Domino's Pizza test is the super. One of the Good Pizza Restaurant in Near Marina Beach. Really Good Service and Good Experience in this Place. In this Place Located in Near City Centre Mall in straight opposite from in this Shop. Staffs are really good response from our shop customers. Food quality is also really good in this place. But More Dinning Tables are not available in this place. Only limited dining tables only available in this place that only I have faced issue in this place. That’s only problem. All types dominos Pizzas, Beverages, Browine Cakes, Pastries are available and inside Restroom and Sanitize are also available here. Service is the very fast specially home delivery.

I think dominos employees forgot that They told almost some of customer that no card payment and the customers went out I have made dine in option in dominos option and paid online ! Same way the employees didn’t tell others Almost an hour Least customers inside the store ! Better educate the employees Teach them good Overall pizza was tasty so 5* I don’t want complain about the store rating !

Worst pizza ever... We ordered for fresh pan pizza,but instead they gave us new hand tossed..and also i am damn sure there's no cheese in pizza..i think the chef forgot to add cheese to pizza..and also toppings are so less..highly disappointed..it would be great if I can speak with the perungudi store manager .. I tried calling.. but the number is switched off..waste of money

AC vents were not working properly above a few tables. When I ordered a combo meal, the cool drinks machine was not working. Billing took longer than usual even for 3-4 customers in the queue. No friendly atmosphere while interacting with staffs. After ordering, waited for more than half an hour and reminded them 2 times... They were continuously delivering only to food delivery people and not to the customers waiting to dine in. I recommend not to visit this shop for dine in experience.

Worst Experience. Horrible customer care. The Delivery was done after 1 hour to the address which is just 1 kilometer away. The delivery executive was roaming around the streets and reached very late. The pizza and the interest to have the pizza both were dry and dead. Playing with people's money and hunger will not make any company successful. Not worthy of even single Star. Extremely Disappointed.

Totally worth the money!! So tasty and loads of varieties to try..Disappointment is when we order for "extra cheese" - it's the same as basic one. Also, the mayonnaise is not in enough quantity.!! Dining-in service is poorly maintained, tables are not cleaned, lots of houseflies and the washroom is under maintenance. Myself & family mostly order online nowadays due to these issues. Hope you work this all out soon.

Not bad but not good. We bought onion and tomato pizzas which they had given us in discount cost, but taste was pretty average and Pepsi was not available. The side-dish like chicken parcel or fries were pretty average. The overall experience is not good and even water is not readily available.

Domino's perungudi.. Very very poor service, delivery is extremely late , it takes more than 1hr , and they don't inform customers in advance that order will be delayed by so and so time.. Moreover if you call to the store manager to find out they won't apologize, instead they will threaten you and ask, if you want your order or not, it is upto you to decide what to do, if it is late night and you have already wasted time, be ready to eat cold food.. Specially if you are ordering for children please think twice before placing order.. Not recommended for delivery .. This is not first experience, which could be considered an odd event, it has repeatedly happened, so I can say this management doesn't plan to do any improvement to resolve the issue.

The worst service I've ever experienced. Horrible delay and the staff were really not equipped to handle a crowd. We choose a place like dominos expecting speed, as they're usually known for 30 minute deliveries. A huge fail here. There were enough people working that they could man two counters but there was only one at the billing register. It was a crazy wait. We spent over an hour. 30 min waiting at the counter to give our order in and around 50 for our food which came in parts. We left before we got our garlic bread. Couldn't afford to wait another thirty minutes for it. Will never be visiting again.

I generally have a meet up with my friends here as we work in different companies. You can stay here as long as you want even when you don't order anything. These guys suddenly put board saying cash only accepted. I had go out and search for ATMs nearby. No GPay, PhonePe accepted only Paytm. Finally if you order something thing expect 30 min late call to take your order. Smart tip: Order on Domino's app, and get to delivery guy to have you order under 15 - 20 min inside restaurant.

Imho, this outlet has more space than the others. Might be same as others, but it's spacious and it's good to have lot of space. Taste is just like normal other Domino's outlets. Next time if you try, just wait for the last pie of pizza. The pan will get hard in Domino's whereas in Pizza hut, it's still soft after half an hour. That's the only reason that Domino's misses out fifth star.

Worst hospitality ever faced. They don't even place the chairs for customers. The billing person is very rude. Management has to taken action or should train properly.

Their paneer makhani pizza is totally to die for. The bread is so fresh and flavors blend in so well, it was just yum. Spice level wasn't too high, just perfect. In addition, their delivery was on time too. So a big thumps up from me.

Last week with family members I visited this Perungudi Domino's. We were around 4 members and one kid. We plan to combind two tables but the manager was shouting like anything perhaps in another table one family 6+ members was eating. We told to the manager. We all are same family what is wrong in merging the tables but he not ready to listen us. So we get out of the place but he was not even trying to convince us for customer sake.then we gone to next building pizza hut and theri are cool in their hospitality. Even I had good services in other Domino's which are Medavakkam , Perumbakkam and some other outlets but this was worst in peek.

Worst experience I had here .When I entered into the showroom I was waiting for more than 15 mins to give my order also no customers there .A girl came to billing I placed orders but after gathered everything asking my name and asking my order again I said she didn't listen she asking me to see menu .Hello I told you what I needed still why should I check menu ? And once informed she asking it will come at cost of ₹210 is that okay for you ? Hey what is this .How do I look like ? Worst behaviour of staff

I usually don’t reviews. But today I have to admit this is on the best dominos I have entered in terms of hospitability and taste and this will make me come back every time. There was one small minor issue in my order and when I told the restaurant manager, he has apologised almost 10 times and his staff also apologised. I would have been happy with just a single sorry. But apart from the apologies they offer 2 free drink and till the time I left the place the manager was so good to keep asking me if the taste and making sure everything went well. Domino's is the place where I eat mostly and regularly because of the service and taste..it's the first time am visiting to Perungudi outlet. Wanted to have a quick zincy parcel and go back to work. The experience I had was really bad.. 1. The person at the billing counter behaved rudely 2. When the bill was for ₹47.25 still she swiped my card for ₹48. It's not about 0.75 paise it's about loyalty as lot of time we think they would swipe the exact amount. If it's tip or round off should be given by us as a customer not taken by them.. today it's ₹0.75 tomorrow ₹10 then more and more. 3. The zincy parcel was also really badly cooked.. Overall i choose Domino's for good retreat but it was worst experience..I think it's time to look after other alternatives as customer loyalty and service should be supreme in any hospitality industry. I think it's the time to switch from Domino's to other Pizza place!!

Domino's is only famous for pizza but they are trying to involve more recipes like Pizza Paratha and this is not that much yummy. For Dine in they don't give more attention towards customer.

I had ordered a cheese burst pizza where in unfortunately it was not upto the mark. When I contacted the branch the manager Sathya took initiative and immediately gave me an alternative option to reorder at my convenience and kept her word. We went to dining in Domino's. Waiting time is taking more than 30min where as online delivery is taking less time than dining in Domino's. When we went into Domino's, all smoke was surrounded inside and eyes are burning. I felt Domino's is not upto the mark now a days especially when u visit store. I also have a question....if we get pizza free when ordered online and not delivered within 30min, why not same rule applicable for dine-in???when u r waiting almost 45min in store to get pizza.

Very worst experience. We ordered in store and waited for thirty minutes and they gave chill pizza's which were not at all good. The pizaas tasted really very bad and decided not to go Perungudu branch anymore.

Well maintained shop in cleanliness. Food was delivered at right time. Taste was good . There is a concern where , seasoning and sause were not checked properly. I had to take the seasoning from the other table . It can be checked properly and maintained properly as well .

Ordered through Domino's app and got it delivered, there was no toppings and cheese on both pizzas. Literally one of the Worst pizzas I ever had. It was Just dry bread filled with toppings for namesake. Not worth the price paid, completely unsatisfactory service, found the shop location from the bill and giving the rating! Atmosphere was poor, the airconditioner was not nice, there were waters dripping, the service was poor too, we can't able to redeem any offers since there was technical issues, we can't even order from app or their own website there. Everytime when we try to apply coupon or offers they try to come with some issue and thus making us to pay extra amount. Also place was stinky and bathroom was bad as well.

The order was delivered after 130 minutes from ordering time(No rain or traffic congestion).. The food was not packed properly.The box was half open when I received the food.. The pizza has become sour and dry and I had to throw it in dustbin .. This is not the first time I am having such bad experience with Dominos.. I had visited this Perungudi domino’s shop today … The moment we entered shop noticed all their tables were not clean and the used plates , used paper cups and tissue papers were all almost all tables .. least bothered about cleanliness in this shop .. no actions taken despite telling 2 time to clean the table … we felt disgusting and immediately came out of the shop… strongly recommend not to go this shop

Worst ever outlet around the globe. They don't do single order delivery. They combine 3 to 4 deliveries and hence your order is delayed and they lie that they have electricity issues . Whoever is responsible for this certain branch of dominos kindly look into the matter.
