VERY POOR. WORST SERVICE. Went there with hunger only to stand and wait. The manager/supervisor does nothing. Half of the tables are self-service. A/C doesn't even work No refilling of food, when it get's over. They prefer online order & delivery and keeps us waiting for long time. They don't know how to manage at all. Definitely will not recommend this branch.

First time went to this location. As always A2B snacks and sweets are really good. Went a little over lunch time , but they didn’t have much to eat. Customer service was really average.takes time for any order and billing … parking is ok , but in peak times it gets really tough. No covid regulations . Employees don’t wear any masks . Hope they follow some covid guidelines … 🙏🙏

Worst service ever... Billing, order delivery, parking, service - not at all organised. They give more priority for online orders.. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes for 2 mini meals parcel, by that time almost 15 to 20 online orders were packed and delivered. The delivery executives doesn't understand whatever we say and don't listen to us in the first place. This outlet used to be my favourite outlet among other A2B outlets.. I regret visiting the store now. I even tried escalating the situation politely to the supervisor, no support.. Please do not go to this store for take outs. Taste of the food was good as always. Today went to A2B pallikaranai branch for lunch where flies are found in the food served to me, when I raised a question regarding this i was offered compensation which I declined moreover I am worried about childrens who are also having lunch. Since it is health related factors kindly look in to this for maintaining hygiene.

Good ambience but service is a bit concern, takes longer than usual. Regarding the food, the quality and taste are too good. I tasted almost all dosa varieties here and never got disappointed with the taste. Parotta kurma is too good same as poori masala.

It is a pretty neat restaurant with wide variety of food items. Good ambience and quiet a big dining hall. The food is quiet tasty the price is not too high. The staff are courteous. They also have a weet and savouries section where you get wide caraway of sweets and savouries. The savouries are neatly packed, so that it is easy to carry during travel.

Both the shops are located in same place next to each other, so you may be confused. Hey IT developers kindly fix this issue 😫. Coming to the point I love coffee here. Vegetables from their outlets are fresh and somewhat pricy. I usually visit here to buy Butter beans, double beans and sometimes for fruits.

Very Poor Response by the staff. They didn't care to either take order, nor deliver it nor provide the add ons like chutney and sambhar. Haven't even kept glasses on table for water. The worse thing is that he didn't even care to give the bill, even the bill got delayed. P.S. the crowd was average, and crowd wasn't a reason for the delays.

But should definitely tell about my experience buying fruits and veggies there.... Compared to the nearby markets and vegetable shops, the cost is much lower and quality is better. First time visitor to this restaurant. Very slow service guys. Need to speed up. Did not even bother to remove 'Self Service' boards. Food taste of fine, no doubt in that. Parking space is ample, but I did not go to park my car and come back unsatisfied because of delay and service issues. Card machines not working. :-). Best is to get parcel and eat at home from this restaurant.

Poor Service!!! One thing that didn't change here is the service. It's getting worse time after time. They don't remove the Self-service cards from the table even though the table service is available and the other tables are already occupied. Management has to take a look at the customer service provided by the waiters to their customers. I would rate it in negative. The waiters don't even provide menu most of the times and are taking too long to attend the customers. I have been here multiple times and most of the times I have to call someone from their staff to clean the table. Also, recently the cost of the food items in their menu have gone high by at least 20-25% Taste is pretty decent always but the quantity of the Chinese items have been reduced. A2B as usual tastes perfect. I should appreciate for quick service most of the a2b has service issue however this one is pretty good 😌. This a2b has 2 service one is self service table other one regular service table.Regular side tables are congested not able to sit comfortably since the tables are placed near Pillars which is so worst team has to change the place for better comfort.

Food was tasty. But the service is poor. Either keep anyone service or keep 2 sections for the self and table service with separate people for those two services. Those people who handle table service rush up and get before us by pushing the customers and dominate us trying to get their orders. Today when we went, one North Indian staff tried to take our food so that he can serve early. So we had to intervene and stop him from taking from order by asking for which table is this food. Then it was confirmed that it is our table food. It's totally unfair. Disappointed and disorganised.

The place is very much congested to eat and the service was very poor. First one server boy took the order and went and gave the food. Again he dint come near for taking orders inspite he was standing in front of us. We are trying to call he wantantly avoiding and asking someone to go and take orders. I would really rate very low here. What is the safety measure have your restaurant taken. I visited the restaurant yesterday and to my surprise no one was wearing gloves. Masks were there and for few it was there in their neck and not in their faces covered. What is the precautionary steps are u taking. None of the staffs has gloves in their hands and neither I didn’t see a sanitizer kept near them and also no frequent sanitising of the restaurant and they are packing, billing, touching objects, sweet & food items with bare hands. Without any proper precautionary steps for the staffs the restaurant is functioning. But the advertisements given in Swiggy on the safety measures taken is awesome, but in reality nothing is there. Not sure who is really monitoring it. I was highly disappointed. Will never visit them again.
