Paradise biryani has one of the best and most authentic Hyderabad Biryani. But due to its insane wait time I can rate only 3 stars for this restaurant and I would recommend you to go here only during non rush hours and even so make sure you have a lot of patience. The waiter and restaurant staff are no different than a tree. The response and service is really bad. Make sure you order all the food at once. Because if you order one by one and complete your meal you'll be able to see a advance and a completely developed Chennai and your family and friends will be old when you go back. The biryanis are amazing and are a must try especially the chicken and the mutton one. They are almost similar in taste to the original ones you get in Hyderabad, coupled with the other starters on the menu a very pleasant experience. A must try for people who would want thay authentic taste. Further they have a chai place in the ground floor which serves amazing irani chai.

Awesome Flavoured Biryani though the server did not mix properly before serving. Also ordered a kebab which was also good. Hot and Sour soup was also thick and tasty. Had finely shredded chicken easy for drinking along with choice of vegetables which to my surprise also had mushroom. Another thing that scored a point with me was that they had brown pepper. As a person with a taste for hot and spicy dishes that was a turn on amidst countless restaurants that have spiceless white pepper. I also noticed a high raised chair for babies to eat along with adults which was so thoughtful. A minus is that they did not have a separate hand wash and had to use the ones inside the toilet which was having an unbearable stench (Men's).

I was a regular customer to Paradise Hyderabad.. I came couple of times to paradise perungudi, what I observed service is too poor,no neatness, quantity is less &taste is poor.. I won't recommend this next time

The worst biriyani in Chennai. The other branches serve better food and the experience is also better in other branches. What I really like are the kababs they offer. They have a small area where they sell samosas and irani tea these are extremely good and really worth a shot.

Best place to have the best Hyderabadi biryani. This place is always crowded. That too on weekends you must reserve prior to avoid waiting for a long time. Grill, kababs and tandoori tastes good.

Worst biriyani I ever tasted in my life. I appreciate the speed of service and ambience (apart from mosquitoes) it was well maintained but the taste was so bad... I would recommend SS Hyderabad Biriyani rather choosing Paradise....

Great place with Super awesome food, taking the Paradise legacy in true taste. But the only and the biggest drawback of this place is it's very impolite and ignorant service of the waiters. Which is totally opposite to their native Hyderabad predecessors. I would recommend the management to take notice and action regarding the staff behaviour. Or else I would have rated this place 5 stars closing my eyes.

Kaababs did taste good. Fish was great. As it was an hyderabadi biryani style. The whole dish was dominated by clove and elaichi which was not my type of taste. Comming from a former biryani making family. I have grown up eating it through out my life so you know how my expectations would have been when it was rated 4.2 on zomato. Bt it was a really disappointing as it was our long awaited family reunion and we wanted to have a great time. But do note the quantity u get is much higher here.

If you love chennai style briyani, then this is not the place for you. Their nizami briyani tasted more like a flavoured rice. We never got the briyani feel. Location - located in srp tools stop near kandanchavadi. The car parking is available in front of the restaurant and also along the service road. Service - no issues in service. Service was prompt and for using zomato gold, I was explained about which dishes will be covered under the offer. Fish dishes are not applicable under zomato gold in this restaurant. Food - apart from briyani we had chicken Reshmi Kebab - priced at 330rs for 8 pieces. Taste is so good. Chocolate milkshake at 99rs is not thick and it's very diluted My favorite item here is the dessert - Qubani ka meetha. An apricot based dessert. Yummy to the core. Pricing - pricing is bit upscale.

I absolutely loved the Paradise biriyani when we went to Hyderabad some years back. I was very excited when I heard that it's now in Chennai so we decided to try this place. The quantity of biriyani was definitely reduced than some years back and flavor was fantastic. The service time was more than than normal wait time. We ordered chilli panner and vegetable biriyani. The biriyani is authentic hydrabadi style with flavoured rice on the top and gravy at the bottom. The Parking space were limited and we have to patk on the service path. P.S - Must try the Irani chai which is below the paradit biriyani shop. It is simply out of the the world and just Rs -11

Worth for money

Good to find Hyderabadi Biryani in Chennai but nothing compares it to the one at Hyderabad. Ground floor has takeaway and refreshing point while the other two floors are full-service ones. The kababs we ordered were good to taste but they were definitely not fresh. Biryani was good too but not the best. They also need to be more presentable. The serving plates given to us had chips and cracks. Overall taste experience was good. Gentle and welcoming staff. Would recommend to all biryani lovers.

Mutton haleem the best here. I cant compare this restaurant with the one in Hyderabad. But for sure one of the best restaurant for Biriyani. Moderately priced. Service is slow may be due to over crowd on weekends. Ambience is better. Valet parking. Good for family with kids.

The Biryani did not lived up to the Paradise expectations. The hype was not worth of the taste. It seems overpriced and Mutton Biryani was not cooked well. May be because it was in Chennai and not in Hyderabad. Had better Biryani everywhere else.

Irani chai is good but maintaining by non account.... not ready to accept card payment, google pay or paytm.... only cash

Yes. Unique taste of Hyderabadi biryani. It's unique ghee and spices smell mouth waters you. Always try Qubani ka meetha with ice cream after biryani. The environment there at paradise restaurant is so calm and pleasant. In the weekends, you won't get space or table to have delicious biryani. Thanks to Paradise for giving us a try to unique Hyderabadi taste of biryani.

The waiting time in the restaurant is ridiculous. We waited for 1hr for Briyani alone. But food is good. We decided not to have dine in..they don't value our time and they don't even care to respond us.

Food quality is low for the cost. Briyani also not hot while serving.. No smiling restautant servants , they look like loss something.

Guys who want to take away your food, pls be aware, yesterday for me it took literally 1 hour to get my food. Only biriyani are available, if you order anything other than biryani it takes one hour. Even I was asking to meet hotel Manager, no one was responding and it was ridiculous staff, no knowledge on handling customers. Management. So please plan accordingly. Thank you

The experience in this paradise outlet was not that good at all. we had to return the Briyani 65 food which we ordered and ordered another dish.the severed food was not hot but it took then nearly 20 mins to give the food. This is first time trying food from this outlet. the other Paradise food outlet we never had that any sort of issues. hoping next time my experience will be good.
