I have tried medium sized sizzled chicken and some scheswan cheesy pizza was good.

Tried the meal for 2 Tandoori Paneer pizza with cheese crust for Rs 625. It came with wedges, dip sauce and garlic bread as sides. The potato wedges were good. I prefer pizza and garlic bread in Dominos. The garlic bread was thinner and longer which made it less fluffy. The end of crust of the pizza was bigger than I expected which made the area for the contents less. The set up is quite good and there were no other customers on a Monday night. The number of mosquitoes were quite shocking for an international food chain.

Such a nice place to have pizzas and when getting entered into Hut have started appetites in a huge.???

Good customer service.. friendly staff, it was crowded at the time when I had been hence there was delay in serving us, even I did understood their situation so I didn't bother to ask, but the staff complimented me with potato wedges .. but yes about the restaurant it's clean and hygiene maintained well.. but it's not much spacious

This Pizza hut is an absolute bliss. Clean cutlery, friendly staff. Not too over crowded. Cute decor for a franchise. A few of the items on the menu was not available. Need to improve stocking of certain supplies. But otherwise a beautiful place to dine.

I visited Pizza Hut, Perungudi on 1st Dec 2019. The cutleries (spoons & forks) are so dirty that cannot be used. Even after asking about it, the staffs were so casual and said they will inform the manager. And when asked about the Manager I was conveniently given a response that he is not available. And they didn't even bother to change the cutleries even after I told them. There were many kids eating with those dirty spoons, not sure what will happen to them. God bless them. My suggestion would be to never visit this Pizza Hut again.

Despite the hot, good food, very slow and complacent customer service. The AC wasn't working and the whole place was filled with mosquitoes. Ordered my food and got the drink only post the meal. Felt very disappointed with the attitude. Hoping for a better experience.

Did not like the taste that much... The Crust was not that good... Cheese quality was average... Only giving 3 stars because of Choco Lava Cake which was kind of our saviour at that time...

This OMR Perungudi Pizza Hut is so far the worst I have experienced. It started with cleanliness, then booking preferences, employee uniform, quality, available options. The table were not cleaned even after I sat there as new customer for 15 mins. Soon after the customers are leaving, usually cleaning the table to welcome new customer is the usual. Here it was bad. 3-4 employee were not in uniform and very irregularly dressed, didn't feel comfortable they roaming however serving. The bread was not at all cooked well, it was so bland that suace, cheese were not present and the bread itself was half baked. Placing an order and delivering can expect 15-20 mins gap, but here even after 30 mins we have followed up many times. The online orders were taking precedence over long waiting customers in the table. Very poor exp. Waste of money, time and trust.

Food was usual, tables were unclean, dry tomato sauce was all over the table. Even if asked to clean they cleaned relactuntly. Sofa had all the toppings and litter all around.

Not sure why this is less noticed, but amazing ambience here! Loved to eat and nice customer service provided by PH. Recent offers has made this very attractive and a must place. Oddly, it doesn't deliver to kandhanchavadi or around places, when you order through Swiggy. But yes, this is a great place to dine in!

Everyone knows what Pizza hut is.... Like other branches its also good with better service. They serve water and pizza to you table unlike Domino's which is much appreciated. They only thing many people don't know is you must ring the bell near entrance in any Pizza Hut if you liked their food, because its definitely better than Dominos.

I bad ordered two medium veg pizzas through Pizza Hut app & selected "pick from Store option". Expected delivery pick up time is 8.15pn & I reached by 8.45pn to pick my order. However store owner informed thar the app has technical issue & they have received my order only @ 8.41pm & the pizza got ready only by 9.15pm. .Asked him why do they accept order if they have technical issue & requested for refund. Store owner after consulting over Phone with someone, informed thar he can give a free Pizza excluding the actual order. I told him that we cannot finish the 2 medium pizzas which we have ordered & it will be a waste if I get a free Pizza & asked for refund & he kept quiet. Pizza Hut thinks that customers will keep quiet if they offer anything for free. Pls understand that customers are not beggers & if I need 3 pizzas I would have ordered it myself. Moreover pizza tasted horrible & I had ordered a pizaa which didn't contain mushroom as per the description in their app but they had included mushroom. No sincerity & commitment. Kindly avoid visiting or ordering pizza from this branch

The pizza we ordered was not even warm, they cost higher prices, the bread crust was hard, cheese was not enough. I have eaten in other branches of Pizza Hut before. It wasn't like this place. You should improve your food standards.

The restaurant was very tidy with beautiful interiors. The pan pizza base was too oily. I ordered for cheese garlic bread sticks, there were some billing issue n I waiting few mins to place order. And when the order was served I got cheese garlic bread, and they refused to take it back, which was quite rude.

Only regular pizzas were available at the night time. The order came in around 10 minutes but wasn't as expected, the taste, the toppings, the size. Garlic bread were hard. The only good thing was there were no ice cubes in Pepsi. The hand washer and hand dryer were non functional too in the washroom. If you are paying cashless, you need to order online on their app and select dine in. Only cash orders are taken here.

I liked the experience of going to Pizza hut. The staff were friendly and nice and the price was also on the decent side. The major problem that I had was the heat, the store and its staff instead on keeping it so hot to a point that it was uncomfortable. Food was slightly on the blander side but was compensated by the toppings. Defiently wouldn't recommend the garlic breadsticks as they lacked any flavour.

We oredered pizza on Saturday . It's very tasty and cruchy.And the garlic bread was very delicious.

It does not have the service standards of pizza hut, no one is taking precautions, people are entering without masks, no one is checking temperature. Also the service staff is very rude and adamant. Tables were not clean, they serve the food without cleanup. Ordered for 3 course meal for 1, I wanted jamuntin in place of Pepsi, but the lady at the counter was so stubborn and adamant, she said she will not give, if I have to take jamuntini, I have to order the same things separately. I told you can charge the difference for januntini and Pepsi, but she refused to do the same. And I have to order 3 items separately, so please do not advertise it as saving option. Then comes to service, first they give jamuntini, then they give garlic bread and then comes the pizza, I hope everyone knows the sequence, how to deliver order, if not please train your staff. Worst experience I had here in any of the pizza hut.

Had unlimited pizzas on Friday, service wasnt fast, they started to bake once you finish the 2 pizzas, stuffing was quite less, totally it was an average experince.

the item delivered is not what I ordered. if they don't have stock they should have notified me instead of sending balance items for the day and everything is oversalty.. I will not recommend to anyone this branch for anyone. Don't waste your money in this pizzahut branch. Really you are spoiling the name of pizza hut.

They really need to work on taste and service. No one really bothers when you walk in. Tables are left unclean. Pizzas are just okay.

I requested 79 pizza for my family, they said the base is out of stock. After that I ordered in Swiggy, then they delivered 6 pizza to my home. That means They are forcing us buy the high priced pizza in dine in. What a selfish mentality. Store owner need to take care of this kind of misguiding, or may be the management gave such kind of approach to do for profit … who knows. While ordering online, they forgot to add one pizza, which is another painful experience on the same day. I think they are doing it on purpose! Hand a painful experience on the same day.

First con is, need to climb up all the way to first floor which has multiple steps. Not very comfortable for kids and elders. Food was good, we had ordered for the traditional cheese and corn pizza combo which cost around 289 including taxes. But the so called Lemonade masala was not great. The standard phrase- Enjoy your meal/The pan is hot was not said. Even though the staffs were very polite and had a smile on the face. The traditional Bell, the ambience were all feel good and nice

The service was absolutely bad. The AC was not working, it was dark when I walked in and the power kept getting cut in between the meal. I ordered a meal combo and the first item i got was the dessert. I don't understand the order in which the food was served. The service needs to improve. I visited pizza hut after a long time looking to get some great food but it was such a buzzkill. The quantity was very good. No complaints there. But service should get a 0.

I don't even wanted to give 1* rating, since I have not got the meal what I have ordered for. The server just kept the pizza and went away. We ordered for a veg pizza but the delivered one was a non veg pizza which is absolutely unfair for us who are vegetarians. The service was worst. A worst ever experience.

Yuck! So unhygienic. No gloves, no clean tables & no AC! Everything sticky to touch. Went last night. The lady cook at the Pizza bar doesn’t wear gloves. She takes cheese and other toppings with her bare hands at the pizza bar counter 🤮 We told the main person at the billing, for her to wear gloves & she wears in one hand 🤢 They don’t clean the tables for the next person! The table we sat in was dirty with pizza stuff from previous people & when we told the waiter, he simply took a tissue from the table and slightly brushed it. All other restaurants (even poorer ones) uses a wet soap cloth! They will also never put AC! It was so hot and stuffy with so many people. While other pizza huts and other commercial restaurants have started putting AC back in 2020, these people still highlight old grandma’s tale of covid 2019 in 2022! How come they’re still highlighting old 2019 rules, while not following current universal rules of cooks wearing gloves and cleaning tables mandate?! They are just following old, outdated rules convenient for them and being stingy & misers to save their money for not putting AC lol. While other outlets have rapidly developed, this shop seems underdeveloped and remains a typical example of a ‘THIRD WORLD COUNTRY’ pizza outlet. Will never go again! Yuck! Invest your money & experience in a much cleaner and cooler place. This place just doesn’t deserve your money.

The cheese used by Pizza Hut might be a cream cheese or cheese spread. Do not expect any cheese pull. Too much oil in pizzas and breadsticks. They have diluted the coke with water. The bread is too thick.

Me and my friends went to this place for dinner. Compared to many other pizza hut stalls, this place has only few offers. We chose 1+1 offer, it was good! But, the atmosphere is the worst part! There is no ventilation and air conditioning. So, if you want to eat food in the oven-like atmosphere, then it suits you. I don't recommend for anyone. Yet, the Choice is yours!

I ordered the following from Pizza Hut Perungudi today evening through Swiggy. I ordered the following Chicken Lovers Fest @565 (Save Up to 50.9%) 1 ₹ 565 Chicken Overload @665 (Save Up to 51%) 1 ₹ 665 Triple Treat Box for 2 Veg @ Rs 509 (Save Up to 35%) 1 ₹ 509 -Garlic Bread Stix ₹ 75.00 -Potato Poppers ₹ 40.00 Choco Volcano 3 ₹ 297 Item Total: ₹ 2036.00 Delivery Charges: ₹ 24.00 Taxes: ₹ 106.12 Grand Total: ₹ 2166 I had multiple issues with the order. 1. There were supposed to be 3 non Veg pizzas in Chicken overload, only two were delivered. 2. 3 Choco Volcano was not delivered. 3. Triple treat box charged extra for the potato poppers and garlic bread 4. ALL THE FOOD RECEIVED WERE STALE, including all non veg pizzas and the Veg pizza. We had to dump the entire thing. Extremely bad experience,.

I wasted my time, my money is taken by Pizza hut. I recommend customers not to Order online or pay through card, you will not get your pizza or the money back. They are cheating customers. I ordered a pizza online on Wednesday 29th Jan 2020, my money got debited by pizzahut from my account and but I did not get any notification of order number through email or sms. I logged a complaint to customer and gave my transaction ID and Manjunath (Team lead call center), he assured that it will be refunded after an hour of discussion. Today I called to check the status by giving the complaint ID and getting an answer that there is no transaction id and they are putting my call on hold for nearly 20 minutes and finally cutting the call without giving me a proper answer. I tried nearly 7 times the representative is picking up the call and transferring to the team lead (Manjunath) and he is cutting the call for 7 times. This is my complaint ID - 453939. my transaction ID 282599. Is pizza hut stealing my money and there is no courtesy to answer the customer and solve the problem. This is the worst customer service I have ever faced.
