Sangeetha hardly disappoints you and this branch is no exception. They maintain the same taste and quality for years. Their Filter Coffee is one of the best in the city. Polite and Swift service. Bit pricey. Update: Loved their parcel Coffee and the way in which it was packed.

Poori masal was really good. Dry fruit rava dosa is a must try. Pongal quantity was less than the sambar provided with it. Must increase the quantity not enough for one person. Attached pic has the quantity of Pongal.

If you crave for homely but still excellent tasting pure veg Tamilian breakfast places if you're around OMR in Chennai, you must try Geetham (formerly known as Sangeetha). Best not to visit after 10.30am on weekends, as it definitely will require wait time. The restaurant offers incredible value for money tiffins in an air-conditioned setting. You must try the Ghee roast dosa and Sambar idly! You'd love them. Then, finish your meal with a filter coffee to wash off the sumptuous tasteful flavor of ghee! Loved the experience. Didn't feel like I had anything unhealthy. Won't cost anything more than 200 INR per person

The Sangeetha chain of Vegetarian hotels are well known and they have their own set of standards. When I was in a mood to taste some lip smacking dosa, I decided to visit their branch in Thoraipakkam. Needless to say, the Paneer Roast was delicious. Friendly and responsive staff made the whole experience fulfilling.

Decent family Veg restaurant. It is a famous chain in South India but I didn't find food that awesome as its rates are. It may be because of its brand value. It is a frequent go to place for North Indians as they couldn't find decent North Indian cuisine. Service is good and so is hygiene.

We went to this place on 21st Nov around 6 pm for a snack and ordered sandwich. But we were surprised it was unhygienic, found a hair inside the sandwich which we totally regretted. (Added a pic for the visibility) We immediately informed the manager and they advised it was a mistake and replaced those entire sandwich set in kitchen but not sure whether it was done and the Chef cap was worn properly. Note: Gave two star as they immediately responded and cancelled the order.

We had Mushroom Chukka, Pot Biriyani and Chola Poori. Mushroom Chukka was a new dish that we haven't had anywhere else. It was really good, the pot Biriyani was excellent. Chola Poori was also really good. Sangeetha is maintaining its standards I believe.

I have been here before 1 week, we ordered the parcel for masala dosa, There were pretty fast at taking and fulfilling the order, That was a morning, but they have good costumer strength at that time also. They good parking space. Actually the food was very nice and especially the masala dosa was good, with that little sweaty sambar, feels like a perfect sambar for dosa, idly etc. There was 3 type of chutnies that's including coconut chutney that just OK, tomato chutney that was excellent, and last mint chutney that was also nice. And the Vada is good crunchy outside quite soft. Ambiance I think it will be ok to dine in there. There Rava dosa is somewhat famous, So overall that was a good restaurant with good food. I will suggest this one for sure especially for breakfast.

Went for a light tiffin by 10.45 am. The restaurant was clean and hygienic. Ordered Rava masala dosa and Sambar vada plate. The dosa was big and tasty. The accompaniments sambar and chutney were also good. The sambar vada was hot and tasty. Little pricey but good quality and tasty.

Primely located right on OMR. Decent parking. The staff were active and courteous. Went a bit late for breakfast and understandably some items were not available. The food was decent. Nothing to rave about or asking to get back. The price was a tad higher. I guess the location demands that price. Among the orders the mango juice and curd vada were the better ones.

As usual Geetham serves good food across locations. This Geetham is frm OMR. Food was really good. Service can be a bit quick. Podi dosa, Gobi masala dosa, panner 65 and coffee was really good. Try the chettinad special if u go early in the evening. Ensure u take the service lane to reach the restaurant. Enough car n bike parking available with ample wait area. A few dishes were bit costly but worth a try

The atmosphere was ok and the restaurant could have been maintained well. We just went there for evening drinks and snacks so there was not much crowd. We tried their bajji and vanilla, butterscotch, blackcurrant milkshakes. It was ok but definitely lots of scope for improvement. The bajji was lacking salt and the milkshakes were too sweet. Overall it was ok.

Worst experience.. bad taste of food of this Sangeetha branch. I have visited this place for breakfast but wasted money to large extent. Parking facilities are available for both two wheeler and four wheeler. The Quality of food for breakfast have to be raised so that every branch of Sangeetha can be trusted.

Place is neat, classy. Food is authentic, well served and taken care by staffs. After having biriyani everyday at my short stay in chennai, longed to have good meals. Sangeetha restaurant made it happen. Had Spl Tamilnadu meals which is for Rs.240. It started off with Tomato soup, then thali with ghee and paruppu podi, final touch was served with ice cream+fruits, sweet pan.

Sangeetha normally is a very good restaurant. But this particular one on OMR on that particular Sunday morning, we did not enjoy our breakfast. Perhaps it is one of the lean days during this pandemic period. Otherwise Sangeetha is one of the restaurant in Chennai where you get best vegetarian food.

I’ve been ordering food from Geetham for a really long time now. And I had never faced this problem before. I had ordered parcel meals from here through Swiggy and found an insect in the meals. This was one of my favourite and go-to restaurants in Chennai, but now I have second thoughts when I think of ordering food from here. Please improve the quality of the food that you deliver through Swiggy or Zomato.

The limited meal served here is the smallest that I have ever known. It would not even suffice the hunger of a person with moderate appetite at lunch. 75% of the servers are arrogant with a desperate look to see off the guest and yet muster a good tip. Service depends on the servers' perspective on the likelihood of receiving a fair tip. The bearers rub their behinds on people while squeezing through tables. It is quite disturbing and a total turn off for people who nurture social distance. There is huge crowd always waiting for seats and the captains and servers are more interested in chasing the guests than serving them and repeat. It is a neat, yet congested place for eating good food. 3 stars for the food.

Unbeatable filter coffee taste in chennai as ever. Had Singapore biryani and stuffed veg paratha. Both were great in taste. Excellent service. But the waiting time was long even at 10pm.

The quality of food and taste is great. The only reason for my 3 star review is the quantity of Pongal. It will not suffice even a toddler. And for an adult it's nothing. Even A2B provides a bit more. Take a look at the attached image.

It’s a perfect restaurant for a vegetarian paradise. Their special dish is the Tamil Nadu meals, served with soup, ghee, podi, kuttu, sambar, chapati, two variants of poriyal, Kara kulambu, curd, rasam, appalam, and finally, ice cream and beeda. This place is always crowded during lunch hours. Sometimes, you need to wait for nearly 20 to 30 minutes to get a table. Parking is another issue

I went with my family and observed everything was nice such as: 1) All staffs are in well dressed and well mannered. 2) Hospitality was also nice. 3) Neat and clean. 4) Food was very good, fresh and tasty. 5) Price was comparatively affordable. 6) Taking food order and billing system was transparent and speedy. 7) Overall all of my family members liked this Restaurant. 👌👍
