and easy access. Overall, we had a lovely time and will go back again.

Good food, good service, good location (no private/ reserved parking), good portion size (actually big for an average person), genuinely multi-cuisine (though south-indian cuisine is missing). We used the stairs to walk up into a dark party room adjacent to reception in 1st floor. Noticed the elevator next to stairs but not sufficiently highlighted.

Location - It is located in a prime location, on the OMR road itself, hence pretty easy to find. It is located on first floor of Jockey store. When we went it was not crowd, since we went little early, but if it is crowded then parking could be little issue for car. Ambiance - Nice interiors, good lighting, Seating capacity of about 60 to 70 people, View of OMR road from few seats. Service - Good and quick service. Food - They have a buffet on all days which is priced decently. But we went for Ala carte. We ordered.. Baby corn chilli - Nicely made, very crisp, good in taste, portion is good. Paneer lababdar- Medium spicy gravy, good in taste Butter roti, nan - very soft and served hot Sizzling brownie with vanilla ice cream - I find this at many places not so good but here it was very good in taste, brownie was very soft and good in taste. Portion size is also good. Price - we were two people and all this item costed about 1122 rupees. But we had dineout coupon which was 20% off and hence about 975 bucks. The cost seems to be little high. Actually if two people are going, then we cannot try many items since the portion size served is good and hence you feel full after about two dishes. Instead if they can reduce little portion size and accordingly reduce price, it will be very good. Then it becomes good in terms of price also and all other things are anyways good. They can take this as a feedback. Overall - Nice place. Will visit again. Good for family crowd. If price is not a issue then defenetily go for it. You will enjoy it.

This is a very disappointing place...ordered Stuffed paratha and Aloo paratha...both were completely charred...blackened ...will not recommend anyone to eat here.

We, a party of 7, reached around 7.30 pm on a Saturday without a booking. The wait was well managed by the restaurant. We were seated in a conference room till a table became free. Amazing variety of mocktails, starters and main course. Fast n courteous service and lovely taste in a wonderful and contemporary ambience. Please do a booking for week ends when u go.

One of fine veg dinning restaurants of city comes to Perungudi. One must try their Palak Pindi Chole & Pahadi Dum Aloo if you are looking for less oily / less spicy dish. Their Tandoori Basket was another good option to try. In starters Corn Basket & Palak Pakoda Chat were good options.

Place is nice, guess timing I visited was wrong. Some group were paid more attention. Staff was slow in responding. Forgot our order as well. Chef seems to be too obsessed with black pepper. Every other dish had tons of it which actually killed the taste. I hope next experience would be better.

The food and hospitality is great. Price is little high but the taste makes you forget the price. The ambiance is an added advantage to this place. Overall it's worth for the money.

Maiden visit. Panneer platter starter followed by Roti basket, bendi do piyaza, alu dum, veg biriyani. All were very tasty and portions were sufficient for 4. Lighting of restaurant can be a bit dimmer. Quick and efficient service.

Would recommend this place for people to try atleast once. It’s a neat place tucked near Perungudi. For starters, the corn basket chat was really good. The portion was also perfect for 2. The taco bowl which we ordered for main course was amazing! The taco bowl had a cheese and vegetable mixture which was seasoned well and paired well with the cilantro rice. The verduras verde for me was a let down. The potato and cheese sauce was more like mashed potato and not a sauce, the portion of that was also huge. The rice served with this was also more like a biriyani than Mexican rice. Overall I would definitely go back to Prive, they serve some amazing food.
