Where
do
I
begin?
You
see,
in
most
restaurants,
the
waiters
expect
you
to
order
moments
after
you
open
the
menu
card
which
is
tough,
here
at
Andhra
Annam
you
get
so
much
time
that
you
can
memorize
the
entire
menu,
take
a
bathroom
break
and
wash
your
hands
(twice)
by
the
time
the
waiter
arrives
at
your
table
to
take
your
order.
In
most
restaurants
the
first
thing
they
do
is
flip
two
glasses
and
pour
you
some
water
before
an
order
is
made.
Here
they
take
utmost
care
of
the
quality
of
water
provided.
When
the
customer
walks
in,
they
get
into
the
process
of
purchasing
a
land,
then
they'll
set
up
a
bore
well,
extract
water
and
that
water
goes
through
their
signature
patent
pending
purification
system
and
then
it
is
finally
served
to
us.
All
this
happens
within
30
minutes.
That's
some
blazing
fast
process.
In
our
food
order
we
had
asked
for
a
combo
that
came
with
a
soup,
an
appetiser,
a
gravy,
a
naan,
a
bowl
of
pulav,
a
juice
and
a
dessert.
Apart
from
this,
we
had
ordered
a
starter.
Soup
-
Well.
The
Dal
shorba
here
was
an
innovation
that
blew
our
minds.
A
dash
of
salt,
pepper
and
chilly
powder
in
some
left
over
excess
water
from
boiling
regular
Dal
and
voila!
You
get
Dal
shorba.
Appetiser
-
Wedges
of
Potato
Wedges.
You
can
call,
them
potato
slices
(slightly
thicker
than
chips).
Have
you
ever
ordered
potato
wedges
in
Dominos?
Well
as
an
appetiser,
we
probably
got
2
or
3
potato
wedges
that
were
further
cut
into
3
tiny
slices
each.
Along
with
it
came
a
small
set
of
salad
that
had
7
slices
of
Cabbage
and
3
slices
of
Carrot.
I
could
not
eat
more
than
5
slices
combined.
It
was
too
much
for
me.
I
gave
the
rest
of
the
slices
to
my
friend.
It
had
been
1
hour
since
we
walked
into
the
restaurant
by
now.
The
juice
which
I
thought
I'd
drink
at
the
end
of
my
meal,
was
over
by
now.
Gravy
&
Naan
-
probably
the
only
decent
thing
we
had
in
the
whole
order.
Pulav
-
Bazinga!
It
was
a
biryani
in
disguise.
We
could
feel
the
freshness
in
the
rice
that
was
cooked.
When
we
ordered
the
combo,
the
restaurant
got
into
action,
they
started
by
getting
to
their
farm,
ploughed
it,
sowed
seeds,
harvested
the
crops,
got
the
rice
polished
and
cleaned,
finally
cooked
it
and
prepared
a
biryani.
All
this
happened
in
an
hour.
Can
you
believe
how
blazingly
fast
that
was!
It
was
so
filling
and
tasty
that
I
could
barely
finish
half
of
the
bowl.
Must
try!
Starter
-
80
minutes
down,
we
get
our
starter
that
we
had
ordered
separately
apart
from
our
combo,
it
was
more
like
a
finisher.
We
were
done
with
the
rice
when
it
actually
came.
We
had
ordered
Gobi
65,
got
like
5
pieces
each.
The
oil
in
each
piece
was
enough
to
finish
our
appetite
to
eat
anything
more.
Truly
a
finisher!
Desserts
-
They
never
came.
Looks
like
they
were
stuck
on
their
way
from
the
Sahara
desert.
To
sum
it
all
up,
you
should
definitely
go
there
for
the
awesome
service
and
wonderful
taste
they
provide
that
too
at
super
fast
speeds.
