Had a pleasant stay. Rooms and the resort area is well maintained. Staffs are polite and home services was good. Swimming pool is quite big and also maintained really well. Only thing is the depth of the pool could have been more than 51/2. Center sitout place in the pool is well thought. Food order from the restaurant is really good. Only downside was on the complementary breakfast. Spread was way too less and services for bringing the food ordered was taking quite sometime even only two tables were booked including us.

I had a wonderful experience at Green Meadows Resort . Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Overall, I had a great experience with ❤️ Green Meadows ❤️ staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. This place is well maintained and very friendly. I have booked this place to 13 person for 10 night. Mohamed took care of each and every requests even in the last minutes and made our stay extremely pleasant and easy. He even took care of the airport pickup personally staying up in the nights to make sure the flight time is not delayed and pick up from airport should not be an issue for the cab. Having him to the resort is really an asset. Thank you so much Mohamed.

We reserved Green Meadows for our team outing on Wednesday, 13/9. The place is incredibly lush and lovely. They provided outstanding hospitality and service. Our event was organized by Siva, who made sure everything was ready on time and accessible. The entire experience was made very pleasant by Dhanu and the team, who made sure that the food was refilled promptly and without any hesitation. The food was very good. For both professional and private events, highly advised. Many Thanks, Guys!

We spent a day here, part of our team outing. They had good amenities, nice swimming pool, cricket play area. Overall, it was a wonderful stay over there. However they hike the prices and charge each customers differently. They don't have a standard rate, so you better negotiate before booking.

It is a small resort. It has a clean swimming pool, large grass lawn and both are occupied by the people of events that are coducted here. So people who stay here can play outdoor games only in early morning. There are plants and trees all around. Other than the swimming pool and a lawn nothing else is there to qualify this as resort because the resort is very very small in area where you could reach the end of resort from enterance within 3 minutes on foot. Huge parkimg area. Clean and comfortable rooms with all features. Wonderful luxury rooms. But no innovative features matching vgp. Ideal TTDC etc. In VGP there is a open shower, open bath tub with very large rooms for slightly lesser price. In the morning if you wake up and open the window it is like we are in a hill station with all green trees and sea breeze as per its name Green Meadows . Very pleasant and refreshing moments in all 21 hours we stay. Food price is a scam and we do not know the exact price until we are billed with service charges and taxes. But the food is good except shawarma. 5 star service by people at hotel whether its room delivery or having food at hotel. I felt at home having food here. Food here is nothing Ketala and not even Indian as I could not understand the food by its name in menu card at hotel. Me being a pure veg did not have food here aftet seeing the all non veg items but my family cherished food as they are non vegetarians. The complimentary break fast is too good. The resort rate is higher than VGP with limited area and without innovative facility when compated to VGP but having good rating than VGP is because of the services of Alena and her team. I had a very very memorable time here but having seen large resorts with same price for this very very small resort, I still wonder the price

3.5 for 5. Nice green place. What could be better is, 1. Hot water supply. It is very Luke warm. 2. Water bottles are not branded, they are fake. Since they charge for bottled water it can be of good brand. 3. Some renovations are going on. So you can hear rumbling sound of earth mover. But a decent place to kill summer. What is good 1. The lush green garden and birds. 2. A well maintained pool.

We recently had our sangeeth/cocktail here! It was a great place to conduct our event. Green meadows management have been an excellent host throughout. They are very prompt and helpful in every way. The food quality is also really great! They coordinated really well with event management group in setting up and managing the entire event! We celebrated our daughter's first birthday. The ambience was great and the environment was super clean. The price of the food was bit high but worth the price. The food was very good and it was beyond our expectation. The service staffs were super friendly and they gave us good service. Over all we enjoyed the place and we recommend this place to everyone.

Oh my God seriously one of the best places I have gone to recently is Green meadows. The food is amazing, starters, main course even the deserts are mouth watering. One must really try their signature shrimp It was on point. Great hospitality and services too. Moreover they have the best ambience.

Went there for a team outing. Good, safe, compact location close to the city and adequate for our needs. Food was served on time and taste was good. Hall, lawn and outdoor play items provided were also in good condition. Communication for booking arrangements before the event was also professional.

A great place to spend as a large group. Price quoted was fitting our budget well and facilities / food justifies the price quoted very well. Swimming pools were huge and well maintained. Food was quite tasty, service was also good. Huge lawn to play sports like cricket, football and badminton- also well maintained! We've been to many hotels and resorts in different parts of the world, but we have rarely come across such a warm, peaceful and welcoming place like Green Meadows Resort. The aesthetic beauty of the property is amazing, the food and drinks at Bayroot and Origin were delicious. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety and gave you a good start to the day. The large grounds is a safe haven for families travelling with children. And the most precious gem of all, was the amazing staff. Right from the managers, to the receptionist to the hotel staff, restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff, everyone was kind and helpful. My daughter loved it so much, that we ended up staying an extra day. I recommend this place to everyone, don't miss the opportunity to stay here if you are travelling on this side of the world. Worth the money, and considering the friendly staff, a bargain at that.

The resort had a great ambiance. It was quiet and peaceful. We had a wedding reception there and the staff were great with helping to organize the event. Chef Makkan and team made sure the buffet was the inclusive and mouthwatering. We had chosen the non veg buffet and everything was extremely flavourful, the seafood was fresh and locally sourced. Their event organiser help us every step of the way until the very end. She was always polite and helpful even when if we called her after hours. Overall the best experience ever.

Ideally located within city limits but provides a green and well laid out infrastructure, including swimming pool. We held our company outbound training session here and the facilities were clean and the food very good. The service was good too. Would recommend for all.

Resort is in good location (in city, near beach). Atmosphere is serene with lots of greenery. Staff is polite and helpful. Only con is food seems overpriced with limited local food options, but they do cater to wide variety of cuisines.

Ms.Mahalakshmi coordinated our Event and was very helpful throughout the event. She also helped us with a space in the last minute for dining, as it rained heavily on the day of the event! The resort has a lavish greenery all around and looks gorgeous. We spent three nights and managed to experience both the accommodations: the heritage one, rich of charme, and the renovated room, plenty of amenities that make your stay very comfortable. But the strength of this beautiful resorts is the staff: helpful, kind, always ready to support and help the guests to make their stay a memorable one. Amongst them, we can’t thank enough Sradhanjali, the manager who made a huge difference for our event celebration. Her positive attitude and problem solving paid a very important role in the success of our award event. She goes beyond any obstacles to make the guests happy and their experience an unforgettable one!

Small resort. No much activities. Doesn’t have kids play area. Just a lawn and pool is all they have. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Food is very expensive but there are a lot of nice hotels nearby in vicinity.

Room cleanliness- Negative. We had a wedding. Got scammed from billing ( over charged on counts of plates), sub-standard quality/qty ( they sub-contract). Rooms are stinking.. can go on with all the finer details. They are not what they advertise. Strong advise to those thinking of hosting wedding is CAVEAT EMPTOR

Food is good.. place could be more engaging as all the indoor and outdoor sports are kept in a same lawn which is not that much comfortable.. Rest all is good... Nice place for a team outing they have three party halls and service is also good as all of their employees are very responsible and polite ..

I would highly recommend the resort for the Events & Stay , The management team did great efforts on the event which we planned for my Sons birthday. and they made very great deals and managed the accommodation & Food when there was sudden raise of our people in our event during the last hour. We booked Green Meadows for an official event. The property is so earthy and beautiful. Their service and hospitality were excellent. Dinesh who was the coordinator for our event made sure we had everything in place before the event and was readily available for all of our requirements. Highly recommend for business and private events.

Green meadows is a very good place to have a party or get-together. The arrangements were good and on time service was provided. Mahalakshmi in the admin team was kind , approachable and guided us very well throughout the arrangements. Dinesh from the service team really did a good job and helped us with whatever we asked for.

A nice place for weekend getaways and small corporate functions. Service needs to be improved drastically. Food quality and taste can be better, especially seafoods. Very rigid service line. Not greatly approachable. Has a good lawn and a decently big swimming pool too.

We had our reunion of school mates at Green Meadows. We all are left with pleasant memories of our stay at the resort with excellent food and service. Our host Ms.Geetha who handled our team booking was very good and professional. She made all the arrangements perfectly as was discussed at the time of booking. A lovely getaway on the outskirts of Chennai city. The resort (it’s not a sprawling resort but lots of greenery around) with the Palavakkam beach a stone’s throw away, the location is ideal. We enjoyed our weekend with some lovely food at Bayroot, their signature restaurant. Special mention of Ms. Joycy, of Bayroot , whose genuine & welcoming smile touched our hearts

Nice and calm place. Staffs very cordial and co operative. But some suggestions to make the stay more comfortable is we need fridge in the rooms and the restorant should provide indian food. Because the restorant has only continent food that too with high rate one is force to eat out. But rest all are good

1. Our room (a lil bit) and just outside the room, it was stinking so badly. Literally strong stinking smell that we can't get rid of. 2. Hospitality was bad. Especially in the restaurant and bar. 3. For the dinner we were not allowed to sit in the restaurant(bayroot) as the tables were reserved for dine in customers and resort guests has to sit in the bar to eat dinner. 4. Over priced menu, dinner was flop, lunch we ordered was good though. 5. Such a basic room like our regular bedrooms at home was said to be deluxe room here, not worth the hype. 6.We quickly opted for the boutique room which was decent with wooden ceilings. We wanted to click pictures outside our room(kerala style home) but couldn't manage to take even one because of the stinking drainage smell. 7. Not even sure if our bedsheets were washed when we checked in. 8. We managed our stay just because we payed so much for the room as well for the dinner. 9. We didn't prefer to bath in the morning as washroom had water stagnating (we didn't complaint to the front desk though, as we don't want to make a fuss out of this, as we already want to check out in the morning asap) 10. Had to eat Idli, dosa and upma with chutney, sambar on a sunday morning from the complimentary breakfast. Expected much decent breakfast, but disappointed again. So surprised with many positive comments. If someone is looking for a relaxing staycation, check for better option guys. One can definitely consider coming for the Restaurant and Bar as both of it has nice ambience, but not definitely for the stay at the resort.

We had our wedding here a month back. There were few misunderstandings but the event went smooth. Food was good. But they had changed few dishes in the menu without informing us,other than this everything went fine.

A very decent stay. We went for a day of business meeting. Went with less expectations but the resort was well maintained and with lovely staff. Parking - spacious Accessibility - very close to tiruvanmiyur Environment- clean, green and neat Rooms - 7/10 Food - we had dinner and Bf, dinner was so good and loved the taste of kerala. BF was very limited but the friendly staff made it filling. Very close to beach, you can go for morning and evening walk.

Good hall was given to us for a gathering of 60 ladies. Siva and his team were really helpful.. Due to heat outside, the AC inside hall appeared to be not enough for a gathering of 60. That could have been better. Their food was amazing. Their pricing was also v reasonable. Their outdoor lawn and swimming pool were awesome.

It's a good experience being here. Well equipped, good ambience rooms, well maintained resort. Good, cleanliness, good respective staffs, only backdrop which I went through is for dinner there is no Indian based food to order and price bit expensive. Altogether a good and happy stay. I strongly recommend this resort to spend a liesure time.

Happened to be in Green Meadows with family, a leisure trip. Had a pleasant stay, Staffs were very friendly and humble. Food @BAYROOT was very tasty. A must try restaurant for food lovers.

Review for Corporate Outing - Resort was very cozy. They provided us a hall for all the events that we had organised. Hall and restrooms were well-maintained. Pool access was allowed to people who had nylon clothes. Outdoor games were facilitated well. This resort might be well-suited for small parties. 3-Stars due to the taste of food they offered. Only 2/10 items tasted good others were below average. They charged a whopping 200 extra (per head) for the pasta live counter which was also an average experience. It is on a very pricier side for a day's outing.

The place has 1 restaurant and 1 bar in the campus and I visited only the bar. The drinks were pretty good and cocktails were really smooth and nicely designed. Food was good but could have been better. Overall a nice place to be. The music is overwhelming and that might be because of an event venue in the same location which had something going on.

Had been for a wedding reception in the evening hence my views would be as per the facts that time like the lighting, was wonderful, also the decoration and overall arrangement was good. Best part was no parking hassle, they have wallet parking so tension free. The lawns there are amazing. Best part i knew that it is Pet Friendly 🥰😍. Need to experience the stay there.

The resort was beautiful and the rooms were near and clean. The pool was maintained well and the staff were friendly. They could have had some small play area for kids with slide and swing. Young kids were quite bored. But worthy stay.

We did not stay so I cannot review the rooms, but by the look and feel of the place, I am sure they were great. We ate at two of their restaurants at two separate occasions. Bayroot- their breakfast buffet was outstanding. What a spread!!! And such wonderful service! I highly recommend a visit- an overnight stay and then enjoy a delightful morning repast! Origin- We wanted to celebrate a birthday, so requested a reservation. The food- the variety, presentation and taste was fantastic. The cocktails were unique and delicious too. There was live music, and athe ambience was perfect. After being our reservations were bumped off by a couple of fancy establishments, we were thrilled by, and so appreciative of the excellence of the cuisine and service. Thank you Green Meadows!!

I had my wedding at Green Meadows. Location: 5/5. Wonderful landscape. Lush and green. Modern yet traditional. Rooms: 4/5: The rooms were spacious and very nicely placed. It had a very traditional feel to it with low rise entrances and push through logs and big wooden doors. Two problems I faced during the visit were the sudden unavailability of hot water in some rooms and water seeping into one of the rooms during heavy rainfall, but these concerns were immediately tended to. Food: 4.5/5. Outstanding and tasty food. Hospitality: 4.5/5. The team at Green Meadows were very courteous and hospitable. They made the experience of having a wedding a very enjoyable one. Anjali and team did an outstanding job there. Overall, I loved the experience I had at Green Meadows and would definitely recommend it.
