3/5 Aadam 9 months ago on Google
I
recently
ordered
from
this
restaurant
in
search
of
authentic
Indore
cuisine,
and
I
must
say
that
their
Indore
Poha
deserves
all
five
stars.
It
was
flavorful,
well-seasoned,
and
truly
reminiscent
of
the
authentic
taste
I
was
seeking.
However,
my
experience
with
their
Parathas
left
much
to
be
desired.
While
the
Parathas
were
generously
sized,
the
consistent
problem
I
encountered
was
that
they
were
always
raw
on
the
inside.
I
gave
them
multiple
chances,
hoping
for
improvement,
but
unfortunately,
the
outcome
remained
the
same.
Uncooked
food
is
simply
not
acceptable,
and
it
was
disappointing
to
experience
this
repeatedly.
Another
issue
I
encountered
was
the
curd
provided
with
the
Parathas.
It
was
excessively
watery,
resembling
butter
milk
rather
than
the
thick
and
creamy
curd
one
would
expect.
The
lack
of
consistency
in
the
quality
of
the
curd
added
to
the
overall
disappointment.
On
a
positive
note,
I
must
mention
that
the
Chenna
Bazi
provided
with
the
Parathas
was
mouthwatering.
The
flavors
and
texture
of
the
Chenna
Bazi
were
delightful
and
complemented
the
Parathas
well.
It
was
one
of
the
redeeming
factors
of
the
meal.
I
would
strongly
suggest
that
the
restaurant
focuses
on
improving
the
preparation
of
their
Parathas.
Ensuring
that
they
are
thoroughly
cooked
and
free
from
any
raw
dough
would
greatly
enhance
the
dining
experience.
Additionally,
addressing
the
consistency
and
quality
of
the
curd
served
with
the
Parathas
would
also
contribute
to
improving
customer
satisfaction.
Despite
my
disappointment
with
the
Parathas,
I
am
willing
to
give
this
restaurant
another
chance
due
to
the
exceptional
Indore
Poha
and
the
delicious
Chenna
Bazi.
I
hope
they
take
this
feedback
constructively
and
make
the
necessary
improvements
to
provide
a
well-rounded
dining
experience.
If
you
are
visiting
this
restaurant,
I
highly
recommend
trying
their
Indore
Poha,
but
I
would
advise
caution
when
ordering
their
Parathas
until
the
issue
of
raw
dough
is
resolved.
