Wow... I had a best experience in this hotel. Best for non-vegetarian. Good in quality and service was fine. I loved the appearance. I used to have dinner with my friends every weekend. The hut setting is good. If you go there, don't forget to try idiyappa kothu.

Food tastes very good and the masala is very authentic. Precisely mutton soup, kari dosa and Kaadai fry are excellent. Need to visit one more time to try another set of dishes as well.

We went to uppu milaku family restaurant this sunday. Food was great spicy and treditonal. specialy I liked the mutton chukka it was really nice. since it was Sunday they were struggling to serve everyone at once that was understandable but I think they have to hire more ppl to overcome that. I give five star rating specialy for the banana leaf. when other hotels are serving in plates they serve in banana leaf which is great hope they continue that. ill strongly recommend this to who love south Indian foods.

Good hospitality, quicker delivery without any waiting time, tasty but a bit more pricy...I feel it is worth for money. Ambience is really nice and is good for group or team lunches... We just walked-in but reservation is recommended...overall, i would recommend this restaurant...

Atmosphere and Setup was Excellent! Food service and Taste was good! Ambience was Awesome.. Chicken Briyani was below average, Chicken lollipop was Great! But Food quantity was less compared to other restaurants... Pricing segment was High! My suggestion is to revise the Prices for the Menu's. Can have a great time with family and friends!

One fine day on “Ganesh Chardurthi” we were crossing by Tharamani and searching for veg & non veg hotel (combined) by 11’o clock at night. This Salt & Pepper was flashing with lights and attracted us. We went in and ordered pure veg foods. This hotel seems to be excellent in non veg category but thought veg food was decent. Cooked well like homemade (no hard masalas) and served nicely. The waiters were so attentive and cost of the food was moderate. There is a separate hut for people with bed who wish to sit on the floor in a traditional way. I hope for a group of 6 to 7 family members it will be a private dinning with Chits and Chats. Overall i would give 4 star for everything.

Nice ambience and excellent service. Overall they have good options for non-veg. Special Mention : Chicken Pichupottathu, Salna Parotta, Ghee rice with Mutton chukka, Bun Omlette, Badam Pista Drink, Rose Milk.

The name of this place intrigued us to visit. We sat at a small customized eating room, where we have to sit down and have food. It gave us the feel of authentic South Indian feast. Ghee Rice with Chicken Combo was good. A good family restaurant in Velachery for non vegetarians.

Decent place with authentic south Indian cuisine... Naatu kozhi rasam was exactly like homemade soup.. All dishes were awesome, biriyani was basmati rice with flavour.
