It’s been moreover 25years this hotel had been opened . I have been going to this restaurant from my childhood and I would like review it because the overall food taste and the servers response here . My favourite Idly is so special in this restaurant which is moreover good even than the A2B or Sangeetha . Not sure why this hotel hasn’t been modified or developed to super restaurants compared to other hotels now days like A2B or Sangeetha . Parking is quite constrains here. Especially you should try the meals out here and you will feel good on their taste that compared to other restaurants. But still this restaurant is so underrated due to it’s not developed to it’s hifi even A/C One disappointing here is we need to wait in the rush for collecting our food orders . Although I’m loving this hotel since from my childhood till now . Would have been perfect if its been modified to super classy restaurants like now a days !! But the tastes shouldn’t been change!

Good food. Little over crowd. Servers are not customer friendly sometime. Server count is less when compare to crowd and table count. Best place for vegetarians

Velachery surroundings you can find many vegetation hotels so whats next, we have to choose them as who is giving same good taste with some reasonable price. I wont say welcome srinivasa giving cheap price but my point is in the name manyof pure veg hotels and quoting 80 rs 100 rs for pongal something. Here somewhat ok price but taste surely with high range Whats my pick from here is with price Pongal - 60 rs Chapathi - 50 rs Veg fried rice - 120 ( even non veg guys will like this) Sambar rice - 50 rs Rava kitchadi -50 rs ( mostly it wont available but if it is there really loved one witu the smell of ghee) Some items looks bit high for its price but taste wise worth to go and one main suggestion is dont try to buy parcel surely they will delay all the time I am promising as you will get sambar multiple times and will get addict for it ❤️❤️

Sambhar tastes very good. Quantity is adequate for the cost, e.g. 1 parotta can easily be your dinner. For take out, after payment, we need to stand at the counter with an out streched arm waving bill for the counter guy to collect it. These guys collect the bills at random, we are at their mercy. This could be automated or better organized.

The food was decent. But the staff service was not up to the mark. This is a long running hotel and to compete in today's world you must be good at all aspects to keep your customers in tact. Please instruct your table boys to treat the customers as guests and not to only focus on tips. They might get it only when the customers are happy with the service that they have provided.

Food is very average and taste wise also the same. We ordered combo fried rice and Gobi manchurian which was below average . Noodles were under cooked and the sauces on the tables smelled bad . The yellow plates and tableware were worst. Ambience is below average and service was ok.

I had a light meal of Dosa and idly. They were good. Chutney was spoiled, most probably because they make it early in the morning and serve it throughout the day and even worse the next day as well. The only good thing is it is open until late night as there are no food shops which serve late night. So, only consider this as an option to eat late night.

Good hotel Having dining ,take away. No credit card accepted. UPI payment accepted. You can order thru swiggy also. Tasty vegetarian food. Very old hotel... Established many years ago. Maintained well.

The ambience is comapct and fine. Service was also good. They have variety of South Indian dishes. The food was tasty. Dosa with sambar, coconut chutney and kara chutney was fine. Idly with sambar and chutney was not good but edible. Whereas, Idiyappam with kurma was tasty. Mostly people with friends and family came. A decent place to have our evening dinner. for 2 dosas, 1 plate idly and 1 idiyappam it costs Rs. 205.

I have ordered 35 meals for family function average taste only butter milk full of water and side dish is also not good payasam is only good 140 rs not worth for this meals

Actually we went to have coffee but it was. Meals time first server said coffee time over but he told to wait will make coffee and serve then we had good Vada & coffee so I like

The hotel is functioning more than 25 years, and the taste is Excellent , quality food with enough quantity at minimal price. During peak hours (1-2 pm ) the place is very crowded and you have wait atleast 10-15 min for parcel and dinning you can get seat. The atmosphere is good and may be improved some somehow.

Everything was Ok. It doesn't have good ambience, with average service and bad tasting food does not allow me to suggest this place for a planned visot. If one, is seraching for a regular tiffin items, only then one should visit. The best tasting dish in this restaurant was kothu parotta, so it can be tried.

Actually taste wise good.. but the service is totally worst.. minus 100 i will give.. service will be in slow motion.. sapudra aasaiyae poidum.. also when you try to get parcel, there will be lotta crowd waiting but still service will happen at 2g speed..

Only street parking available. A kind of hotel you would love to have near your house for regular eating. You also have combos to try.... phulka combo and butter naan combo with paneer butter masala

An old hotel serving quality vegitarian food at an affordable cost. It's a notable landmark for ppl from Velachery since long. Good place to grab a quick breakfast or lunch. The veg meals is really tasty and affordable.

Get the vadacurry at early morning. That's their best item.

A pocket friendly hotel. U will get all regular south indian vegan menu from breakfast to dinner. Now they are added with Chinese too... yes it's the same fried rise, noodles, manchurians etc. All the staffs will be kind and straight forward. Parking facility is minimum. No parking for 4 wheels. No idea on rest rooms. It's in ground floor so it's easy for grandparents. If u are hungry you are always WELCOME for a good food. If u r a foodie, then it's not ur place.
